Been a very busy guy as of late with school and work and my 5th on the way but ask away if you need. I'll answer what I want.
I'm sure you're right. Math was not a good subject for me. I guess the pointy being most pinkies are scams.
I hate to be a stickler but 1/10 of a percent is .1% or it could be .001 without the percent sign.
Malc's .005% is 5 out of 10,000? I think this is right...too late at night, LOL. Sound right Malc?
Sounds right to me, .0005 is 5 thousandths (of an inch say). When you add the percent sign, that's another two zeroes.
Actually .05% is one tenth of a percent I think.
No matter, we all know what you meant.
Yikes. I just noticed a typo. Meant to say interested in the .005% that may be actual investments out there in OTC land, not five percent, LOL at self !!!
The justice party is just commencing.
That's it, I think this MoneyRunners is the one with a board on Ihub isn't it? ya!!!! Nab 'em!!
The SEC and the FBI are starting to catch up to penny stock scams. Even the US Marshals are getting in on it.

...and look at this guy's facial expression below, some of us may know him via HotStockAce penny stock emails. One of these guys has a board on Ihub, I don't remember if it's this one or not. I saw several related posts the last few days...can't find 'em all now.
This is what happens when the US Marshall catches up to you. He doesn't look too happy now. LMAO.

Chalk one up for the good guys.

Everyone that looks at it ends up buying. The only complaint I see is a lack of investors. We still have leftovers from the prior administration selling large blocks but I think they are very close to running dry, and in the meantime they aren't running the price down. It would not be to their advantage. The big blocks just keep us from having rallies, but that's nearly over.
I totally forgot about looking into that Dee, sorry. As you know, inviting me to look is akin to handing Jack the Ripper a switchblade but if you are strongly convicted here I will give it a go over Sunday and report back, bullish, bearish, or neutral.
LOL, I think I agree with that.
Will do malc, I usually buy a small amount with a pilot trade while I continue to look at it. That co still has a small amount of dilution to pay back the loan by the CEO but he claims he won't have any toxic debt...we'll see.
Did you ever look at CMG? It's getting close to breaking out now. I has no debt or dilution at all. The CEO is one of us, we voted him in from among the major shareholders and he took the position for options rather than taking a salary while he's getting it set up for bigger profits. As a holding company CMGO now owns two companies, one growing and one just getting started. XA does commercials and they advertise for some big impressive clients...easily recognizable. XA is the company that is our current money maker. Good Gaming is the eSports company just getting started.
Love penny stocks that aren't scams. I haven't been using this board to pump stocks but everyone likes the good ones that don't use unethical means to raise money. I'd love to know if anyone can find major fault with this one, other than being slow to move up. At least the pps keeps moving up, not down.
You are right. it is interesting on the way some educated senior officers of companies cannot see the danger of toxic debt that can so some nasty damage.
Been a real doozy around there lately.
Just briefly. I've been out of Internet range for about 8 days so I'm just catching up. I can only imagine.
LOL perhaps so. Have you been watching the latest CFGX pump and dump circus?
And I am aware of some bios that escaped the toxic death spin - Via a large R/S and some legitimate private placements of course, and uplisting as well but that doesn't mean they will get thru Phase IV to approval, of course !!!
.05% is a bit high IMO.
When you look that one over Dee please report back here. Always interested in the .05% that may be actual investments out there in OTC land.
Super!! We need more penny stocks like that. I'll check it out and I may add it to my other debt free, dilution free penny stock, CMG%.
MMMW Mass Megawatts had the anti toxic press release yesterday
You are right DeeDog , MMMW Mass Megawatts had a press release warning companies about toxic debt and they are staying away from it.
Many great companies are ruined for investors by dilution and/or convertible toxic debt.
CFGX is a great company. Period.
CFGX has been reinvented as a sub penny gold scam stock. Too funny to observe the latest pump and dump with the absolutely comical expressions of how this will now make everyone rich.
No honor amongst theives.
WOW (with southern drawl), only an idiot...
Ya can't get by with such a scam but only so long, at least we hope not.
I agree with much of what you said. To start with on corrections, I think the rule about personal attacks on Ihub refers to personal attacks against other posters, which easily starts a battle that can go on and on...not attacks against the public or even company execs, only other posters.
You are close in saying that you can't respond to other posters but that's not quite accurate. You can respond to others as long as you're talking about the company or the stock, you just can't talk about other posters personally, whether it's a personal attack or not. On a stock specific board the topic is the company and the stock, nothing else and nobody else.
Bottom line is be nice and polite, then you won't get into trouble.
As for shell stocks, I wouldn't say as much as 99.9% since many legitimate companies use shells to start only to save time and money it would cost for a full IPO. I do agree that it's used mostly for scams, like to jump into the MMJ field and get some of that money quickly before it dries up.
As for dumping shares...yep, it's very common in the OTC, there's very few penny stocks that don't do it. I have one OTC stock with no debt and no dilution. It doesn't move fast but at least C^&O doesn't dilute. They are rare and usually not good for quick profits since they tend to be more stable. I like it for longer term...like savings or retirement with an occasional rally. It took time to bring it from .006 to .019, like I said, rare but slow...like big board stocks in some ways.
Thanks for the input
Dee
The FBI is getting in on fighting the penny stock fraud endemic:

Thus bashing ridiculous negative commentary should be deleted unless providing factual information.
There's no rule against personal attacks on iHub. Sarah Jessica Parker looks like a horse: http://sarahjessicaparkerlookslikeahorse.com/
You're not supposed to respond personally to PEOPLE WHO POST HERE.
99.99% of the time when someone buys an empty shell (or uses a reverse merger) to take a company public it's to fleece stock-holders. That's true for all the stocks you're recently posted about.
There's a huge amount of capital available in this country for start-ups to access. Nobody focusing on starting an actual profitable company starts with a public shell and dumping shares to the public.
No thanks. I have no desire to contact the company or fly to Costa Rica to "see for myself".
Please feel free to re post the info you posted on the OTHM board minus the personal elements and I am sure it will not be deleted by Admin.
I provided those answers, I was deleted. In your case it may be necessary to actually fly to Costa Rica and see with your eyes. I provided video, photographs, and Nevada SOS public filings, as it relates to the ongoing Merger/Acquisition. That evidence is still on the board have you seen?
The company is in charge of all of the information that is available and have Investor Relations to address Shareholder concerns. You are free to address your concerns with the company as they have welcomed any such requests.
Oh that? Yes, I was wondering where anyone can confirm any actual business operations.
If you are confirming that you did not send this, Admin may need to get involved at the very least or maybe the FBI? You have said you did not send yet your same account info (picture) is intact. Good luck tracking down an apparent genuine crime.

Uh huh. Too bad OTHM does not have any operations besides selling shares from all I can find. Please post a link, not to the stories (endless) but to any actual business operated.

Nope. Not me.
you sent me a PM asking for a link...not you? ok never mind. thought it was unusual you sending me a PM.
I have no idea what you are talking about. Goodbye.
Never mind about that, just something I observed. Has your question been answered?
I have no idea what you are talking about. This is not a board to discuss me or you for that matter..
Admin deletes your personal attacks on me. Good luck with that POS OTHM.
USSU on the scam stock about to be pumped from hell radar.
Looks like another pump recently occured and folks looking for some newbies and marks to purchase their overvalued shares.

I am always open to critiques of any holding I own. There is always a chance you missed something.
Some seem to miss everything logical then blame everything but the reality of the situation. Classic.
Well I have always said that a "basher" is the side to listen to. A basher has nothing really to gain by putting out the negative info.
If the PPS drops it can give them a load point but if a basher can drop the price of a stock by speaking the facts those are facts worth listening to.
Like with NBRI. I can show their dilution rate, and if you didnt buy the worst that can happen is the stock goes up, and you miss the boat, but you are not out anything.
If you listen to a pumper say you are golden and buy, you could win but the worst thing that can happen is you go broke.
I will listen to a basher any time and if I find them to be incorrect that is when I will buy.
I would rather find out a company is a scam then to be comforted by a pumper telling me we are golden.
It is truly amazing the amount of emotion that the NBRI "longs" have attached to their losses. They dont want to be reminded that they are out 99% on their investment.
Ever scan the history and do the math when someone says "i'm buying more"?
I swear Bruce and spanky both own 2 time the OS of NBRI
How does resorting to juvenile attacks help anyone's cause is what I am wondering, and drawing in others by attacking them?
Is this the sign of a good investment, when you come unglued about contrary opinions?
