Perhaps all the info can be found at the Madison Bear lol
That's what I thought. For whatever reason, there was no objection from Corley. Does that mean anything to us. Maybe, maybe not. Maybe he simply ignored the notice from the TA. Maybe he just doesn't care one way or another. Maybe, maybe, maybe.
I still think we need to run things by an attorney.
Following up from my previous note on STAU TA:
Their reply below...underlines are mine , NOT from the TA:
"We update all of the companies we are the agent for with OTC on a weekly basis (usually every Friday).
The numbers are reported by our firm to OTC as we are the transfer agent for this company.
Please also note to answer your other question below it is not a requirement for all exchanges currently and it is not solicited from OTC as of right now for all companies but it is our current policy and we have not had any complaints/concerns from any parties (issuers/shareholders) and we feel it will be a requirement in the near future."
Thank you

Yes, we agree on that. hl
Egggzactly! The OTCQB & OTCQX segments are required to participate and update, but the Pinks are not.
Effective January 1, 2019, U.S. OTCQX and OTCQB companies will be required to provide verified share data through a transfer agent who participates in the Transfer Agent Verified Shares Program. OTC Markets Group will also use this data to confirm compliance with OTCQX and OTCQB market rules.
It doesn’t have to do with any Pinkies . Has to do with the transfer agents. Again, look at STAU transfer agent. Notice allllllll their tickers were updated.
It’s not rocket science
So what? That does not answer the question I asked! Perhaps it was the policy of that particular TA to update the Pinkies as well as the others.
If the OTC Markets policy was meant to apply to the Pinkies as well as the OTCQB & OTCQX, why didn't the the OTC's statement say all stocks, rather than singling out the OTCQB & OTCQX?
I repeat: Show me a statement from the OTC that says that Pink Sheet stocks must have regular and periodic SS updates? What are the penalties if Pinkies do not comply?
Again, I would be very happy if you are correct.
I don't think it is "us" that don't understand. You are reading into the OTCs policy something that is not there. In the case of OTCQX & OTCQB stocks, you are correct. In the case of OTC Pink Market stocks, you are incorrect. Years of experience have taught me that one needs to understand precisely what a statement does say ... and what it does not say; and why it says what it says and why it doesn't say what it does not say.
Again, please show me where it says the policy includes the Pink Market. Why were the OTCQB and OTCQX mentioned specifically and the Pinkies not mentioned at all?
depend if you are a newb and don't have time and sales then might fall for it. It's just the way it is, more of a mental thing with the paint job.
What's unclear to me is "WHEN" the TA last received these "verified, reliable, and trustworthy" share counts.
Was it last week, last year, 10 years ago?
It seems to me that this new system only has to communicate the "last known" share count from the Public Company, and whatever that "was" it gets updated on the OTC site with all the other tickers.
Unless there are some rules that the share count has to be "verified" within the last _______ Months, for example? You got me, I'd like to know some of the inner workings of this thing, especially as it relates to "Pinks." If it's just "last known" that's not very helpful, imo.
STAU.

The Transfer Agent Verified Shares Program provides reliable share data to investors of OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink securities by allowing participating transfer agents to submit verified shares outstanding information on a regular basis for their clients directly to OTC Markets Group.
Display on OTCMarkets.com
Share data provided by participating transfer agents is displayed alongside a “Transfer Agent Verified” logo on www.otcmarkets.com, indicating that the information is reliable and trustworthy.

Let me help a little more. Here are all the companies this TA has. Notice ALL tickers this TA has was updated the same day. 03/22
https://www.otcmarkets.com/learn/service-providers/2227?t=6
This is how the TA/otc markets program works.
NOTHING TO DO WITH THE COMPANIES.
My gosh...
Wow. This is so wrong it’s not even funny and irresponsible.
Not sure how you guys aren’t understanding the Transfer agent verification program. Almost all tickers will be updated on a routine basis through this program. As soon as the TA and OTC markets agree it’s done.
[Quote/] The company calls the T/A to confirm SS. OTC can only get update if notified by company ... OTC has zero to do with T/A
I know this growing is by no means guaranteed. Been holding the stock for about 5 years now. I don’t know how far everyone is invested, but what would you say is the minimum amount I should own if I believe it will eventually do something?
The company calls the T/A to confirm SS. OTC can only get update if notified by company ... OTC has zero to do with T/A.
T/A has a responsibility to the company/owner only.
Any one in doubt can call the T/A to confirm
Some companies I'm sure have an agreement that also authorizes otc to contact T/A and update monthly.
The reason the L2 is so thin is because we do know 4 bill shares are restricted. Gems like this when they get a heartbeat can run up real fast with little volume...
Soon as a few .0003's start hitting I will take out a good chunk.. If I
m not mistaking only 15 grand will do it..
We are at an impasse here. Please show me any rule, regulation or statement by either the OTC Markets or the SEC that states that the TAs for Pinkies must update the Pinkies SS at any time. If that were the case there would be an avalanche of new information for Pink sheet stocks out there. Maybe you have seen 100s of Pinkies have their SS recently updated, but I haven't.
The program works for all stocks. Pinks included.
The program updates all of the Transfer agents tickers.
Not sure how else to explain this. There is nothing new going on here. It’s been a dead public shell for years and years.
OTC Markets is clearly divided into three Distinct segments;1) OTCQB; 2) OTCQX, and 3) Pink Markets. The PR referred to segments 1 & 2, but not segment 3. The PR further stated that the info provided by the TAs would be used in evaluating those OTCQX and OTCQB. Again there was no mention in either statement about the Pink Markets segment.
Perhaps the TA just went ahead and provided the info as a matter of course. But, perhaps Corley asked that the SS info be updated or, at least, did not object to it being provided; thereby giving tacit authorization.
Whatever the case, there is no compunction for pinkies to provide current info. I wish there were such a rule. It would be a day for me to rejoice because it would literally destroy many Pinkies ... 98%+ of which are out and out scams, anyway.
It’s as simple as
“It’s part of the TA verification program”
It’s the TA and OTC markets involved. That’s it. Nothing more nothing less...
You seem quite certain, which is cool, so you must have very good reason for you stance. You must have done some personal verifications, or have dealings with TA's often on this subject, the OTC Tier programs, something?
Asking sincerely, would like to learn, respects.
hl
pantherj, I was thinking the same thing, STAU is "Pink No Information," not OTCQB/OTCQX.
But, I have another email in to the TA, to see if they will distinguish.
Respects.
Hl
No, company has zero to do with it.
Zero...
There is also this (taken from the website to which you referred)
Effective January 1, 2019, U.S. OTCQX and OTCQB companies will be required to provide verified share data through a transfer agent who participates in the Transfer Agent Verified Shares Program. OTC Markets Group will also use this data to confirm compliance with OTCQX and OTCQB market rules.
STAU is neither an OTCQX or OTCQB stock. It is quite possible that the company itself does have something to do with this since regularly verifying SS is, quite clearly, not a requirement for pinkies. Perhaps the "reveal" has something to do with a takeover. Perhaps it does not.
But, it cannot be said with certainty that this was simply a mechanical act by the TA to comply with rules; because those "rules" are not applicable to Pinkies. (I sure wish they were, though)
I am amazed that anyone still thinks those things work!! lol
Email reply from the TA on 3.27.19:
We recently signed on to OTC's verify stock program. They can tie into our system to update issuer's share structures in real time (or close to it).

Exactly.. whoever thinks the SS numbers updating has anything to do with the company is just dumb.
Nice... Thanks for posting... You had to pay for that correct.
Exactly. that is why i said a stupid question deserves a stupid answer.. But i do like the 4 bill restricted.. (:
Thinking an SS update on otcmarkets has anything to do with the company?
Stupid question deserves a stupid answer lol...
Looks to me that the bid size (.0001) 113+ Million and the offer (.0002) is 4+ million)
lol!! I remember that. And I think Corley posted something here that fueled that thought.
Lol- come on man. That’s part of the “transfer agent verified” program. That’s a deal with OTC markets and the TA.
Literally has nothing to do with the company.

What updated on OTC markets exactly?
To me NOTHING has changed for years here.
Interesting.. Well yesterday i took a starter at .0002. Called and talk to company and they are the same 530-345-5808... Guess we will have to see what unfolds being otc updated ...
I’ve been invested since 2011. I remember when they had 300 likes on their facebook page. They have 20,000 now. They also have a lot more stores selling products across the US and I think are even in some Walmart’s. If this is still a public company, surely something has to move forward with the stock.
nah, looks like they don't post no more.
Zero volume and I can’t get a trade on it. The symbol disappeared off my TOS platform, it still shows on a general symbol search through TDAmeritrade though. Hmmmmm
The Incrediwear LinkedIn page shows the company as a Public Company.
The YouTube video "NBA Referee" was uploaded only 22 hours ago and also shows up on their twitter account. https://twitter.com/Incrediwear
So, the video confims the company's LinkedIn is active AND their LinkedIn page confirms the company is a Public Company.

Never disregard something you heard in a bar just because it was a bar. My father made friends at a bar in San Francisco in the 1970's and heard a story. He started buying the penny stock and it turned out to be one of the best stocks ever. Research was very important to him so he spent quite a bit of time there. When the phone would ring at 7:30 at night my mother angrily answer the phone and say "where are you around the corner". Always thought that would be a great name for a bar.
Years ago there was a theory that Jackson was going to remain silent only to reward the shareholders who stuck around much later.
Slow down turbo
Never said that the man who spoke to my wife was an employee during our visit to Chico, CA.
I've already interrogated her to the point where she is "leave me alone, don't want to hear it."
She's an artist and doesn't/didn't know to dig for more information in that moment. She thinks my screens and charts lack color and are unhealthy to look at.
There was already volume here before I found the board. But, nobody could explain why it was happening. This may or may not be why.
My thought is someone had a few and was bragging about something they knew they were not supposed to say. NDA or not, ego usually spills the beans.
If you ever get to Chico, be sure to toss a few back at Madison Bear Garden
I wouldn't be so dead certain of that. You would have to know small towns and the make up of Jackson Corley to understand why I say that. On the other hand, I'm not flat out saying you are wrong.
if this employee was so prive to takeover talks, it would be all over CNN/Bloomberg, and you would have heard it there, not from some employee.
