Robert, that's an interesting thought, I was thinking on it further, so in the past there obviously was nothing substantial known ahead of any of those PP's so they could have bought as much as they wanted with no legal worry, now at 800gb, if they have any substantial knowledge you would almost think they could not buy any of the PP, but they did by some, so how do they draw that fine line of what is "just right" is there any kind of guidelines? or is it actually an "all or nothing" kind of thing, I would think the latter would be the proper answer if they actually sit on substantial fore-knowledge of something big in the works
Dissolving the company is the next and final stop.
If they invested more than previous they would need to lawyer up with the perception that they engineered the drop. If they invested nothing that would be telling. The fact is they both did invest.
does anyone remember proportionately if RH and RP contributed as much to this latest PP as they did to PP's of the past? if memory serves correct I believe their contributions this time around were quite a bit lower than in past PP's, if that is the actually the case then I would be curious why that would be when S7 supposedly is at the doorstep of the promised land (800gbs), I would have thought they would have gone a bit more "all-in" on this PP, I mean didn't RH just sell a $28 million house?
Not a worry until they sell their respective equity in the company..
Back to summer vacation
first Bonnie, now Raouf, both leaving just before the 800gbs party gets started, doesn't look great, but could just be one of those strange coincidences
Great response when asked about future. LOL.
Interim CEO stepping down would be the next move, and we are done, finally. The kitten will not be suffering anymore...
He milked this cow dry. Time to move on...
It is cause of health issues. Actually if things are ramping up it will take up more of his time and energy. Maybe he feels he's leaving at a time where a younger healthier individual can take over. He's still on the board. of directors so still will be there to assist.
I know he had health issues, but if there was any whiff of big volume deals coming soon, I would not think he would leave now, I mean how many years did he put in to see "this moment" only to bail just before it happens? I don't know, but I don't read this as a positive sign myself
Spectra7 Announces Retirement of CEO Raouf Halim; Board Chair Ron Pasek to Assume Role on Interim Basis
FINALLY!!!! Halim was an idiot, putting it as nicely as possible, who had lost all credibility. Maybe now we can get someone in charge that has credibility with customers and investors to lead the company.
I do not deal in derivatives, only equity ownership positions.
How much lower should it go for the new investors to consider it a worthwhile investment to put money in?
What was your goal when you replaced futures as the Spectra-cular hyper?

SEV123 is slowly losing his mind as he hearing voices whispering “your investment is gonna be ok”, yet the reality indicates the opposite. And he demands an apology from everyone who disagrees with what he says on the board about the production ramp up, etc., as the alternative points of view drive him crazy even more than the voices.
How does one human posting on an Internet stock board "cause" another human to buy shares in a stock? That is quite amazing. I didn't know humans had that kind of supernatural power.
That is right Mr oversubscribed! You caused poor Steven to buy more. An apology for that MAGA man?
It is you who cries every time, SEV123
This website is from 2023 but does a good job of explaining how ACC will be important and shows diagrams of how things need to be connected. Just hope SEV can get the greater % of the market. In one of the presentations from Bonnie earlier this year she did say that SEV has a patent that makes them better than the 2 competitors.
quote from the article below, we are also now on 800g generation.
"Andy Bechtolsheim, the founder of Sun and Arista Networks, always says that passive copper will always last one more generation, and it continues to do so. This applies to the 200G and 400G generation for the most part."
Thick cables thin margins
The cry baby called me a liar, said I was making up an offering coming, it came as I said but no apology followed. Man up, baby cry.
I can see SEV123 is grabbing cheap share with both hands…
Apologize to someone who calls names routinely? Don’t you expect too much, SEV123?
Don't you love when a cry baby posts things on the board trying to make another poster sound crazy and then doesn't have the balls to apologize? Just who posted this and why isn't he saying sorry? "The voice told you, right?"
Well proto, my understanding is things are ramping up......a lot of interest. Is NVIDIA one of them? We will need to wait and see but we do have what they want.
Well when you're getting in on offerings it's easy.
The total gross proceeds from the two tranches of the Private Placement is approximately $12.6 million. The net proceeds of the Private Placement are expected to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

not very encouraging, you would think they could have at least snuck in something about ramping for anticipated 800gb orders expected
Your source of information, SEV123, is impeccable, it would seem.
Spectra7 Announces Closing of Second Tranche of Private Placement for $1.8 Million
https://www.spectra7.com/spectra7-announces-closing-of-pp-for-1-8-million
Ah, yes, I see. Thank you Jeff. I do understand it is frustrating to wait and watch an investment go in a way different from what we expect. Still, one can only do what one can in the now, and now is a good time even if then was not. I did purchase significant shares in the recent turn, and my contacts in the industry view this as a very large opportunity.
Hey Silicon, did you take part in this last placement?
Part of what you are feeling here is due to the length of time many have been watching these raises etc..
Personally have owned this since 2015.
You are feeling the frustration....
My friend I but replied to a fallacious statement made by another member. Was I to leave it even though it was false?
Thanks for enlightening us with your condescending tone. You sound a lot like future. He goes away and you show up. Interesting.
This has been anything but a pot of gold.
Eternal loop of refinancing. Borrow more money to pay ongoing debt. The road to nowhere.
My goodness. The convertible note was paid via share assignments, not cash payouts!
Why, I just now realized, you folks have no idea what you hold, do you? If only you had known, you'd not fret! My dear folks, but you sit upon a gold mine.
They paid off the convertible note with most of it
Hopefully for ramp up.
FGNR karma chasing him now as many of his follower and whoever invested based on his valuable insights are cursing him.
Thanks. Are you hearing why the offering so soon? They surely didn’t burn thru 10 mill this quickly. Hopefully it’s because they need cash for a large order.
The voice told you, right?
Refresh my memory, what the 2nd offering already priced with the 1st one or can we expect another drop in price when they announce it lower?
Hearing voices already?
I'm hearing second tranche around the corner.
SEV123 is walking on a street and asking random people: “Second one already?”
One of them calls 911 and asking for an ambulance to pick up the guy…
thanks, time will tell if 650 Group is worthy of their words
Based on Alan Weckel's research from the 650 group that is what it seems like. Look on page 3 of this pdf.
