I sneak in one of my other bullish plays on the blockchain. It's what's datacenters will deal with in order to be able to send more 'holographic content' over our devices. The render network is an important adjective tool to be able to display it on our screens. Datacenters don't have GPU power. So they will have to work together, imo.
AWS= datacenters (Spectra7/Cables and switches)
RNDR= GPU Ipad, iphone, mac (Apple)
Augmented and Virtual reality + Artificial Intelligence is the building blocks for the metaverse.

This will drive an insane amount of GPU computation/rendering demand for $RNDR. https://t.co/IaLTYnjg4K pic.twitter.com/vR4ZFu3WOO
Yes yes yes
In mobile app its under sev sono
Not showing
In browser its not under sev sono
Rather sev spectra
Thank you Steve and future
Thats why I mentioned it yesterday about new investors, how it can and is confusing
Now let me watch video
Fyi There is a difference between the mobile app (you don’t see the video) and the webbrowser IHUB (you see the video)
The post you are replying to is where the video is posted.
Please post video so I can listen
Thank you
True but we have be a patient bunch and hopefully will be rewarded for it.
I mean don't be too optimistic at this point. That's all.
The Connection to Chat GPT = Computing Power = SPECTRA7
Robert31, I agree. Hopefully we finally turned that corner especially now that sector will be looking for savings and meeting green goals.
Not sure what you're talking about, but ok. Good luck. Now back to regular programming.
Nothing against what you say, but I saw messages like this many-many times. And not only on this board. All turned to be just a noise, unrelated to the actual stock movements that took place after that. Unfortunately. But as you said Future, everyone has their own agenda on the board, including yourself.
Future, I agree with one condition. Management needs to deliver on expectation.
I will keep buying this up to $8. I have bought from a lot higher than today, all the way down to $0.30. I am happy with ALL of my purchases, and I will continue to buy until it hits $8. Then I will reevaluate the situation and decide on whether it is time to sell, or buy more again.
But $8 is the Minimum I will consider selling a small portion of my shares.
This company is, by far, the best investment one can make today, in my opinion. When it gets overpriced ($15, $20 per share?) then I will state so in my posts. But until then, I CANNOT find a better place to put my money.
Just my opinion. PLEASE do Not invest based solely on that!
Followed steve !!!
With lwlg
Rest is history
SEV,
How and when did you hear about SPVNF?
Yup, back to $2.40 fast, then $4, then $6. It's gonna happen.
Looks like National Bank Financial likes trading 100 shares to itself.
https://money.tmx.com/en/quote/SEV/trade-history
Because sono is not sev spnvf etc
Its very confusing to new investors
I ihub you have to sev
On spectra zero post on sev song is were i post
Anyway....let get some more news orders etc
Robert31, stop that cause you'll make me buy more LOL!
$600 million would mean about an $18 share price?
Sev.ca venture exchange
Spvnf - us symbol on the OTC
Same company
Isn't that the same company? Whether you buy SEV or SPVNF, you're buying Spectra7. Just Canadian dollars or US.
I'm not sure what the significance of saying you bought one over the other would be.
in 6 months that could be $600 million - If revenue traction is demonstrated.
They could try, but the CEO already hinted that they have turned down low-ball offers. He intimated that they are not obligated to consider ridiculously low offers, but that they would consider any serious, fair offers.
With their soon-to-be market size, a fair offer would have to be north of $200 million. Significantly north. So at least a stock price of $6 per share.
At least.
Anyone think that the likes of an Amphenol will take a run at SEV? Would like to see SEV on NASDAQ and get some U.S attention and love before we see any offer but being this low and small float.
We will very likely get News Releases Monday & Tuesday regarding DesignCon collaborations with the likes of Amphenol, Luxshare, ACES, etc., as they prepare for next weeks big show.
Isn't This our board?
Hopefully it can make the jump to NASDAQ soon.
Isn't it time we get our own board..we have 3 symbols associated with spvnf
Pretty compelling article that ACC will be a long term winner
Here's why Spectra7 will sell a Lot more cables than they would have in the past. The top image is how data centers used to be set up. The bottom is how they will be going forward. Notice the huge increase in cables needed (and this is just a TINY portion of a hyperscale data center. There will be ~100,000 servers in each one)
Also:
Power Consumption
"Traditional enterprise networks are based on a three-tier architecture that is built on a hierarchy of a core, aggregation, and access. As data flows escalate and applications become increasingly time-sensitive, this three-tier architecture is becoming more and more problematic as data flows vary depending on where the source and destination devices reside in a network. In some cases, data may only have to flow up one level to the distribution layer to reach a destination. In others, the flow may have to reach all the way up to the core, then back down the stack, making the data flow inefficient. Advancements in connectivity combined with software automation are causing network architects to reimagine how efficiency in a network can be improved end-to-end."

LOL
It is unlikely they will specify ACC. They might try to legislate certain operating efficiencies and penalties if/when the operating efficiencies are not met. There can be tax incentives to encourage operating efficiencies.
sometimes its not what you say but HOW you say it.
Spectra7 has done calculations - They have estimated on average a $17 million USD OPEX saving (Reduction in Electrical Usage) ANNUALLY for the AVERAGE Hyperscale Data Center (100,000 servers)
https://www.crxconsortium.org/
thank you for your reply.
If the can mandate getting rid of gas stoves and ICE vehicles maybe they can mandate the use of Spectra cables in CC. LOL
Outages of that sort are caused by a big draw on electrical current. Summer is the worst because they need to turn the AC on full blast to keep the server units from overheating. By using Spectra7 cable they reduce the electrical load, they achieve superior cooling (further reducing the electrical load) on the server fan units because the wire gauge is thinner too, allowing for more productive heat transfer. Bottom line - it would have a material impact on electrical draw reducing the chance of an outage of that sort.
So is what your say is, In D, thee power savings from switching to ACC cables would have prevented (or mitigated) the outages?" Bold statements. Please through out some figures to support the hypothesis. Thanks.
They stopped responding to me because I would email them every time I saw an error on their website, which, a few years ago, would happen regularly. They used to put the wrong dates for the wrong conferences all the time.
That's typical of brilliant techies... They can build incredible technology, but they overlook the simple, daily things in life! ;)
Future, when I send email to ir@spectra7.com they always respond to me. I am yet to see a case when they did not...
IR never responds to me. I think they like You, Steve! ;)
Yes, please, if you can. Thanks!
Wth, it is. Did you ask IR? I can if you want
I just hope they show up on the right dates. Their press release stated Feb. 4-5. DesignCon is Jan. 31-Feb 2! ;)
Designcon2023 is going to be great
Just read the prs by poet ..customers are looking at their products how to incorporate them..I need business contracts now !!!
spvnf is SELLING NOW to co's
Same with lwlg .its now now now not tomorrow imo
Yes lwlg and poet will most likely get them signed for commercialisation. However looking to buy more spvnf
In that case spvnf is selling already!!! maybe I should buy more.dispite my anger at massive losses in it.[on paper)
SEV can solve a major problem for those European data centers.
Due to “unseasonably high temperatures” hitting the United Kingdom in July, two cooler units in an Oracle data center experienced outages, forcing part of the cloud infrastructure to go into a protective shutdown. Google in the U.K. faced similar problems.
Two leading London hospitals suffered problems with their IT systems, causing weeks of canceled operations and postponed appointments.
Data centers saw a breach of their design conditions for the first time and have now reached “uncharted territories,” said Richard Clifford, head of innovation at data center consultancy Keysource. If temperatures exceed what data centers are designed for, every degree beyond the threshold can mean some 10 to 15 percent of capacity is lost.
