There’s your .10
Hey Trip...I saw you on JC**NQ. Are you watching/playing any other BK stocks? I looked into Tuesday Morning yesterday...looked interesting as well.
GLTY
SLAM
I joined you yesterday as well. I really enjoy working the numbers on BK stocks.

Bounce play. Ch 11 voluntary restructure. loaded a few.
I hope they can secure a buyer/partner to continue operations. I believe this company started back in the 1920's (I think) and has push through some tough times. Wishing them all the best and I hope to hold on for the ride back up North.
GLTA
SLAM
That is a smart move...if it dips you can jump back in and do it again.
Out for now. Taking the 400% profit and go to sleep.

Don't care about tomorrow
I think i'm selling now. Thanks for the reminder.
After selling I will have one or two beer.

Does Stage own any of the real estate the stores are on, or is it all leased?
“Reopening has given the retailer some relief. After Stage Stores opened more than 540 of its stores, sales surged $20 million in the initial days, well above projections of just under $9 million, according to the company. Gordmans comparable sales were up 146% versus last year, suggesting pent up demand, the retailer said in a presentation.”
“Currently, 21 parties are actively assessing a purchase of one sort or another, with nine of those looking at a going-concern transaction that would keep Stage Stores whole, according to a presentation the company prepared for the judge in its bankruptcy case. (Another four are assessing a partial asset sale, and nine haven't confirmed what they're interested in.)”
Where does it say that? Don't see that in the filings
Hmm...
$SSINQ some interesting info... Eight potential buyers are interested in acquiring discount retailer Stage Stores as a going concern, opening the door to a potential reorganization of the business, company lawyer Joshua A. Sussberg says during a status conference of the US..
SSINQ EC will be established for the Commons. http://www.kccllc.net/stagestores
WOW, SSINQ (old symbol, SSI) was high as $9,5 in Jan, 2020. Those funds who are holding 11 million shares will take strong actions to get their huge money back!
Fund’s holdings around 11 million shares or 40%, they did not sell and still holding. That was why they filed the petition for Commons values.

SSINQ, it’s BK might be reversed. Here,

Boom! Let's go ahead. Let's See what happens tomorrow.
I suggest you look at these two; PRTY & DS both have been depressed due to Covid BS and should do well when the economy gets rolling.
I got that in an email this morning.
I owned this prior to the tank. I also added (just under $500) yesterday to cost average down in case this spikes.
Thanks. I did already. Invested just $500. We'll see.
Might want to read this. Hit the link at the bottom.
key word in notice “Worthlessness”
Can`t resist, buying my first chunk here.
Charts looking good (expect daily).
Buying more if it drops.
glta
I would sit on your hands if you haven’t bought already. The 60 min chart looks real tempting with a pincher set up. But the daily tells a different story. Too early. The 5 day MA should come down and maybe flatten out or at least angle towards that way.
No your not , it’s taken a huge hit and these Q stocks can bounce big from lows.
Am I crazy for liking this at .05? Probably....but if a buyer steps in this would be an easy 100% gain
Looking at the 10 min chart , this is a buy right now. Expect a jump, probably tomorrow. ButI can’t buy It.
SSI changed to SSINQ, bankruptcy. Delisted from the NYSE to the OTC:

No news and running like a banshee in a destroyed economy . Makes no sense. Running on anticipation of a returning economy?
Hmmm. How's that working out for you now? -Pier.
I will be happy when I see some real volume come in:) -Pier.
SSI has proved to be a winner during these two weeks. When market was normal idiots kept selling it as though their entire life depended on it going bankrupt. Now that the mood is sell sell sell on everything, the stock is holding well and actually headed up. LMFAOO. Holding TONS. Last buy was on Monday premkt at $0.46. Lol
Added to this yesterday and today. Holding strong. I still count on the $1.25 handle here soon. Unfortunately the company won't be doing anything on the debt for now. But they have ample time to try to take advantage of the Zero interest rate and same a couple of millions for shareholders. I hope they're doing so.
Well, everywhere is ghostly now but smart folks, including me are loading SSI. I loaded several planeloads, especially yesterday. So, hang in there. Yoj will be DOUBLE rewarded if you asked me. I know I will get, at a minimum, A DOUBLE...GUARANTEED!!!!
I went to my local Gordmans yesterday. Formally Peebles. Unfortunately it was a ghost town. Once again the company needs to give us an update ASAP! Good luck to you. -Pier
I still feel good about being in this long term , 7 + million dollars worth of shares bought yesterday by investment company. According to the filing yesterday.
I think the stock is red just like the rest of the market . But I agree an update would be great , they need to keep investers informed.
Looks like she is about to go under 50 cents. Not promising. An update from the company would be nice. -Pier
I don't know we're you are Looking they are doing it , grand openings everywhere ,. And if yoh research a little, there is a article on the finance with talk of financing. Without bankruptcy . I am still optimistic . Olilies is $30 plus a share . Same kind of retailer. Jmo
