they may not because most brokerages just aren't all that familiar with suspended otcmarkets stocks resuming on the grey market. until there is a trade they may continue to show pre suspension information.

it sometimes takes awhile, especially with a stock that was thinly traded to begin with. the grey market is a matched market. buys and sells have to match. it may take awhile, days even, for buyers and sellers to come together.

Its not, the share reduction was last year. Once the suspension is lifted, I expect to see a nice little gain. It is in the companies best interest to fix the issue. Some posts should be ignored as they have no significance now.

most of what you posted is wrong. the suspension period is not some type of deadline. suspensions are for 10 days and ten days only. the sec can not, by law, suspend again for the same thing. they would need an entirely different reason. this will without any question resume trading on the grey market on fri. 3/21/14. as a matter of fact, it is now officially grey.

The sec suspended or halted this until march 20th. The company can fix this by submitting the required items the sec deems problematic. If after march the 20th the company has not fixed the issue, the sec can suspend them again. I personally think it is in SUBBs best interest to alleviate the issue. If they do we should see a nice gain.

I got the email as well, but I'm not convinced I should buy at all... can profits be made by day trading these pump & dumps? I'm mostly concerned with liquidity- If I buy into one of these like SUBB at open and then sell it all before 2 o'clock is there a good chance of me getting everything sold while it's still on the rise?
