I wonder if any other SPPH victims have been approached by the SEC?
I know the investigation is active, and includes other stocks.
And the Quebecois authority AMF is also still investigating M. Amyot's stock promoting antics.
Any information gratefully received.
I told the investigator at the SEC that she needs to get ahold of you because you have a wealth of information
"I know they are investigating spph hopefully they put them in jail"
Excellent. And I know they're looking way beyond SPPH to other Amyot-sponsored scams. AMF are also cooperating with SEC in aspects of the investigation.
SEC called me Wednesday afternoon and took a statement from me I talked to them for about 2.5 hrs I know they are investigating spph hopefully they put them in jail
WOW a fifty cent order...the volume is pouring in LOL
"Because one is born every minute!"
So it would appear. While the SPPH fraud may be in abeyance for the time being, I could name another half dozen identical scams run by the same crew that are currently active.
It's a shame SEC lack the will to do anything about most of these SPPH-type scams until it's too late.
Hail First Pharma: coming soon!
Well, perhaps not now. Like the Spencer Pharmaceutical website, it has been discontinued, having served its purpose of garnering the email addresses of the naive and gullible.
A mailing list that will be solid gold for Jean François and the boys as they look for new marks for their criminal conspiracies.
http://www.hailfirstpharma.com/
PS, Maxie baby, Ian, J-F - stiil waiting for that subpoena! It's been over a year now, I'm beginning to think you were just kidding. You japesters, you! Govern myself accordingly indeed - great sense of humor, guys!
Jean François Amyot has given up the ghost and let the Spencer Pharmaceutical site lapse:
"Our domain monitor detected registration changes in 1 of your monitored domains:
DOMAIN TYPE OF CHANGE OLD VALUE NEW VALUE
SPENCERPHARMACEUTICAL.COM (DomainTools) STATUS REDEMPTION PERIOD PENDING DELETE"
Now you get a typical generic site:
http://www.spencerpharmaceutical.com/
It will be interesting to see what happens with SPPH's "supporters" when the AMF release all the incriminating files found when they seized IAB/Hilbroy's computers. Only another month or so.
I cannot tell you my source, so I can be bluffing....
but if I'm right remember me as a good reference :)
There is alot of work to do, because of what happen with Amyot, but there is a legitimate compagnie and the household as started.
have you been in communication with Max? Seems they need to update shareholders....
I don't expect any major news very soon that could explain this UP, but I think the next PR could be a major one, like a sale of a patent...
I'll continue to watch this...just noticed the share price bump and got me interested again....
dont give up just yet on this one...
I know for sure that M. Arella is still working to put it back on track
email from richard
Chris,
We are working on putting the company back on track,
Spencer as you well know is a public company and we are not at liberty to make any statements. The company will issue press releases when appropriate,
All the best for 2012,
Kind regards
Rick
Richard T Groome.
who's his old bud?
"I emailed Notre Dame Capital to see if they are still financial Advisors to Spencer apparently they are."
Given that NDC is run by an old bud of Jean François Amyot who has cooperated with him on some of his other penny stock scams (like SBK), that doesn't particularly surprise me.
I emailed Notre Dame Capital to see if they are still financial Advisors to Spencer apparently they are.
"Hail was just an Arab pipe dream..."
No, Hail First Pharma is a Canadian company registered, owned and fully controlled by Jean François Amyot, and registered on the XETRA exchange as a part of his scheme to defraud the investing public through the Spencer Pharmaceutical (SPPH) scam:
https://www.ic.gc.ca/app/scr/cc/CorporationsCanada/fdrlCrpDtls.html?corpId=7757557&V_TOKEN=1325512097236&crpNm=hailfirst
https://www.ic.gc.ca/app/scr/cc/CorporationsCanada/fdrlCrpDtls.html?corpId=4413296&V_TOKEN=1325512150501&crpNm=hailfirst
There was never any real Arab interest in SPPH, or Hail First Pharma. (Or in Amyot and Morrice's EGOC shell, for that matter.)
I wasn't paying close attention to it...I did know it never looked like it traded....they have to have an actual company in order to be listed they never acquired any business in order to meet compliance of a listing Hail was just an Arab pipe dream...
"Noticed Hail First Pharma stopped trading on frankfurt on 12/30/2011."
Actually Hail First Pharma never even started trading. After it was initially registered it was suspended (twice).
On 12/31 it was deleted from XETRA:
http://www.boerse-frankfurt.de/EN/index.aspx?pageID=91&NewsboardID=24613
The SEC are now breathing heavily down Amyot's neck, as are their collaborators, the AMF. I thought originally Jean François Amyot would get away with this one, but now I'm not so sure.
I think there are one or two weak links in the chain of command who've been unnerved by the data discovered on the confiscated IAB/Hilbroy computers.
The whole house of cards is looking a bit wobbly right now, and there's more than "mere" penny stock fraud involved.
Noticed Hail First Pharma stopped trading on frankfurt on 12/30/2011.
"Our domain monitor detected registration changes in 1 of your monitored domains:
DOMAIN TYPE OF CHANGE
OLD VALUE: SPENCERPHARMACEUTICAL.COM (DomainTools) STATUS CLIENTDELETEPROHIBITED / CLIENTRENEWPROHIBITED / CLIENTTRANSFERPROHIBITED / CLIENTUPDATEPROHIBITED
NEW VALUE: REDEMPTIONPERIOD"
Looks like the beginning of the final official end of this sorry scam.
"REDEMPTIONPERIOD: The registry sets this status when a registrar requests that the domain name be deleted from the registry and the domain has been registered for more than 5 calendar days (if the delete request is received within 5 days of initial domain registration it will instead be deleted immediately). The domain will not be included in the zone. The domain can not be modified or purged; it can only be restored. Any other registrar requests to modify or otherwise update the domain will be rejected. The domain will be held in this status for a maximum of 30 calendar days."

"This all done with? Shareprice is really in toilet..."
I thought everybody knew Spencer Pharma was a con job from the minute they started issuing PRs about fictional approvals and equally fictional research projects.
It's what Jean François Amyot does best, after all.
Sadly for him, but happily for the probity of the markets, Monsieur Amyot et ses copains are currently under active investigation by both Canadian securities authorities and SEC, and the seizure of some of his computers with sensitive information about other IAB/Hilbroy sponsored scams has rather cramped his style.
So it's too risky for the boys to run wash trades on SPPH at the moment, hence the recent (lack of) action. And while he's trying to run some other scams from the stable, anything too extravagant will get picked up.
After all, there's a lot of eyes watching the Amyot empire just now, and not all of those eyes belong to the official regulators such as AMF and SEC.
This all done with? Shareprice is really in toilet...
i guess they also shut down spencer's website because its not available anywhere
Would they have met ICCG's CODE OF ETHICS or MINIMUM requirements ????
ROTFL !!!!
Sunspotter, any thoughts on the pharmaceutical VPRO?
Spencer Pharmaceutical Applies for Corporate Governance Certificate With ICCG
Thursday, October 21, 2010 9:30 AM
Good thing Spencer has it's own brand of corporate governance. Take the money and run. Think they would have gotten their certificate if the group hadn't been shut down:)
ICCG website run by Amyot SHUT DOWN by AMF
Google Transalation of the AMF Press Release:
Puppet master amyot is controlling not only dr arella but also the head of two universities, the editor of gene therapy, I think he also managed all research in the lab, animal studies, and I believe he decides if people get a phd or not...not a puppet master, he is the puppet master...lol
If spph tech was so general and without any value, why would gene therapy publish the research developed by spph as a breakthrough? Naturally, you should answer this because I have very, very limited knowledge on this science.
Even if it has value, the company can't pay it's partners so they will lose it anyways
"therefore if spph has the technology they say they have it should be a no brainer..."
Nonsense.
The technology SPPH claim to have is merely a modified release technology, the likes of which are almost literally ten a penny.
Indeed not only did Merck have its own MR technology, it acquired many others when it bought Schering recently, including Repetabs.
The matrix technology SPPH claims to have in-licensed from UQAM is commonplace.
It might be worth tens of thousands of dollars if it actually exists, and has robust IP behind it.
But as we have determined that all of those associated with this company - Maximilien Arella, Ian Morrice and Robert Albi - not to forget real SPPH puppetmaster Jean François Amyot - are inveterate and incurable liars and con merchants, we would be extremely foolish to take them at their word.
Merck makes estimates on diabetes drug and aims research and marketing towards further developing this market. Turns out one of merck largest research facility is in the backyard of spph. It should be simple for dr arella to get at least a meeting let alone some kind of deal. They have huge budget for research and therefore if spph has the technology they say they have it should be a no brainer...
Perhaps they don't have any money for a press release.
The diabetic market is becoming one of the most important market for the large pharma. The drug delivery developed by spph has good chance if it was licensed to a large pharma who can spend the money for the clinical phases. They could get a fast track but considering it's not a big pharma requesting, it is unlikely it be granted without at least a 200 patient clinical trial. This would cost a minimum of $500,000 but the company does not have funds to pay anyone or anything. Dr arella has gone back to teaching to pay his mortgage and therefore not much is being done to get the financing
Dr arella has great contacts in the middle east and it still remains the best option for the company. I'm not suggesting a deal with hail first pharma since that ship has sailed but other contacts of dr arella.
Why dont you post your thoughts or findings on SPPH ?
you continue to defend Amyot and IAB media?!? ISNT HE NO LONGER WITH SPENCER? and IAB are shut down arent they?
your prosting on SPPH board, what have you to discuss about the Co.?
Naturally all signed documents are binding, I agree with you and much like Carol and denies, if they participated in press releases and signed documents, well nothing they can say or do. I doubt it to be the reality in the case of iab and therefore who cares. If you know of press releases and or documents signed by Julie or if you have any information that can show that she was working with iab, please share, otherwise the information provided is irrelevant. Like I said, he could have his mother, uncle and grand mother listed in the register, if they never worked there, the good work of the amf should easily identify and clarify this fact don't you think. Unless they are not doing their work!
The unfortunate fact is that Amyot placed Ms. Forget's name on this public document, and that's the only thing the public has to rely on.
Much like Denyse Raynault who appears on a profusion of incorporation documents and press releases, they are PUBLIC documents.
When you sign on the line that is dotted, all the responsibilities that are connected to that signature are binding.
Point is that he didn't and the Registry document stands as A PUBLIC FACT.
Still being listed as treasurer n secretary in some registry and even on the Internet somewhere does not make it so. On the other hand if you are active in the business like Dan ryan's wife now that's a different story. If she signed contracts, cheques, authored press releases etc than that makes her a partner. A little different don't you think
I'm sure he could have removed his own name as well. With the kind of money he has, he could have paid someone in his place. Instead, he is there, present and mostly still in business
Read carefully, I never said they knew each other....
Fact is, that Amyot didn't update it when he could of and the info is there.
That's a big stretch! Have you found anything authored?
Who cares about the Quebec registry. How do you know the infortion was not filled and never updated by the government. Perhaps there is more to the story. In any case, who cares, even if his mother, uncle and dead grand mother were listed what would it changed. I can add that even if he was not listed and he put someone else in his place that would not have made a difference nor would it make any difference with the cease trade if the amf did their work properly.
I think Julie Forget should to a Meet and Greet with Denyse Raynault.
My info is that Denyse Raynault can barely speak or write English yet she's the signatory of a significant number of press releases for HRRN.
I can only wonder how Ms. Raynault will bear up to Revenu Quebec, the AMF etc....
I fear the same fate for Ms. Forget is possible.
ROTFL...you can't just ignore the Quebec Registry.
The information was placed there by Amyot and he ddin't update it, it's Amyot's responsibility to update not the AMF
ROTFL....yup, Julie Forget is still there.
