Yes. Merger completed. -Pier
Preforming nicely on a terrible market day! Impressive. -Pier
900,000 trade $10.05 @ 8:51am and 100,000 @ 8:53:19am and 500,000 @ 8:55:18
1.5 million shares = $15M
I’d hate to be short this one. Must of sucked shorting at $4.5
Covered 8.52 flat. Too soon. That was scary
Fundamental analysis and you’ll understand why the share price was so low plus the T-Mobile deal was at 5$ a share ish lol
Uh oh the short signal has been sent!
All depends on what the PPS agreement between the two parties is. Some talking about 9.75 back to November 2018 before the the legal battle. But I don't think anyone knows anything.
I wonder similarly.
That being said, I did sell 50% of my long position today.
I hope it goes much further for all.
I wonder if the price will jump again when the final hurdle for the deal, which still can't close until the California Public Utilities Commission approves the transaction.
Sprint 100k share BUY just now @ $8.47
T-Mobile and Sprint win lawsuit and will be allowed to merge
It’s a beautiful day!
Get ready on this!!
Yeah it’s get it’s butt kicked wow. What happened to the merger????
I thought it was going through haven’t looked into yet.
They really aren't too liquid I think they're barely keeping their head above water as it is.
If the merger falls through they're going to be in a world of hurt.
Doesn't matter how big a company is if they have more money going out than coming in
They're not in good shape..
Good luck just my opinion.
Why is a company like this so low in price? 20!! BILLION company
More than likely the merger will happen.
As it is right now Sprint technology is falling behind it's competitors. If the merger does not happen one can only speculate that the end for sprint will not be too far off in the future without major changes. Just my opinion.
If the merge happens tmobile/sprint will be able to actually have the ability to compete against the top competition.
