Ironically I only bought because it suddenly surged and was going to flip it the day member DDDempsey reported asking him if a posted email was real, and Grofe apparently said no but it all the facts contained in it were true (apparently someone he'd talked with posted claiming it was official from co.), and Grofe confirmed that to me when I got hold of him by phone (to his surprise): based on that earlier convo he had already asked iHub to remove it immediately and as that had had adverse effect on price, I asked why didn't he post the info himself, if it was true in content, and he said he would post his own PR ASAP. Based on his bio and interviews he seemed credible but -- weird case in every way, no ASAP ever came for ASAB.
Technically though it is has "resumed trading."

IDK,best bet:DM him on FB:he'd-replied-to-someone-he's-looking-into-it,it was an address oversight, but like I said he's had more than enough notice to wake up and keep his word that he was "not sitting idle" on more than going to raves... is he a Phony Liar, gave up trying to pull the company out of prev. debt (after the accountants got a closer look @the books), didn't have a brilliant enough Plan for that... that's my guess. Of course he KNEW the debt going in, why the change? Had his brain had gotten too jostled around to have any solidly good ideas left, just too complacent to carry through...

All I can say is let the reporters I've posted contacts for know that he let down his investors and he's NO role model, maybe that will get back to him to inspire some action...
not sure what he CAN do now it's Grey, maybe you'll get a moee sincere explanation.
I don't think much of someone who thinks more of his SM image than keeping his word to investors but MO it may be a practical approach.

LI-E trading @higher price point but one-year lows...lotsa real deals and active CEO there, is that another one ready for reversal from bottom?

Said all I can re: this disappointing old fool who let the stock go into Greys, when it could've easily been avoided, he'll pay with Karma as some have said and I'm making sure all the news outlets who did stories on him read about this, too; it's very rare to actually have a CEO lie to my face about doing PR's THEN flaking, though.

LOI and recently got the delinquent filer STOP... it's a roll of the dice.
This Raving Pops "forgot" to give the SEC a current address? He had plenty of requests from several of us to update on getting current.

I bet on a Canadian pot stock. I have trouble picking great stocks but the business plan seems rock solid ahead of the vote in Canada for legal recreational use this summer. Company: Cannabis Wheaton Tick: CBWTF- they are a finance company and get a royalty of all partner growers. This should in no way be considered an endorsement which means you owe it to yourself to do a bunch of due diligence.

Anyone have any favorites to share?

OUCH! I got suckered-in-by-that-"fake"-email that Alan nonetheless said=TRUE in content, and I was able to track down his current cell from calling around and he confirmed it and all the stuff I posted, actually it would've been a lot better for PPS if he hadn't called iHub to take it down ASAP after DDDempsy alerted him about it, but he wanted to avoid any appearance of manipulation.
Then assured he was working legit and would PR.
That was mos. ago and now this -- but these things have recovered before and this does have a low O/S b/c he hasn't diluted. Not happy with this esp'ly if it ends up Grey, he'd better be working hard to pull out a magic trick or Rave Pops the Phenom won't live it down in his Raving World, I can assure him.
He clearly pays attn. to FB also and DM's back, we'll see how truthfully.

that's not how it works. the 10 day suspension will automatically be lifted and trading will resume on the grey market on friday 6/01/18. it will trade on the greys until it is revoked, which could be from days to months depending on how the company responds to revocation proceedings.

read the documents. Pops has 10 days to file a response, judge will decide whether to resume trading or DEFAULT Pops within 30 days after that, it seems.

submitting an address change is not going to solve the problem. the only thing that can stave off revocation (revocation proceedings have already begun) is to bring all filings up to date before the first revocation hearing.

The SEC letter came after hiring Sadler, Gibbs but ASAB - prev. CPA's had clearly been alerted and were already "on it" per Pops.

Surmising Pops delegated SEC compliance to prev. CPA's who were asleep @switch or hadn't been paid, Pops woke up and hired Sadler, Gibb and they haven't caught up yet -- still hope here. In fact active compliance can really move the PPS.

Yeah,he's had plenty of time since Dec.'s convo+promises,MO's, but he just hired the CPA's in Sept. and we know updating from so long takes a lot of time -- bright side is, he has time on his hands, now that he retired from his salaried job with a nice pile of $ he sunk into this, gotta think he wants to make good on his investment having had time to get his health back and then some -- it's just the rest of us feeling the waiting is getting old, he's getting younger and more energetic.
