Entry into a material definitive agreement: On June 17, 2022 the Company signed a binding Letter of Intent to license intellectual property from Mineral Health Marketing for the production, sale and distribution of canned, consumer oxygen products. The license is in perpetuity and requires a payment to Mineral Health Marketing of 50,000,000 (fifty million) restricted common shares of StemSation International stock as well as royalty fees paid for sales over time.
The license also includes the potential for future product development and expansion of similar products in the consumer goods space

LEONARD TUCKER GOES AS A “CONSULTANT” DUE TO A LIFETIME BAN BY THE SEC. Low floats have a better rebound effect, possibility of a 20 X gain. Followed shm@p and dropped to a low of .02 and now months later is at .40. Should have bought at .03, well there will be another boat to catch...lol

Oh yeah, stocks can surprise you when you least expect. Been in grst and it went from .0001 to .0068 to a high of .008. Still in it, so you never know what the story will be in a few weeks or months.$$$
