ITEK - grabbed a handful at .30 just for a gamble....don't think it's been discovered by the herd yet...
CKEI needs to get through .025 wall....
ITEK - Up 57% from last night's post...
How's CKEI doing for you Pro??!?!?!
SAG Fund research post....
OK, so I hear on the news last night that Over The Counter (OTC) asthma sprays like Primatene Mist are being banned by the FDA.
Question: Why are they being banned? Because the ephinephrine is harmful or addictive?
Answer: No. They are being banned because the chlorofluorocarbons that are employed to propel the mist out of the inhaler are damaging the ozone. Yes, I'm serious...
from AP wire...
Over the counter inhalers will be banned if a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Panel has their way. The ban would not be because the inhalers are dangerous to the user, but because the propellants may harm the ozone layer. This may lead to a ban on Primatene Mist on other similar inhalers.
The advisory panel voted 11-7 to recommend the FDA remove the “essential use” status of the Primatene Mist and other non-prescription inhalers. Since the FDA usually follows their outside panels recommendation, the over the counter (OTC) inhalers will likely be banned completely.
SAG Fund Conclusion
Everything above leads us to the SAG Fund investment angle on this news....
IYXI
How does this affect Inyx Inc. (IYXI)?? Here's how....
The company also engages in the research and development of inhalation-therapy drug delivery devices and inhalation methods, and generic prescription and over-the-counter aerosol pharmaceutical products. Its proprietary products under development include generic versions of non-chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) or hydrofluroalkane single molecule and combination drug respiratory inhalants, non-CFC propelled oral sprays for cardiovascular ailments, wound irrigation and cleansing sprays, and anti-inflammatory nasal pumps.
Key Stats
Closed at $2.42
Trading at 3 times sales
grew revs last qtr over 200%
not much cash only $4mm (PIPE imminent probably)
lots of debt $95mm
40mm shares out
Chart
Sitting right at 38.2% Fib retrace of recent high. If you go in, swing traders should keep a stop at 50% retrace which is $2.25 and longer term investors would do well with a stop at $2.00. Thinly traded but as more folks starting following the SAG logic, that could change...
CTCH - bit of a chart study....
Safe to grab some here with a hard stop at $1.00......
MCTI - in the semi space...testing equipment...look at the way the volume has ramped in the last 2 months...smart money accumulating??? closed at .25...
GIGM - arguably the most beautiful chart in the world right now and I've done nothing but spectate for the whole run.....
CPTC - SAG Fund "half the candle" rule in full effect here...
Wish somebody would have followed this one.....

IVHG ... probably a complete POS, but it looks like Cornell Capital (the King of Death Spiral financing) is done selling about 100,000,000 shares of this thing....could be a nice rebound here...watching close...
closed at .009.....
Hits intraday high today of .028!!! That's a triple in 2 trading days...SAG Fund...that's how we roll....
Mark Cuban buying 95% of ITEK for $3million.....
ITEK closed at .19 today...they'll be a reverse split (10 for 1) and whatever is left out of the $3 million after clearing some debt, will be issued to shareholders as a special dividend...interesting that it only traded a little over 1 million shares today....if you've got some gambling money that you were going to take to a casino, this might be better odds....just for fun....do your own DD and read the SEC Form 14C.....
yep...stop at .016....
stink I aready sent it , to the email i had, so there is no sag fund attached!
I will correct
You've been nailing the "buy when the herd is selling" plays lately RDS (i.e. XDSL and CPTC) so I'm trusting you on this one....
great......sag.fund@gmail.com
stink I have one you might want to take a close look at.
its utsp--- ultrastrip.
ipo. got into it today
its actually owned by a great friend of mines brother.
I think I will send you an email this evening that made me jump in.
IFUE - Stink, Regardless of the chart, I have added quite a bit today (10k shares) of IFUE. It's been dribbling down on very low volume. Not a whole lot of shares out there, so these are the times one should take advantage and use dry powder (if you have it.) I believe we will be above 3 in just a few weeks. We are due for a PR (lame or not) any day.
its the old march indy shell!!!!
what business were/are they in Colby?
it was at .059 when ameritrade and all, stopped allowing buy orders, they only allowed sells.
it plummetted to.019 in two days then froze.
the sec came in and suspended.
there has been a settlement reached, do not know details, could be finite share exchange, reverse merger, or others.
it appears the sec is making him get all filings up to date from 2000 to current before they are willing to excersize any muscle.
I am hoping to come out smelling roses, but you never know.
if only ifue would go up 9900% in one day, we would all be millionaires!!
colby
where was BCIT when they shut it down Colby?
hey my bcit is up 9900% today in trading on light volume,
I guess its because it lost 99.9% of its value yesterday.
lol, It sure looks good to see it on paper
It appears at the moment that we will see movement only when an institutional buyer begins buying or adding to a position. We simply are not on the retail investors radar right now.
If we could have continued the upward trend toward $2.50 the above statement would certainly not apply.....but as for now....its a holding pattern.....
One thing to watch closely is that we don't break below that bottom trendline on this chart.
Working on it Hoss....
Nice call on CKEI...when are you going to open up SAGF :)
.025 should be first hurdle....
CKEI - nice .0225....
some nice volume streaming in CKEI now....
CKEI - filled at .018...stop at .016
ISV - breaking out here......$1.35

ISV - I'd tiptoe in on a break of .90 and then load heavy on a break above .95....competitor of EYET in the macular degeneration drug space...
CKEI - gapping...
BBC - interesting ....$18.65
"Bodisen Biotech, Inc. engages in the development, manufacture, and sale of pesticides and compound organic fertilizers in the People's Republic of China."
What's intriguing here is that the Chinese gov't just eliminated an agricultural tax of 15% that had stifled farmers from looking for methods to improve yields....should bode well for BBC....
SIRI's been under a lot of pressure lately...perhaps it's Howard selling all his free shares? LOL! Could be a nice bounce play once it finds its bottom.....
IMNR - today it bounced off .03 for the 3rd time, has potential for tommorow
IMNR - just like IVHG this is a Cornell Capital massacre....is Cornell done selling?? If so, should be a nice bounce here....
CKEI - has a lot of upside potential...now just needs a massive cold snap in the Northeast....closed at .0169......
nice news today too........

Late to the story but SUWN sure looks interesting....do some DD here....similar story to AOB which went parabolic last year....
closed at .56....
I agree, and the posts are being deleted until such time as Defender/Savannah/Neversaynever has something of merit to contribute here.
Contract pricing with railroads is correct. If Defender had ever once looked at Value Line she would have known this. More proof this is not a poster worth replying to.
I've actually spoken with their head of sales RDS...Michael something....we briefly toyed around with handling their Kefir product at our stores...I got overruled though....I do remember that he was very aggressive and responsive to my requests for info and samples...FWIW
