                                             OBJECTIVE



                                     Locate OTC   SUBS    that   have  POTENTIAL to make it to Penny Land or HIGHER.




                                                                                    CRITERIA  - PARAMETERS   



1.     TA should not be gagged. 

2.     Share Struture should be acceptable for potential investors,

                                AS  ,  no higher than 250 M   ,  with up to 500 M  on special cases         

                                OS     no higher than   250 M   ,  with up to 500 M on  special cases       

3.     No LOTTO 0001 price accepted

4.     No TRIPS accepted,,,,  therefor,   No  pps at   0002  0003  0004   0005   qualify.
        
5.     Must be current in its filing 

6.     AS of  1 billion or more,,,,    rarely are excepted,   only after ,   EXTENVSIVE DD  do these qualify

7.    DD can include,,   groups intending to participate in the trade,   upcoming  NEWS,   FINS.
       Financing approved and Promotions are all desirable features.



We are looking for the next   REVO,  AMBS,  YTRV ,  SFRX,,,,,,,,,  that is the point.
