No. What would make you think that were possible?
Tom, you've gone from stocks deals to dealing with Bill Gates over there now. What about this enlightenment thing again. Was I right about the power of the experience?
Tom, in 10 years with this nonsense do you think my stock deal had unrealistic expectations? Did I ask for too much money? Was I over the line with my expectations?
Tom, have you noticed that there's not a whole lot of people to talk to in this room? You were suppose to buy this shell. It's why I didn't sue you with that attorney. The attorney called you in 2015. I don't understand why this shell wasn't purchased? You left me with nothing here but an empty board.
Tom, let me ask you something. Can you take a shareholder off this message board and do a deal with them and make money? Which shareholder on this board would you like to try to make a deal with? Who walked into your brokerage 3 times?
Tom, cash me out. What do I have to do?
My total restitution received is $117 since 2018
Tom, the last time I was in your office in Greenwich CT was November 2017. Since I've been home I have worked in 5 warehouses and a car stereo shop. That's 6 jobs. Have you ever worked in a warehouse before? I worked at Williams Sonoma and Wayfair in their warehouses. Have you ever done warehouse work before?
Let me ask everyone this question. Why couldn't I use a power of attorney to move money from this brokerage in Greenwich CT to my bank account? Why was that so hard to do? Did we all go to college? What's the education level in here?
Tom, the first time I walked into that office was 6 years ago. It was like June 2014. I was 33 years old the first time I walked into that office. I'm 39 years old now.
Tom, what's the deal with this stock nonsense? I was at the brokerage in Greenwich, CT in 2015 and 2017 and I couldn't cash out. Did we do a real stock deal or what happened here? If it wasn't real what was I doing in your office from California in 2015 and 2017? When can I cash out if this is real? You're getting older and I'm going to be 40 here in September. Let me know. Thanks.
fake news is no good!
JAY PATRICK BOOTH took a huge SPNG bath in this turd.
If it has any soap still in it, it's automatically a disinfectant and will neutralize most viruses, including cv-19.
That's why the experts now say always wash your hands with any soap for at least half a minute.
!sprng private company
MsPenny, welcome back;
SPNG stock was Revoked. It will never trade again. Could you post pictures of your Spongetech sponges? I bought them also but their existence has always been questioned.
Good luck
HI All,
Just got back on IHUB after being gone for 16 years.
I used to have this stock .
What happened?
Why was it delisted?
I still have their spongetech car wash sponges in my cupboard.
Disinfecting SpongeBob sponges, a Spongetech exclusive!!
Get Moskie on the phone!
Staying tuned!!
Never, is the answer.
Nah, he's stuck with them. Massive bags being carried.
When , is the question?
what does it mean.....someone is going to buy your shares?
JAY PATRICK BOOTH of Rhome, Texass will refund your purchase price for any non-functional NP-1s or soap-depleted Spongetech sponges. Just send him the defective product and an original receipt showing the purchase price paid or an attestation affidavit in lieu of a receipt.
Remember walgreens out east? They were also promoted as a partner and had product.
But alas, that was not to be as I was in one of the walgreens purported to have tons of stock on the shelves. Not only did they not and never had stock on a legit shelf in 97.9% of walgreens, the one time I heard of a spongetech product in the wild was from a guy in our crew who found one car wash thing in the same store earlier in the clearance garbage bin.
When he took it to check out, the clerk said it wasn't their product, price sticker or even a return, nor in the sku library. My co-worker couldn't buy it because the clerk had no price and it wasn't in the system. It was probably thrown in there by an sponge associate or even mosky himself. It was admitted in court that they bought up all their own product after getting some consignment deal for a day. Maybe they dropped it running out. The guy told us back at the job weeks later. He had no idea I knew anything about sponge.
Btw, it's easy to print your own receipts, so those posted can't even be trusted.
Zorax, I bought 2 SpongeBob sponges at WalMart at separate times;
Having a few prop products available was key to the ruse. Saw the car kits in Dollar General a few years after it was all over.
Good luck.
No, there were no tv advertising from sponge. You apparently saw something else or believed someone else that they saw them. There were photoshopped ads in a ball park somewhere as well. Or at least a poster mosky probably taped up personally.
The product also wasn't in stores for very long, or at all. The odds are better you saw a few sponges on the garbage endcap at walmarts.
That does not equate to a profitable product in the market. You bought any from a bargin bin. NOT in the store legitimately with true shelf space. H-Joe jerky and drinks did the same thing.
As far as the product in the stores, it was mostly one guy running around greater New York with a display case, dragging it into the store and taking pictures then running it back out. This was stated in the court docs. There are also pictures of the display case and identical boxes placed in numerous stores at the same time.
No, there was no real company. At all.
But all the criminals got off so you're correct about that.
surfmore, those who did not sell Spongetech stock before it was revoked are owed nothing. EOM
I appreciate your insight, and course I would only hope for a favorable outcome to all who lost in this due to illegal activity or miss-use of power
Actually, in my relatively-informed opinion, I think that the stock price was only temporarily deflated by illegal activity.
I think the company fully prevailed over that threat in the manner I described in a filing I submitted to the bankruptcy court judge (and which I shared here in a post regarding SpongeTech's Motive, Method, and Opportunity to defend itself).
I think the main reason for the delisting of our stock was the "LEGAL" activity of the SEC and the DOJ. However, I think these agencies grossly abused their power, and that some of their actions crossed the line into the illegal arena. And I want to hold them fully accountable for the harm they have inflicted on the 33,000+ SPNG shareholders.
If someone stole your car, would it be fair for your wife to say, “well it’s your fault you didn’t sell the car before it got stolen”?
No it wouldn’t, and that’s exactly what happened here, someone in the company store the value of my shares. It is not my fault that I didn’t sell them before they did it, and to suggest it is is completely ridiculous, illogical and stupid.
"An event that one cannot factor into by DD."
You have to be kidding.
Your joking right? I assume you are
In this case you are wrong. The stock plummeted due to illegal activity. An event that one cannot factor into by DD. It was an unfair and rigged game, so no it wasn’t my fault for not selling when all the public information I was given said it was a solid long term play. Now if it were factors out of the company’s hands, then yes I agree, but not here

If there is a delay in receiving your settlement, feel free to call Jay anytime for an update.
surfmore, you bought your SPNG shares from someone else that thought it was a better idea to sell them, not Spongetech;
By not selling when you were ahead like so many others did with SPNG you have nobody to blame for losses but yourself. Why people that buy stocks and hold them forever think they are owed something when the stock vaporizes amazes me to this day.
Good luck.
I still have my shares in my brokerage account and Roth IRA account. Terrible with those guys did to so many people, I remember watching the price moving up and I couldn’t believe I had finally invested in a company that was going to deliver me incredible returns for my retirement account. I went to the bathroom and when I came back it had nosedived and there was no coming back. I thought there had to of been some kind of mistake, I was in shock, and even to this day it’s still hurts, I don’t make a lot of money, and I have a very physically taxing job so watching my hard earned money disappear was like a punch to the stomach. It still baffles me how these guys had a legitimate product, I did my due diligence, I saw the commercials on TV, I actually went to a few stores just to see if they actually had products on the shelves, and they did, I even bought some!! So this was not at all blindly investing in some penny stock scam, this company was real, and I’m sure could have been successful enough, so why? And what even happened to those guys, did the government sees all their assets and put them in jail? And how come the investors couldn’t get their money back if they stole it?
So some people actually got money back?! I still have my shares in E*TRADE. Was hoping for a miracle
varjim, SPNG shares are not coming back from the dead. EOM
JAY PATRICK BOOTH of Rhome, Texass still a MAJOR LOSER in SPNG scam.
Still waiting by the mailbox for a reply from Steve Mnunchin.
maybe new company going to use SPNG-my shares are coming back from the dead-but no value yet
I remember going into a walmart almost the same day that pictures showed up on the board from mingy stating this was a new product display, when it was the same one from like 10 other photo ops. It was nowhere to be seen and the manager had no idea what that product was.
He would take the same display and boxes - it was called a display wing or something, and go from store to store take a few shots and run out with the box. h-j-oe did the exact same thing with their drink shit. Same boxes, different stores and countertops.
Photo evidence doesn't lie, when you use their own photos to point the stuff out. lolo.
Here's a great response. Concise. Clear.

Correct. Spngq company does not exist anymore.
There isn't a stock to trade.
Mindy's page has been removed but not Jay's.
For what?
Hey, is this what moski has been peddling now since he lost all the spongebob sponges?
https://digitogy.com/ultra-moskinator-sonic-review/
In a search for a contractor to replace my roof I had 5 estimates provided from 5 different companies. STEVEN MOSKOWITZ of Renovex LLC gave me the best price by over a couple thousand dollars. This was too good to pass on, so I hired Renovex to do the job.
Steve immediately demanded 60% of the cost to be paid upfront. I was hesitant so I told him once the material arrives on site I would give him the 60%. He rudely told me "I am not a bank, and I won't lay out that kind of money." We eventually came to an agreement. The following day, 80% of the material arrived and so I paid him in good faith. That was my second mistake. My first mistake was hiring him in the first place. I was initially promised that the entire job would be completed in 3-5 work days. Over the course of 3 weeks I've heard one excuse after the other. It went from bad weather (which never came) to family emergencies, to sick days (6 in a row, with no communication) This company left my roof unprotected which lead to a semi-major leak in multiple areas of my home. I am currently in the process of filing a claim against his insurance, which I'm beginning to think is fraudulent. I have gotten no where. After over three weeks from the start date they were only competent enough to complete 45% of the job. I had finally had enough of the excuses and contacted Steve. I told him I have no other recourse at this point. I need to hire someone else to complete the job. His response was, "Why didn't you tell me that my workers haven't been there in over 5 days? You are just trying to steal my materials and I will see you in court!" As if I'm responsible for managing his labor force. Save yourself the headache, don't use Renovex LLC for ANYTHING! It was a waste of my time and money in the long run. It was the least professional management I've ever dealt with in my entire life. PLEASE DON'T BE TEMPTED BY THE LOW COST, IT IS A FACADE THAT IS WELL WORTH AVOIDING!
