There is no after hours activity in this. The trades in question are marked as „seq“, which means, they‘ve been reported out of sequence. CE stocks have no active MMs. You can look that up, on the homepage of OTC Marktes. It‘s also why there isn’t any L2 data. In addition, I wouldn’t consider those trades, to be above the ask. The bid and ask can be meaningless, if they‘re decoys. In that case, the data reveals nothing. We can’t see, at what level the bid and ask have actual volume. The two blocks almost certainly have their origin in the regular session.

Apparently there are people who don't know what "market capitalization" means. It's not revenue or earnings.
