From the Guru:
TTXP - Today's News Could Be The Event That Shifts This Stock Back In A Positive Direction
Devoid of positive news, TTXP has been stuck in a slow tailspin, one that has seen its stock fall from over $2 a share to $.01. Investors have shunned the stock in favor of more popular ones, and with a lack of interest TTXP has languished... until today.
Near the market close TTXP revealed, via press release, that they have signed an agreement to acquire a Mexican gold and silver operation. For a stock that has been forgotten for quite some time, this news should put TTXP back on the map. With Gold trading near all time highs this is the perfect time for a company like TTXP to be acquiring Gold and Silver operations.
KATX another mining stock which I have covered a lot had a chart just like TTXP before it embarked on its impressive rally. KATX started out as a $11 stock and then fell below $.01 just as TTXP has done briefly. KATX has gone on to post a 2,500% gain from $.01. Will TTXP post a 2,500%+ run from here? That I do not know, but what I do know is the potential is there.
Here is a chart of KATX. Notice the large drop and then the amazing run from the bottom:
TTXP has a 87 million shares outstanding, a very nice figure for a penny stock. Also this stock is fully reporting with the SEC, meaning transparency. That is always a positive.
I suspect it won't take much volume to get this stock back to $.05-$.10 a share. If TTXP mounts even half the run KATX has had, you are looking at a $.30 stock. I know I am getting a little ahead of myself, but my point is the potential is certainly there for big gains.
TTXP has been beaten down so far, the ride up could be fast and furious. Today's press could prove to be the turning point for the company and we'll find out soon if it is the turning point for the stock. I have a good feeling it will be.

RNWF - $50,000+ Worth Of Buys Coming In Short Order
After almost 3 weeks RNWF's phantom shares have yet to be covered. Essentially the market makers who fabricated RNWF shares out of thin air and sold them have yet to acquire legitimate shares of RNWF stock to cover those sales. If you don't know what I am talking about go back to my May 20th RNWF post to get a better idea. blog
Someone sold over $50,000 of RNWF stock with shares that don't exist. In order to legitimize those shares whoever sold them needs to acquire real RNWF shares, which means buying them on the open market. Since RNWF still remains on the Regulation sholList under the auspices of Rule 3210, whoever sold these $50,000+ of RNWF stock has yet to buy the real shares back on the market.
As I outlined in my original post I think the RNWF naked short position is really closer to a quarter or a half a million dollars. If RNWF trades to $.005 or $.01 then you are looking at a market maker with a million dollar plus dilemma or even greater. That's what happens when you sell shares that simply do no exist.
There are rules in this market place and if they aren't followed.... well it can turn into a million dollar problem. Of course that million dollar problem will be a boon for RNWF shareholders. It has to be nice knowing market makers will be the ones buying up your stock, payback is a bitch.

DYAP - A Sub-Penny Stock Tapping The Multi-Billion Dollar Carbon Trading Market
DYAP which traded as high as $.14, now sits at $.006 a share for one reason, a lack of investor interest. The penny stock arena is all about investor interest, companies pay thousands of dollars for it, and without it the best stocks can languish with nary an ounce of volume.
DYAP fits the bill as a non-promoted stock, one that investors haven't exactly flocked to. I think that will change over the coming days and weeks. For one the company has a unique business plan. They intend to capitalize on the Carbon Trading Market.
This is a multi-billion dollar industry, just imagine if DYAP can tap even 1/10th of a percent of that market. You are looking at potentially millions of dollars in revenue for a stock that is currently trading at $.006 a share.
Factor in the low outstanding and authorized shares and DYAP could see a significant price bump short term. The company issued a press release a little over a month ago that outlined new potential in China and Asia. These projects should add shareholder value and boost the company's stock price and I have pasted it below. There is a lot of promise with this company and it hasn't been reflected in the price of DYAP stock, at least not yet.
DYAP is a stock to keep on your watchlist throughout 2010.
Dynamic Applications Continues Development of Carbon Credit Generating Projects in Asia
JERUSALEM, Israel, April 9, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Dynamic Applications Corp. (OTCBB: DYAP), a facilitator of carbon credit generating projects, announced today that the company is continuing business development efforts to initiate projects in China and other Asian countries. Dynamic Applications is currently in preliminary discussions with industrial entities in China and throughout Asia that are interested in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The company's business model is to finance emission reduction projects that in-turn generate carbon credits. Dynamic Applications then participates in the sale of the newly generated carbon credits on the open carbon trading market.
The carbon emissions trading program was established under the Kyoto Protocols which were put into effect in 2005. These protocols, signed by over 185 nations, were established to create limits on global greenhouse gas emissions. As such, a country may only exceed its emissions quota if excess carbon credit allowances are purchased from another entity.
"The carbon trading market is a multi-billion dollar industry, with tremendous growth potential and minimal competition," said Asher Zwebner, Chief Financial Officer of Dynamic Applications. "There are relatively few companies that are able to generate carbon credits by financing private emissions reduction projects."
"Dynamic Applications continues to negotiate towards lucrative carbon credit generating projects in China and throughout Asia. And we look forward to updating the market with continued developments," Zwebner added.

About OPXS:
Optex Systems Holdings, Inc , (OTCBB:OPXS) http://www.optexsys.com/index.html through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Optex Systems, Inc. was founded in 1987. It is a Richardson, Texas company, which manufactures optical sighting systems and assemblies primarily for Department of Defense (DOD) applications. Its products are installed on a variety of U.S. military land vehicles, such as the Abrams and Bradley fighting vehicles, Light Armored and Armored Security Vehicles and have been selected for installation on the Stryker family of vehicles. Optex also manufactures and delivers numerous periscope configurations, rifle and surveillance sights and night vision optical assemblies. Optex delivers its products both directly to the military services and to prime contractors.
What We Like About It:
This is a real deal company that not only generates revenues but has a ligitimate chance of being uplisted to the NASDAQ sometime in the near future. As you will see from imgaes from the lastest 10Q filed on 05/12/2010 the company does around 26 million in revenue annually and is starting to turn the corner on the balance sheets. From our research we have determined OPXS should have a value around .33-.35 and it currently trades for less than 10 cents a share. The company share structure is 200 million authorized shares and 139 million outstanding with one inside group holding almost 74% of the outstanding shares. We estimate the float to be under 30million shares. So the question is why is it so cheap then if its so great? The answer we believe lies in the timing. We are not the first group of investors to stumble across this gem. Another group found this in the latter part of 2009 and felt strongly that it was a canidate for uplisting before the end of last year. The problem was they found it at what we believe is the fair market value of the company .33-.35, they bought heavy in anticipation of the uplist almost 8million shares in one day but the stock was at a premium price. The result was a stalemate and subsequent decline in PPS so much the price just kept falling until it started to hit radars under .06 this triggered a reversal and uptrend. If you notice on the chart located further down the page you will note upward movement on little volume(this proves the low float), you will also notice it has had hardly any volume since the heaving buying late in 2009. This tells us we have some strong hands that believe in the company and we can see why after digging through the financials. We often look for companies on the OTCBB that are trying to make it and we hope someday they will report solid financials we rarely come across one that already is and is so cheap and oversold with this type of share structure. The company is fully reporting and have govenment contracts in place. The product is unique and specialized with limited competition. We have researched this heavy and feel we could be looking at .30+ in the short term.

Why Bill Ackman Bought Citigroup (C)
Last week we detailed a summary of investment ideas from various hedge fund managers at the Ira Sohn Conference. Pershing Square's Bill Ackman was one of the many speakers and though he ran out of time in his presentation, he did briefly mention he had purchased 150 million shares of Citigroup (C). Ackman was then recently interviewed by Yahoo TechTicker to talk about Christine Richard's new book which he is the subject of, Confidence Game: How a Hedge Fund Manager Called Wall Street's Bluff. However, TechTicker also had the chance to ask him about his new purchase.
Ackman was actually surprised when he took this stake because back in the throngs of the crisis he could never see himself owning a financial company only twelve months later. Keep in mind that the US government recently announced the sale of 1.5 billion shares of Citigroup (C) and they have plenty more to sell. This fact has acted as somewhat of an overhang on the stock. But Ackman certainly isn't bashful and dove right in.
While Ackman fully admits that Citigroup is still working through their problems, he sees them as one of the "best capitalized banks" out there currently due to the conversion of the government's preferred stake. Elaborating on this thesis, Ackman thinks the zero rate interest policy is benefiting the bank as they are earning very attractive spreads. Lastly, he loves their solid balance sheet backed by a huge deposit base. So, it definitely sounds as though he believes he's buying a proven franchise in recovery mode. For the rest of Ackman's investments, we've detailed Pershing Square's portfolio.
Ackman isn't the only prominent hedgie who recently bought shares either. Phil Falcone's Harbinger Capital Partners recently disclosed a new massive stake in Citigroup. Not to mention, John Paulson's hedge fund owns a large position as well. At the same time though, we also saw Dan Loeb's Third Point exit C in the first quarter, Lee Ainslie's Maverick Capital dump their position and Andreas Halvorsen's Viking Global also sold out, so not everyone out there is bullish on Citi. David Tepper's Appaloosa Management trimmed over half of their stake in C, but it is still one of their largest equity positions. Overall though, Citigroup is still one of the most important stocks to hedge funds as determined by Goldman Sachs' VIP list.

Board info, rules and other information:
I hope to create a place where experienced traders will help new traders understand what there in for.
If your here to show your the best trader or to ask what or when to buy or sell, your at the wrong place.
I will delete targeted messages and expect opinions to be examples of an educational point.
Subject can range from TA indicator, understanding financial reports, to developing a trading style & plan, how exchange platforms work, or choosing a broker. Any thing you remember having to learn the hard way or don't understand as you explore the volumes of info in your learning experience.
Heres an example of what I hope to see.
-------------------------------------------------
What does one expect to accomplish trading and how to get there!
Each individual must find a comfortable zone and maintain that zone. If your so new, you don't know what's comfortable for you READ, there are plenty of education web sites that will explain trading styles, find the style that seem to fit you and study it more, and more. Then try it, and see how it feels.
IMO listening to people on boards and trying to duplicate them, because you think they are successful is a REAL BAD move, They could be lying, I could be lying.
You have to examine many things to find your style. Others have different goals in trading. They have different amounts of money and different degrees of risk they will except. Never be a follower with your money. Play different styles on paper trading for a while, until you find your comfort zone. There's plenty of time to lose your money. Wait until you feel comfortable !!
I had four pages of paper profits on 8 to 10 stocks before I started trading. And still lost money my first few months, because I had my style, I had my plans, I set my targets, I just didn't follow them.
It's easy to sell on target losses, when it's not your money, but you tend to let it go to late, when it's your own money.
Well I couldn't understand why I did so well on paper and lost for real. I saw all the extra profit plays I went after, past my targets. wow that one worked, lets do it again. and wow I should have sold at that target, lost more than I wanted.
Looked at my paper trades again, MADE ON TARGETS and my real trades were MADE SOMETIMES on targets and there it was. How to earn money, Stick to your target goals,
You'll never lose or win more then your goals. Reaching goals are better than greed! IMO... You heard it here. LOL
--------------------------------------------------------
Swing trading!
Take the money you have to lose, divide that by 4 and invest 3/4th and gamble 1/4th.
Say you have $10,000,
On ave you will see a:
10% swing $.10 to $1.00 stocks
5% swing $1.00 to $5.00 stocks
2.5% swing $5.00 to $10.00 stocks
2.5% to 1% swing on stocks above $10.00
Using the above you can figure how much you can expect to gain/lose placing your money in the different ranges.
EX: You put $2500 (1/4)in a $.10 stock and on average you can expect to see $250 +/- with an ave 10% swing.
EX: You put $7500 (3/4)in 3, $5.00 to $10.00 stocks you would see $62.00 ea. or $188 +/- with an ave swing of 2.5%
Now say you want to earn $500 a week. That's only 5% of your $10,000 and can be reached safely,in the $5.00 to $10.00 range, Hitting 1 to 2.5% on 3 stocks 2 or 3 times per week. With good research, do your DD !! One stock rise protects you from other losses. It's slower but safer, if you can hit 5% on 3 stock picks (ON PAPER) in the $5.00 to $10.00 range, each week, start using your money, don't play until you can.
Think of the 1/4 or $2,500 you use in the penny stock area as cream or toilet water....
At any rate hope this gives you some ideas !!!
PS: Pick a plan, test it on paper trading and STICK to it !!!! only buy when the stock hits your buy target and always sell when it hits you sell target... Don't EVER chase a running stock.
-------------------------------------------------------
Picking who goes on your watch list!
I use TA to find a growth exchange stocks, then spend allot of time with DD research on financials, companies sector, business potential, and management, before using TA to determine a buy in price and exit price...
Penny stocks are a completely different game, because they are mostly operating with no profits or cash. Thus, day traders, MM's and company management errors can cause a huge change in PPs (% gain and loss) and render short term TA pattern useless...
Penny stocks are more about your belief in the companies business plan and the management potential to execute the plan... IMO they are a gamble, not investment ! TA is good for investing, more risky with pennies. I find Aroons work well for seeing trends in pennies, because they don't include PPs action in the calculation. Thus manipulation causing unexpected PPs movement is cut out of the results. DMI seems ok for locating short term fluxuations. But best I like chart patterns.
----------------------------------------------------------
Help keeping your targets !
Now days many brokers offer automatic trading platforms. You place a buy, sell, and stop loss order and the software trades for you. (on stocks over $5.00 only) IMO this is a great aid to idiots like me, who find it hard to keep their fingers out of a good plan, by tweaking in.
Since it became available to me, I use it all the time and feel it has benefited me. I check my portfolio for 5 minutes the end of each day, so I can implement my next trade from my watchlist, if one of my open order close.
My watchlist contains twice the number of stocks I have in my portfolio, and is up dated daily, as I now have time to research new stocks, when I use to watch level II. No research at night any more.
AS always OTC:BB land can't take advantage of this and you have to sit at the table if you want to play

DD
From pennystockguru's website:
"An undiscovered gem"
"BTDG closed today at $.024 a share. I think that is the lowest close you will see for this stock in a very long time. Why? For one no one seems to know about this stock. The volume is telling me that. Secondly the company is just starting to become active releasing positive press about company developments. Just this morning they released some press which I have pasted below.
hat BTDG has done in reorganizing the company is nothing short of amazing. For one they exchanged close to a million dollars in debt for 144 restricted stock. Then they acquired Castle Creek Silver, Inc for more restricted stock. This falls in line with their plan to acquire silver properties. Silver, much like gold, has seen its price rocket higher amid the devaluation of world wide currencies. This is an ideal path for the company to take, and the fact they are doing it without becoming indebted is pure genius. Also existing shareholders have no worry of dilution for at least a year, as these restricted shares can not be sold generally for one year, which gets us to another great aspect of this stock, the share structure.
The float is 12,219,020. You can tell by the recent volume and price action that this float number is indeed true. It literally takes a few hundred thousand shares to move this stock. What does that mean? It means once investors flock to this stock, as I think they will, BTDG will hit $.10 and beyond.
BTDG has positioned itself in the right field at the right time. It has a low share count and an experienced management team. It has no debt and has purchased revenue producing assets utilizing restricted stock.
I think this stock deserves watching in 2010 and could see a swift 400% gain from today's $.024 close.

MESA, Ariz., May 27, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- B2Digital (Pink Sheets: BTDG) ("B2Digital" or "the Company") is pleased to update its shareholders with recent corporate developments and a confident new plan. Since earlier this year, the Company has been ambitiously developing a new business strategy to optimize the company's opportunities, resources and expertise in an effort to benefit from current market conditions in both the technology and natural resource industries. As a result, the Company has retained experienced personnel in the mining industry, developed strategic alliances, evaluated several investment opportunities in silver mining, and initiated discussions for potential funding, all which have resulted in a reinvigorated plan. The elements of B2Digital's new business strategy, generally, are described as follows:
Phase 1 -- Reduce existing debt associated with the current technology business while shutting down unprofitable endeavors. In the best interest of the Company, the Board of Directors of B2Digital voted to retire $800,000.00 of Debt, to include incurred interest. On March 22, 2010, the Board of Directors approved a Limited Assignment Agreement for the purchase of 100% of a Promissory Note dated April 16, 2004. To retire this debt the Company has agreed to issue 800,000,000 shares of B2Digital common stock restricted under Rule 144.
The Company has elected to close its subsidiary Hotel Movie Network, process any new business in this sector through the main company, and is evaluating whether to proceed with a modified Letter of Intent with Mob Candy Media. B2Digital as a technology development and media company continues to maintain its installed network in conjunction with a joint venture partner, Coast Communications, an Arizona company with several franchised coverage areas covering potentially 42,000 homes, for the provision of rural internet services, subject to funding.
Phase 2 -- Acquisition of silver properties that have production potential or favorable exploration prospects. On March 18, 2010, the Board of Directors of B2Digital approved the Share Exchange Agreement with Castle Creek Silver, Inc. B2Digital will exchange 1,800,000,000 shares of B2Digital common stock restricted under Rule 144 for 6,000,000 common shares of Capital stock of Castle Creek Silver, Corp. representing 100% of the issued and outstanding shares. BTDG will assume no debt or liabilities. New leases for mining properties are currently being negotiated and assumed by BTDG through its wholly owned subsidiary Castle Creek Silver, Corp. Additionally, the Company is presently performing due diligence of properties for potential acquisition. The Company has identified opportunities by focusing on projects it believes have exploration or production potential. B2Digital expects to complete its assessment, and make an announcement regarding its participation of these properties as appropriate.

Long-term trend:
I am a shy and quiet person. You are welcomed to read my posts but please do not spread them around other boards. Thank you!
Trading is about managing your money and assessing risk.
Risk management is not about enhancing success; it is about avoiding the failures that are unacceptable.
Think big, think clear.
Think like an investor. Trade like a trader.
Winners never quit and quitters never win.
The price of becoming top trader is extremely high, but certainly worth it.
Success doesn't come overnight.
Successful traders are independent thinkers.
Approach this business with a business plan and the willingness to follow it.
"Human emotion is both the source of opportunity in trading and the greatest challenge. Master it and you will succeed. Ignore it at your peril" Curtis M. Faith
The key to investing and trading is downside protection.
The best way to create an investment checklist is based on looking at crashes.
"You cannot have trading consistency if you do not have emotional consistency" - Dr. Brett Steenbarger from Enhancing Trader Performance.
Trade what you see not what you hear or feel during the day. Plan your trades and trade your plan.
Keep practicing until perfect.
The less I click the buy or sell button prematurely, the more money I make.
Overtrading is also the result of improper trade preparation. Overtrading will greatly reduce your probability of success because you are trading without a plan.
Don't get overexcited when a stock moves up. Greed kills.
Don't get too depressed when a stock moves down. Depression is not good for health. When a trade turns sour, get out. Period.
I would never sell my soul for money as I can't take money with me when I die.
I truly believe that we can make good money honestly. No pump and dump on this board.
This is my personal board to keep track of my trading/investing activities. I am still in the process of finding a good balance to reach my goal of financial freedom and stay healthy. Investing/trading is my hobby. I live in total wellbeing everyday, financially, physically, and emotionally. NOTHING IS WORTH THE STRESS. Anything beyond my target is greed.
This board has unbiased opinion about stocks based on chart, DD, and money game. It may or may not please you, but it is my personal board for my own education, please respect my space. Thank you!
- Find a multi-bagger, buy a lot, and sell gradually on the way up, and exit all near the highest peak. reload with the profits if needed to play again.
- Find an untrending stock that just started the trend. Go long and strong.
- Find a fully established uptrending stock, ride the wave. Simply make 3-10% every other day.
- Find easy money with 5%-10% gain and play often. Play channel.
- Play small with pincher. It's very risky yet highly rewarded. Don't catch a falling knife.
- Before you learn to make profits, learn to run away from a bad stock as fast as you can. Cut your losses quick.
- Be happy with profits. Small profits is better than losses.
- Step out of the expectation herd and trade their reactions to events.
- If you miss a trade, you miss a trade, don't chase. Pay attention to what you have instead of worrying about what you don't have.

Buy the rumor sell the news. Find a good stock and wait patiently for a good entry to get in and exit.
Take it easy. You can't never time the perfect top and bottom. As long as you pick a winner and it eventually behaves the way you expect it to behave, you will make profits. Start it small. Small profits is better than losses. Don't worry about what you don't have or what you've missed. Pay attention to what you have. Play well!
I think with my mind. Focusing on money management and the habits of a better stock trader. I promised myself to be a better and wiser trader and investor.
The trouble with most people is that they think with their hopes or fears or wishes rather than with their minds... Will Durant (American Historian and Philosopher...1885-1981)
"SUCCESS is peace of mind which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you did the best of which your are capable." - John. R Wooden
Cut your Losses Quick and Let your Profits Run. Dump and run as fast as you can in the other direction. Here is why. Just move on. Don't even think about it. Life has more important things to think. Cut losers quickly and do not sit around waiting for The Market Mistress to rescue you.
STAY FOCUSED!
Be content with what you have. Generate good income gradually.
Stress-free lifestyle. Stress-free investing/trading. When you do it right, money will come. Happiness is peace of mind.
- Keep 50% of the portfolio in cash to wait for the right opportunity. Always feel peaceful even in a rainy day.
- Find some good uptrending stocks and buy on pullbacks to set money aside. Swing trade, relax.
- Slowly move part of momo/daytrade/swingtrade profits to long plays to accumulate wealth slowly but steadily. Stress-free lifestyle!
- Play momos for quick profits. High risk, high return. It's time consuming. You need to really concentrate and babysit your trades.
- Buy stocks that will go up.

Options: - How to play option for falling wedge pattern: If USO bounces and reaches the $36 target, the USO June 33 calls will be worth at least $3. That's a gain of 200% from the maximum buy price. Calculation: stock target: $36, lowest tip of the falling wedge: $31.85, expected time for the bounce: 3 weeks, stock gain: 36-31.85 ~ $4. => buy option that will expire in one month at the strike price $1 more than the current price ($1 is 1/4 of the gain length $4 and just $1 above the current price), thus $33 strike price. if stock travels back to $36 target, you will make $ on the 3/4 of the gain length.

I am a disciplined trader/investor. Script: - What is the bigboard market condition today? Selloff. Stay cautious. Play the Fs. - Is this stock a looser? If yes, SELL right away. - Am I in good health today? If yes, trade, else just watch to take profits or don't trade at all.
- What's hot now? Trade it. If the answer is 'yes' in the following, move to the next step, else stop. - Is this stock a winner? - Is it ready? Why? - Take action
Happiness and suffering are states of mind, and so their main causes cannot be found outside the mind. The real source of happiness is inner peace. If our mind is peaceful, we shall be happy all the time, regardless of external conditions, but if it is disturbed or troubled in any way, we shall never be happy, no matter how good our external conditions may be. The more direction support, the less reversal support. Is how it usually works out. lowtrade would teach all Some tips. important spot (a place to find old important subjects covered) by lowtrade
"Step out of the herd mentality and trade the reactions. Learn technical analysis & charting" - lowtrade "There were two bulls on top of a hill. A young one and an old one. They looked down in the valley and saw a herd of cows. The young bull said I'm going to run down there and make love to one of those cows. The old one said I'll walk down and make love to all the others. Being first is not always the best decision! Emotion rules logic." - lowtrade By knowing that constant EOD finishes high, with a down trending price, shows manipulation. And when manipulation is suspect, just forget accumulation as a supporting indicator. For that matter when using TA to evaluate a stock. Any time you see a conflict in the TA & chart. STOP using those indicators as factual and either move out or stop watching. Because conflicts cause errors. And if your looking at a stock with technical errors, you can't TRUST what you see. Why stick around. - lowtrade level 2 lesson Patterns: Stock market education from themarketguys. How to place a momo order? When a stock is running up, buy at or above the ask immediately. When a stock is going down, sell at or below the bid immediately to get out.

The indicators 5,10,20 SMA, DMI, StochRSI, CMF I use are for 2 week swing trades. I'll add, knowing your more high risk and big gains. Try lowering my entry/exit indicator parameters. I use 14 day for DMI could move to 7 day. And I use 5,10,20 day SMA for the overlay. Could use 2,4,8. This will tighten up and compliment your style of quick big money trading. I prefer to play the primary trend (which is down), rather than to get very cute and try to catch both the up and down moves since it just increases the degree of difficulty and opens up more chances for mistakes.
Longer term, caution reigns again as long as we're below the 200 day moving average(s). That does not mean necessarily to be all out short or try to score a 10% win for the portfolio on the downside. It means capital preservation as first priority and monetary gains on top of preservation is the cherry on top. Making up a 3% loss is much easier than a 13% loss.

Fortinet (FTNT) provides its customers with unified threat management and all-around protection. The system is cheaper and less complex than purchasing several systems. The company has great earnings visibility with 60% of its revenues from subscriptions. Fortinet reported an excellent quarter, but since the stock has a multiple of 55 compared to its 17% growth rate, Cramer would wait for it to come down. $21 is a good level.
Websense (WBSN) provides security for cloud computing, which tends to be more vulnerable to attack than traditional systems. Salesforce.com (CRM) used Websense's services for its cloud computing platforms. Since the company is undergoing a "transition year" it might miss its quarter, but is a great long-term security play with a multiple of 14.5 with a 13.3% growth rate.
Cramer took some calls:
Infosys (INFY) is not as good as Accenture (ACN).
Lockheed Martin (LMT) is a buy when its yield is 4%. Right now, its dividend is 2.7%
Juniper (JNPR), like other tech stocks, is in pain right now, although Cramer says he believes in CEO Kevin Johnson. He advised waiting for earnings.
This Market Is Obnoxious, with stocks Travelzoo (TZOO), Bank of America (BAC), BP (BP), Conoco-Phillips (COP)
This market is "totally and completely obnoxious," said Cramer on the same terrible macro themes. However, this hatred of the stocks will play out, sellers will sell out and buyers will return. Earnings reports of individual companies are usually brighter than the macro data would suggest.
Cramer took some calls:
Travelzoo (TZOO) has been a big winner. It saw a major short squeeze and is not a stock for the squeamish. Those who hold the stock should sell some off the top.
Bank of America (BAC) is the cheapest Cramer has seen it, but it is likely not going higher anytime soon.
BP (BP) always seems to be in trouble with somebody. Cramer prefers Conoco-Phillips (COP), especially for its dividend.
