As of December 31, 2010, the Company’s service was used directly by more than 200 organizations. The Company markets its service to business-to-consumer (B2C) companies in the financial services, telecommunications and media, retail and utility industries, as well as to companies in the collection industries. In June 2011, the Company acquired assets of SmartReply.
