Great still at the accumulation stage looking for updates possible merger candidates.
Sounds like a good plan. I found it on the daily list as a new ticker just went from there seeing the share structure so low.
There is enough potential here for me to do a full blown research of this company, web presence is not much, no financials posted yet but I expect them to appear soon to remove the stop sign.
Phone call was answered promptly but I think it was the classic old lady answering service, I now have the presidents cell phone number and I am waiting for a call back.
Phone call returns by company officials is an indication of how they want to deal with the market and their investors... waiting and seeing.
Personally if I was running this company I would do a 50 for 1 forward split and start making a game plan to have the market cap reflect the assets. Right now ( by my rough estimate not having all the facts) I think a .04 share has about $3.00 of intrinsic value built in.
Is this company really that undiscovered or am I missing something?

Investor appeal for the future could easily overcome debt as long as it isn't toxic and by the ask don't see any toxic mm's.
I have never seen a market cap this out of wack with it's true value.. and a float this tight.
The only question I have right now is how is their debt load and can they handle it...

With what they hold in their portfolio of projects, you would think the company would want to reflect a true market cap to raise funding, I would have to think the company will do an awareness campaign with brokers soon. Have not made any phone calls on this one yet, just doing a little bottom feeding here

Very impressive and quick. Are we ready for a wild ride with 1.59M OS? This current status has been worked on for 2 years according to the ceo. I would imagine a lot of thought has gone into it and looking for a merger partner should bring some good rewards. GL to all.

I don't have twitter will just say the ceo called just before close and said he's been working on ASHC for 2 years to get it current and will be looking for the next step which is a merger about a 30 day period. He's in Colorado which brought some interesting associations being a cannabis legal state. Those buying ASHC will have the advantage of a lower share structure for now before any changes.
