When you see the list of shares held by people in the fins, you can see that some say Purchase and some say Consideration of Asset Purchase Agreement.
If it says Purchase on the line that DOES NOT mean that those shares were given to that individual by the company. Those shares were purchased by the individual at the price specified in the other column.
If it says Consideration of Asset Purchase Agreement than it means those people were provided company shares to pay for an acquisition at the price specified in the other column.
It’s easy to see that many, many of those shares were purchased and not given away frivolously.
They are all restricted in when they can sell and how much they can sell.
Go to page 11 of the report yesterday and see this please go read and don't be misled. These shares can and WILL be sold on any trading day these people see fit to cash them in as real dollars.

Restricted means not only do they have to wait a certain length of time but also on how much can be sold in a year. Their won’t be massive dumping.

Francis was the guy that sold the widow Shroepers shares for her. You can see on the fins that 55 mil shares were cancelled for Thomas Schroeder and were given to Francis. He was just in charge of selling. Company has confirmed those shares were sold long ago. He wasn’t given shares by the company.
Remember I talked about people unloading unrestricted shares - check this post out and see the Francis Guy had/has 55,000,000 shares - UNRESTRICTED - post also shows that shares were handed out like candy - dishwasher got 5 million - Jezus!!!

If $100M year end revenue claim is being driven by the real estate market sales in the Philippines. However, most economic real estate experts who cover the region are saying the real estate market is extremely bearish. This is quite contradicting don’t you think? Or SFIO only real estate condominium are Immune to the bearish downturn?
FYI: 90%+ of the group are Filipinos and their projects are in the Philippines. Yes besides all the other countries they claim to be in. Go check their website.

The business of the Joint Venture shall be to exclusively execute and manage the construction of all the real estate projects of the Company within the Montemaria Estate in the province of Batangas, Philippines, including but not limited to the five- tower hotel development of ‘The Lombard by the Bay’ (ongoing) and the eight-tower condotel development as part of the Omnicor project, both within the Montemaria Estate.
If you look up Montemarie site you will see it is a pilgrimage site. To have 13 towers there in 2 projects on that area is huge. Go to google earth to see what’s there. In the Philippines presellling begins before construction. Preselling is scheduled to stare next month. They already have a group that wants to buy an entire floor.
Their are more Moraya projects in the fins too.
Real estate projects are in the Country of the Philippines! So where is the $100M SFIO revenue management is promoting?

I don't believe we see any price increase near term on this one. This is a LONG term play at best, you're gonna have to see A LOT of things happen to ever get this uplisted from this OTC basement ( ie a reverse of 12/13 to 1 ..has to trade over a dollar 30 days to pass litmus test, need auditor announced and not H&R Block, open a few Epiphany cafes in the US ) you see these things start to happen THEN buy your shares...they rest of that have the disposable just to throw at it will take it from here and you can invest in the crypto
Buy-in subject to conditional outcomes by SFIO. Company announced Q2 lets see how it performs today. If SFIO cannot get over 3 cents and hold then it’s obvious SFIO will continue to trend lower.

Why would SFIO be is real estate especially in the Philippines right now?? “Philippines Real estate Market. Demand is projected to reach 9,610 units for the whole year. While only 560 units were recorded for the same quarter, which is down 86% year-on-year (YOY), supply is expected to pick up by 20% with the delivery of 10,500 units by the end of 2022.Jun 29, 2022. Not only Philippines but the entire Asia region is under a major economic recession.”

A large portion of that projection was based on anticipated earnings from that large real estate development project. I’m not sure where that project currently stands or which quarter there are anticipating cash flows from that project.
I think a majority of that 100m rev was based on sales from their real estate division Moraya. (Someone correct me if I’m wrong) but I dont think sales were ever expected to be seen until Q3…but who knows. Hopefully we hear more news on that soon.
Progress: SFIO announces a quailfied reputable auditor this week. I will take their Q2 at face value for sure.
If SFIO trades over 4 cents my buy-in is 5M shares. And will be biggest cheerleader here.

You are correct, my bad. That’s a lot of people within the organization then.
Hope it gets audited soon and all signs point to that being the direction they’re aiming for. It would definitely get the attention of more risk averse investors.
Aside from a global economic collapse or being the most elaborate rugpull in history. I don’t see this dropping below a penny. Lol. But who truly knows..wwIII could be any day now :p

Bounce Mobile Systems, is that the same as Hatadi Supaat? And why do they have so many shares? When you go on their website they say that they are an asset management and consultancy company. They do show SFIO on their website.
The report also disclosed some other interesting information. Was glad to see that the float still remains the same from last year meaning there hasn’t been any dilution. Also, surprised to see that there were less than 300 shareholders. If the company does market itself in the right way and the ticker gains enough public interest this can move quick regardless of the fundamentals, which still look good imo.
You said it, if we can get more eyes on SFIO.
I feel as though optimism in SFIO has subsided.
The daily volume is just not there. I would have assumed that last Friday, you would at least have some kind of rally in anticipation of Q2.
