There is now no Enterprise value Cash=Mkt Cap! I just bot $20,000 today at 1.70, an old order was left over. The market has not noticed sales up 500% and cash now equals maret cap, teh company is now for free.
Since SIMA folks are deep value, thought might be of interest
SSG.v Another hypervalue, got 100% out of it in weeks. Bot for .14 at beginning of Oct was over .30 in weeks, sold some over .30, just 2 days ago bot even more back at .21 sat still, then see after close it went up to .27 today.
https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/ssg.v?ltr=1
They did some debt restructuring. Numbers quite amazing.
Market Cap (intraday) 5 3.28M
Enterprise Value 3 12.68M
Trailing P/E 2.75
Forward P/E 1 N/A
PEG Ratio (5 yr expected) 1 N/A
Price/Sales (ttm) 0.05
Price/Book (mrq) 0.82
Enterprise Value/Revenue 3 0.20
Enterprise Value/EBITDA 6 2.71
NoName yes, tried it would not. Its not worth it to open an account just for one stock, but will keep that list in mind, thanks.
BTW since you are into super undervalued stocks, check out WTP.AX Watpac, think it might be the cheapest stock in world. I have bot just 5,000 of it so far. Its Australia only, but very liquid, penny spread. https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=WTP.AX
More cash than mkt cap, > $billion in sales, big cashflow, fully reporting. Rather amazing, but since no one talks about Watpac except one TheStreet that said it was a company for free, would like others to see if they see flaws in it before going deeper in it.
No board for it anywhere, so created one here on Ihub.
Thanks for your articles, found your site during my search for the cheapest stock in the world and bot one from it. Did you mention MEI.to there? Maybe picked up on that one from you too.
Cheers
BTW just read your list, 30 trades not an issue, seriously I do that on average per day. Just counted, 24 so far today.
Fidelity also will not let you trade SIMA. It trades on the grey market so there's no electronic bid/ask available anywhere.
Here's a blog post of mine showing some brokerages who will let you trade SIMA:
http://www.nonamestocks.com/2016/10/brokerage-firms-otc-markets-and-dark.html
Thanks. Otherwise I will use this board, unless I deem it private in nature.
T
I get last trade on Ameritrade but need to call in for actual bid/ask. First time I did it they said my bid at 2.75 was the bid and there was no offer. Weird, but it actually got me excited about the few shares I had gotten. Since then 15-20,000 shares have changed hands at 2.75.
T
worse IB will not trade it, Looks like Fidelity does, but no quotes.
Good work, and useful info to know, thanks
Thanks T, IB does not show prices, where is best bid ask for SIMA out there, closest and up to date?
thanks

No Name, I have tried to respond to your blog but won't publish unless I join Google. That is not happening. What I have been trying to say is precedent was set back in late 80's when BorSon construction tried to take Shelter Corp private below book. A broker I worked with sued on behalf of his clients and won. Court ruled book value was minimum. Again in early 2000's a company I had been accumulating, VINT, tried same ploy. I told BOD about court ruling and offer went from 3.50 to over 7. So book value or court.
T
Geo, see no name stock site. Gives everything needed. I have been able to pick up some shares at 2.75. Actually a fair number of shares traded there recently.

new blog post: $COMX and $SIMA Updated Numbers http://www.nonamestocks.com/2016/11/comx-and-sima-updated-numbers.html
Hi Snakess, What would the
market cap
shares out
EBITDA
be?
Can not trust Yahoo#s they say https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=SIMA
only 1 million in cash, so assume rest wrong too.
Thanks
Hi T, Small world, saw same noname article and personally know Nick Bodnar. Can someone PM SIMA's financials or a link to them being they have gone dark?
BTW T and I have been discussing another stock WTP.AX Watpac, which just might be the cheapest stock there is. Its big too, in sales not mkt cap. Its over $1 billion in sales an Australian contractor for mines and building, and more cash than mkt cap. I have created a board here for it, just search on watpac or WTP.AX
Yahoo https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=WTP.AX
Hope can somehow see SIMA's numbers.
Apparently we have found a price that both buyers and sellers agree on. 9000 shares in three blocks. Things opening up finally.
T
Thanks for info. Not sure why I didn't get that email. Been with SAAD for years. I got 100 more shares last week. Saw someone got 1-2000 shares a couple days ago. Lucky sons a gun.
T
http://saadvisory.com/update/archive/October-28-2016.htm updated financial at the bottom of this email alert just released concerning sima
lazy not inform investor and lazy sleazy trader that did not check the market as he should have. There are at least 2 bids one 2.50 and the other was 2.75. So yes the investor got screwed by his own lack on knowledge.
After that trade i checked the markets and they remain 2.50 and 2.75 bid
Patient grasshopper is the theme here
Someone got a deal. I have had an order for 300@$2.75 for a couple now and saw someone filled 300@$1.70. Of course, seller got screwed. Not sure how to avoid this from happening in future. Must be a couple market makers and with no bid/ask showing kinda left to chance, I guess.
T
Thanks, snakess. I agree, good price. Just hope getting more down the road is possible. I go thru same problems trying to fill buys on CCOM. Nicholas Bodnar writes some good articles for Seeking Alpha on obscure stocks. Usually trading below book value. Check him out sometime.
T
I would say that your got a great price. The number were better than i anticipated. I thought that they would not increase R&D past 1.5 million but instead they increased it to 2.1 million If they had not it would have been another .20 in earnings.
The G&A was also reduced which increased earnings by .06
Revenue is starting to creep up by 500k over last year.
I believe that new introduction on new product should speed up rev going forward.
Remember the 1st Q is over- They most likely earned another .15-.20 for the quarter and increased their cash position and book value.
There are plenty of options for this company dividend because of huge
cash horde, go totally private and buy back the shares that remain- some 600k would not cost them that much as mentioned at 10 dollars because in a few years they would re-earn that money.
Sell the company another option
EBITDA for the year is .99 and the stock you purchase was 2.56 crazy cheap could easily trade at 10x EBITDA
pe,psr,p/bk, p/cf and zero debt
book 7.15
cash over 5$
Snakess, thanks for posting. Very good numbers. That was me at 2.56 yesterday. When I called Ameritrade for a quote they said I was the bid and there was no offer. I have never heard of that. No offer? I guess you need to put out a bid and wait. GLTA.
T
just received year end statement for June 30, 2016 for sima directly from company

Comprehensive income including unrealized gain of 200k or $2,420,877 or .71/ fully diluted share
R&D increased even more to $2.1 million from $1.5 million
no debt
G&A down $200k
the ship is being run perfectly
wow

strong buy
last trade today was 2.56 with .71 net income/sh we are trading at 3.6X trailing. Remember the q1 just ended and they earned another .15-.20
