Sold my position pre-market. Thinking about re-loading in the 1.20s.
He-he.... Gap was not filled!
Hmmm, interesting... might grab some today depending on where she goes..
Yep. Buy the fear. I bought at 1.40. I did so because the stock had all day to consolidate and stabilize. Whatever selling that institutions or shareholders needed to do they had all day to do. So I feel confident that this thing has bottomed and we head up from here. It closed at 1.50 afterhours on Friday.
I'm thinking we'll see a 1.60 pre-market open tomorrow.
FUEL!
Nice panic here!
i place bid order. without good news it can go mutch deeper monday. bounce will come next week. but from 1.4 1.2 1$ 0.8$... thats the high risk here.
Maybe a nice PR over the weekend can give this thing some upward momo on Monday.
I'm in at 1.40. We'll see.
what a slaughter - down 50%. The only hope now is for a dead cat bounce on Monday...
That's what she said.
crazy down here. looks like going mutch deeper before bounce. huge selling pressure imo.

SMF ENERGY CORPORATION (Nasdaq: FUELD) (the "Company"), a leading energy logistics company providing efficient, just in time distribution of petroleum products and chemicals, today announced that it has received a letter from Nasdaq confirming that the Company has reestablished compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5450(a)(2), requiring a $1 minimum closing bid price.
The company paid for the creation and dissemination of research reports for the first six months a monetary fee of $12,000 (USD) on September 2008, and as of April 2009, the company pays $12,000 (USD) to Taglich Brothers, Inc., per six month period thereafter for the creation and dissemination of research reports.
Their previous price target, adjusted for the reverse split, was $2.25. I imagine that would be moved higher after the positive info from the conference call..
Atlanta1, I imagine when the Q1 report comes out within the next 45 days, there will be a lot of good speculation... jmho
based on what we heard yesterday, I'll be anxious to see Taglich's update to their Speculative Buy recommendation.
The Company's common stock will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol "FUELD" for 20 trading days beginning October 1, 2009, to designate that it is trading on a post-split basis, and will resume trading under the symbol "FUEL" after the 20 day period has ended.
I agree - it sounded solid to me. Highest operating earnings on record and improving cost structure. They said any improvements in volume would flow through to the bottom line.
They are also launching a campaign to make the investment community aware of the value in the company.
