It's a very big deal. The waiting stinks because it's already been a very long one. I do believe the odds are on our side to get pink current and progress from there. They seem to have built up their internal resources quite a bit since the genesis, and legal maneuvers to prepare for the new entity have at least been partially completed. Nobody knows when but it's one less day than yesterday lol.

Perspective: if you are going to disrupt an entire industry and do things differently than those before you, including strict anti-corruption policies and a foundation to actually help the arguably impoverished areas in which you work (rife with corruption)….then you better have your ducks in a row and be able to back up your words with a solid plan, i.e. infrastructure and people in place to carry out said plans.

All of that takes time while swimming against the tide of existing corruption and entrenched ways of “how it’s always been done”.

Without that filing stating that Ameca is moving its assets to STHC we would have many reasons to believe
that the Phoenix will never fly. eg Timeline timed out and no communication.
They put out a video that states that they are doing everything they can to make Sri happen...Congo too - wtfk what is possible there.
We tell ourselves there is no way they can make it happen without coin. To get coin, private placements are the only way.
And STHC is the only available way to make that happen. So far Mark is all show and yet to go. We have been given
the "new way" to mining and how the locals will benefit....waiting for the completed application.
