Regarding SPLT.OB, the company is working on new products and working on getting financial backing..If they managed to pull this off, 3 cents will be very cheap for this stock..
I agree I was at $3 split price. I have added .alot to lower my average to 33 cents. I do believe this stock is why under valued at this point. I wish it would get some hype! the market cap is a joke. I believe it should be at least a 1.5 dollars. that is a 9 million market cap. what do you think? we could make a small fortune.
SPLT : 6 million shares o/s is nothing..obviously they have been raising some working capital but this market cap is so low now. I am looking to average down nicely here. They are working on new products/deals. 1.9 cents..multi bagger potential is real IMO.
anybody heard anything? I have noticed thier are 6 million shares now on etrade. up from two million
Good Move Strongus I expect Spatialight to head north
very soon.
It's nice to be able to scoop shares at this level.
GLTY!
SPLT : Very good news indeed! Undervalued gem this one is..8 cents gives a laughable market cap for this company...adding more here..

SpatiaLight Announces Head Mounted Display Product Agreement with Daeyang E&C
Monday October 29, 2:39 pm ET
Product To Be World's First Consumer Personal 3D Display With Full HD Resolution
NOVATO, Calif., Oct. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SpatiaLight, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SPLT - News), a leading developer and manufacturer of ultra high-resolution Liquid Crystal on Silicon (LCoS) microdisplays, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Daeyang E&C of Korea (KOSDAQ: 033030 - News) for the joint development and distribution of a 1920x1080 Full HD Head Mounted Display (HMD), also referred to as a Face Mounted Display (FMD), targeted at high end 3D video, gaming and personal viewing applications.
The product is believed to be the world's first personal 3D display intended for the consumer market with Full HD resolution and virtual 74-inch screen size at a 2 meter viewing distance. The product is expected to be launched and demonstrated in the first quarter of 2008, and is expected to be available for worldwide sale starting in May 2008.
Two key trends in the consumer electronics industry are the increasing availability of high definition content both in the gaming and video market segments, as well as an increasing amount of 3D content. Full HD 1920 x1080 resolution is provided by most new game consoles and by high end PC graphics cards. The game console market alone currently has a $37 billion market size and continues with significant growth. In addition, Full HD 1920 x1080 video is provided by both new high definition DVD formats, Blu-ray(TM) and HD-DVD(TM). Above and beyond the increasing amount of high definition content is significant growth in the availability of 3D media, both in the form of games and movies. This co-developed HMD product is targeting gamers on a worldwide basis such as players using personal game consoles such as Sony's PS3, Microsoft's X-BOX, as well as PC based gaming systems. It also targets personal video viewing for both High Definition or 3D viewing, and the product is designed to be compatible with all of these systems.
"We have completed our assessment of the best opportunities for generating revenue in the short term, and have concluded that the HMD market is the segment where we should focus our efforts. We still believe that there are many applications for our high resolution LCoS technology in areas such as nano-projectors and similar projection based products, but feel that our resources need to be directed at HMD for the best opportunity for a short term return." said Dr. David Hakala, SpatiaLight's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He continued, "We have chosen to attack this market by supplying a Full HD LCoS imager capable of being operated in a single panel mode with image resolution and quality available at highly competitive pricing allowing us to enable exciting HMD applications. With the advent of more high resolution content as well as 3D content being delivered by both DVD based (Blu-Ray(TM) or HD-DVD(TM)) and gaming platforms (console and PC based) we intend to offer an HMD product, working in cooperation with Daeyang, to address the high resolution and 3D demands in the high performance consumer marketplace. We will discuss more specifics as milestone targets are met."
Dr. Mike Jin, SpatiaLight's Chief Technology Officer added "Starting with our proven, established high quality 1920x1080p T3 imager, we have made the necessary modifications to our LC cell structure and fabrication as well to our drive circuitry and firmware to allow our product to make stunning, single panel Full HD images for HMD applications. Joining our Full HD LCoS product and system expertise with Daeyang's HMD experience should provide consumers with an exciting visual experience."
Young Hyun Yim, the CEO of Daeyang E&C, commented, "With the availability of SpatiaLight's Full HD 1920x1080 single panel LCoS imager technology, we are now able to manufacture the world's first next-generation personal display product with full HD resolution and virtual 74-inch screen size. This release of this product in the first half of next year will revitalize the FMD market, which DaeYang E&C expects to contribute significantly in increasing the company's revenue. We look forward to the success of this joint effort with SpatiaLight."

Looks like the wall has been broken !
Very low volume bring this down.
Was thinking the same thing...... 10 cents seems like a sweet deal. May have to wait a bit for interest to start up again.
Following this one back when it was HDTV, I seem to remember it always did well going into the holiday season. Good luck.

It was $2.00 just a few days ago, and now its at .20... If you catch the bottom it may pay off short term..
This may have a solid bounce just to relieve oversold conditions
May happen if momo players get involved again or some news comes out. Either way it will be short lived. Take the money and run away screaming.
Dan
I still think it will make a little bounce soon.. May not be worth it though..
Ahhh.. Thank you..
It happened a few weeks ago. 1 for 50. Nice huh?
Dan
first day of split was August 24
When was the split.. I havent looked much into the fundamentals here, only the technicals of the chart..
pre-split this was .03
post-split this is now .004
.20/50=.004
agree but they are looking incrediably cheep. after the split they are down alot of percentage. thier is value in the corperate shell at the bear miniumum. please correct me if i am wrong but the bankers will be paid of in stock with a float of 15 million
i'm starting to wonder if the bottom here is bankruptcy.
i don't think i would touch it unless they announce a manufacturing contract. their words and plans are ringing hollow.
Not that I know of. EOM
have they followed bankrupsy?
With the debt they owe I doubt that is an optoin. Who knows. I just think it's a very long shot for them to make it now.
Dan
your right. maybe they should try to sell out
crad, They don't need a PR firm. They need to clean up their act. Settle with LG, announce a contract, run some product, ETC. They are in the clutches of the finace companies and look doubtful to get out. I'm not going to waste another penney on it. But I will hold what I have because it's not much more to loose.
Dan
I just do not know if i should be stupid and buy some more. after the split and the pay of of the creditors with stock it is priced right know. who knows? your right we can still have a shout. any thing positive and this thing will sky rocket. they need to hire a new pr person
Crad, Your not the only one taken in buy the BS from managment. They have lied and run this thing into the ground. The future looks bleak but who knows they may pull something off yet. I didn't sell either. (Dumb) Now this is my lotery ticket stock.
Dan

can his company do any thing right. perdiction price per share 25 cents one month i hope i am wrong
