DAVID SKRILOFF CEO & DIRECTOR
Mr. Skriloff serves as the CEO of Specialty Liquid Transportation (SLT) and prior was CEO of Environmental Packaging Technologies (EPT) David was the Portfolio Manager of MKM, a multi-million dollar hedge fund that has historically invested in microcap public companies as well as private companies. Before forming MKM in 2008, Mr. Skriloff served as the Managing Director – Research and Investments at Vision Capital Advisors, LLC from January 2006 to December 2007. At Vision Capital Advisors, he participated in the growth of assets under management from $12 million in January 2006 to $625 million in December 2007. Prior to Vision Capital, he served as an Executive Vice President of Business Development for Millivision, Inc., and served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of eGlobe, Inc., a global telecommunications Nasdaq listed company. Prior to joining eGlobe, he served with Gerard Klauer Mattison & Co., a registered investment bank and eGlobe’s financial banker, where he held the position of Senior Associate before being promoted to Vice President of Corporate Finance. He also served as an Associate at The American Acquisition Company, a venture capital group and was a co-founder and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Performance Technologies, Inc., a computer software company. Mr. Skriloff received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University in 1987 and an M.B.A. from New York University in 1992.
SHANE SIMS COO
Mr. Sims serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Specialty Liquid Transportation’s wholly owned subsidiary, EPT. Since 2007 working in various positions within the Company’s sales and engineering functions and working his way to his current position. Mr. Sims is the primary inventor and architect of the Company’s BIG Red LIQUIRIDE™ product along with most of the entire manufacturing process. Prior to EPT, Mr. Sims has been an entrepreneur and business owner of several logistic and distribution companies.
MARK LOTZ CFO
Mark Lotz is a Chartered Professional Accountant practicing publicly through his firm Lotz CPA Inc. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994 he brings a wealth of experience in business, tax and consulting. Formerly a CEO and CFO in the brokerage industry, he also has senior management experience in the mining, manufacturing and digital media sectors. He provides strategic tax and business planning and is a sought after expert for complex contractual issues and financial quantification. He regularly consults with legal firms acting as an expert witness on matters of securities regulation and litigation.
IAN TROOP DIRECTOR
Mr. Troop worked 20 years at Procter & Gamble leading businesses in North America, Mexico and Poland, and 6 years as President of ConAgra Foods’ International Division where he built a $1.5 billion Global Food business. He has served on numerous Public and private business boards. Mr. Troop was CEO of the Toronto 2015 Pan/Para Pan American Games. This organization delivered the largest sports infrastructure project in Canadian history on schedule and under budget. He was named one of Canada’s Top CEOs of the Future by The Financial Post, Wilfrid Laurier University top 100 Alumni of the past 100 years, and awarded a Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medal for his “significant community achievements and extraordinary contribution”
SOKHIE PUAR DIRECTOR
Mr. Puar, with over 30 years in the public markets, has worked in various capacities in both public and private companies. He has worked with companies in the mining, oil and gas, technology, education and clean energy sectors since 2001. Most recently, Mr. Puar was the CEO and Chairman of Candelaria Mining Corp. from February 2012 to September 2017. During his tenure, Candelaria Mining Corp. raised in excess of $28 million and acquired several mining projects in Mexico. Mr. Puar holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a Diploma in Business Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Mr. Puar currently sits on the board of several public and private companies including the board of Governors of Southpointe Academy, an independent school located in Tsawwassen, B.C., where he Chairs the Governance Committee.
STEVEN LEFKOWITZ DIRECTOR
Mr. Lefkowitz is the Founder of Wade Capital Corporation a financial advisory services company focused on small and middle markets and has been its President since June 1990. Mr. Lefkowitz has also served as a director of both publicly traded and privately held companies. He is currently a director of Cormedix, Inc. a publicly traded company listed on the AMEX and AIS, RE, a privately held reinsurance company domiciled in Bermuda. He served as the interim Chief Financial Officer of CorMedix from August 15, 2013 to July 20, 2014. Mr. Lefkowitz received his A.B. from Dartmouth College in 1977 and his M.B.A. from Columbia University in 1985.
