I guess with Solargy being defunct, Carl has to make a living somehow.

probably Vega Bio - pure dreaming and speculation.
It reportably had plants in construction then many months later did a big reverse split, then as usual continued on down down down. Now dilution occurring again. sound familiar.
These two would go hand in hand.
10Q filing. Pretty amusing.

PROJECTS
The company is currently pursuing a number of Power purchase agreements with utility services in the Caribbean and South East Asia.
In January of 2009 the Municipality of Mardan, a province in the Northwestern Provinces of Pakistan , awarded Solargy a power purchase agreement for 30 MW of Power . The Company has had considerable difficulty securing funding to execute the contract. Management has suggested to the Municipality of Marwan that a letter of credit be issued to support the funding. The Municipality has verbally agreed, but to date the company has not yet received the banking guarantee.
Management is also planning to use 50 acres of land it has access to as a joint venture to build a solar farm in Chief land Florida. Solargy has secured a term sheet from a regional utility company for the purchase of up to 20 MW of power for a period of twenty years, as was previously announced.
In September of 2010, management was informed that there was an interest from some West African countries in acquiring a number of waste to energy plants. Management has been led to believe that there is a strong possibility that at least one waste to energy contract will be awarded and in fact management has seen an expression of interest in a10 MW WTE $60,000,000 plant. Solargy hopes to have secured a POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT (PPA) for the 10 MW facilities by the end of the year, and a bank guarantee to finance the project
Come on. You have to be kidding!
Must have run the hat around to pay their bills.
VV can relax now.
Wow up 50%
Dunno. But I wouldn't hold out much hope for the divy shares of Zono, now.
Wonder what VV has to say now.
Oh well a tax write off then.
Well, the website is gone, folks.
http://www.solargysystemsinc.com/
So, I guess there'll be no Zono dividend.
And they're still revoked at Nevada SOS.

True, but it is a demonstration of interest in the stock...
...and a nice percentage move in the right direction.
That's all that really matters to me.
That small dollar amount could represent a full position for some people, like myself. I never committ more funds than I can comfortably leave tied up for several years.
You know how these penny stocks roll. Eventually most will cycle around and come back in favor again. I am confident SLGS will do the same. It is just a matter of buying cheap, without over committing, and then being patient.
Have a Good Weekend!
VV
VV, the moderate volume is only $210 worth of stock.
Solargy Systems stock UP 40% today on moderate volume.
It seems about time for another progress PR.
Good Luck to All Longs.
VV
I wasn't saying it WAS an asset play.
The quesion was simply what ARE their assets?
There is probably a near-infinite long list of things they don't have.
One of the things they don't have is a gaming deal.
SLGS is NOT an asset play.
There is probably a near-infinite long list of things they don't have.
VV
So, what does SLGS have as an asset, anyways?
None of that matters in the least.
As a shareholder, it is something I'm getting for free.
There is no downside to it. As you suggest it will either happen or it won't happen. I'm not counting on it, and never have. It's just a little free-bee, so I see it as a positive.
VV
I've seen too many divies not get paid to think you should automatically take it for granted that it'll be issued.
Not only that, but even if it is issued, being of a private company, you'll never be able to sell it.
On it's issuance, it may already be worthless.
What is ZONO, anyway?
Solar Energy, as a market segment, is UP across the board today.
That seems to be carrying this one along too, on improving volume.
Chart is looking better, also. Accumulation, shown in CMF, started in late April and has increased recently. Now we're trading above the upper Bollinger Band for the last two days; MACD has turned Positive. And most importantly, the 50-Day Moving Average has turned upward slightly.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=SLGS&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p47191745738
Good Luck to All Longs.
VV
I wouldn't count on it.
We should be getting our dividend shares any day now.
So it would get to .0001 faster?
And could then R/S? lol
WHAT? I was expecting a F/S
WHAT? That's when R/Ss are most likely! ( :
Hey VV
Look at that chart.
Mate those TZs are knocking at the door. I might buy back in at TZ1
slojab, I believe I just said there is NO "implication".
Just comparing numbers, and statistics in general, does carry a weight of its own. I find these comparisons sometimes interesting. Yet you asked "Who cares". OK, I care! And there's no implication in that either. LOL!
I just heard on MSNBC that this gigantic 900 point DOW loss was caused by human error. Apparently, someone mis-placed a decimal point upon entering a sell order on a Dow-listed stock. I think it was Proctor & Gamble. Then everything snowballed after that. That is far better than a real meltdown. But this does show just how vulnerable the markets really are.
I don't really know anything about Zono PLC. If I get the dividend shares then I'm sure there will be more information forthcoming.
In any case, it's going to be a freebie, if it happens.
As the old saying goes: "Don't look a gift horse in the mouth".
Have a Good Day!
VV
Didn't say they weren't factual. Asked about the relevance of the implication you seemed to be making. But if it was all just in fun, carry on. lol
Any thoughts on Zono PLC? Seems to be a bit of a farce, doesn't it?
The statistics that I posted are ABSOLUTELY factual when posted.
But SLGS has since backed off to UP only 42.86% on the day.
I just posted that to "rattle your cage" and get you to respond.
Seems to have worked perfectly.
I wasn't really implying anything. I was just wondering if you were lurking near by.
Really, I'm just trying to have a little fun here on a down-market day.
LOL!
VV
What could you possibly be implying with that comment?
That SLGS is a better buy than any stock trading on a legitimate exchange?
Listed companies actually have businesses, you know? What's SLGS got?
How about a chart comparison of the NASDAQ vs SLGS over the life of SLGS? Who cares about a single day?
Largest inter-day loss in DOW since 1987. Yet SLGS is UP 50% today.
VV
VV, here's some dd for you.
Do you really want shares in Zono?

No dd can be done on Zono Inc. It's Zono PLC.
No dd can be done on "Zymbolics Inc". Does it exist?
The LOI to acquire "something" from Symbolics Inc? Symbolics has an interesting past, but what's worth "acquiring"?
And what is the tie-in between Zono and Zymbolics?
When did Zono even come into the Solargy picture?
Who is Shawn Mallahan and why is she connected to Zono? Other than she's a hot 28 year old blonde realtor. Who happens to be selling 1717 N Bayshore. Does that addy ring a bell? Anyone? ( :
I gotta say, VV, this is turning into quite an interesting stock!
What possible dd can be done on Zono?
Come up with something. I'll be impressed.
Thank you VV for the update. I would have missed it had you not posted. Must say was a lengthy read.
I see we have 75 Board Marks. I am sure they are interested too.
slojab, Why don't you do some Due Diligence so you can answer your own questions?
VV
"Reward"? VV, if someone gives you something that turns out to be of no value, that's no reward.
That's the most likely case for these restricted shares of Zono.
What is Zono, btw? What value is there in this company?
And just fyi, there is no short interest in SLGS.
The dividend is a reward for those who've been supporting the stock for a while.
It is NOT being put out there as an incentive to buy shares now.
So, for the moment, your short position is still secure. You have nothing to worry about.
LOL!
VV
No, but it sure sounded like you were happy. ( :
WOW! Looks like we're going to receive a DIVIDEND!
If not for the perceived value, then what?
slojab, I never said the dividend share were valuable.
But their COST to me is zero.
In my opinion, if nothing else, the dividend is a nice gesture on Nurse's part. So I find absolutely no fault with it. You may disagree, and apparently, you do. So be it.
Basically, I'm just reporting the SEC filing, as part of being an interested shareholder and the forum moderator. Now that's completed.
EOM
VV
Just saying....restricted shares as a divy of a private company from a pinky like SLGS most often turns out to be of no value.
Don't expect this "Zono" to ever get listed to where you can sell it and receive any monetary gain.
I'll just accept the dividend and be Happy!
Thank you very much!
LOL!
VV
A pinksheet company with no revs or viable business comes out and says they're spinning off restricted shares of a division noone knows about and everyone's supposed to be happy?
About what?
The cost probably exceeds the value! What's the purpose?
Maybe when you dd ZONO, you'll be less enthused about this.
Maybe Carl can give you a lead on your dd.
http://www.sunbiz.org/scripts/cordet.exe?action=DETFIL&inq_doc_number=M07000003900&inq_came_from=NAMFWD&cor_web_names_seq_number=0000&names_name_ind=N&names_cor_number=&names_name_seq=&names_name_ind=&names_comp_name=ZONO&names_filing_type=
I'm not invested in Zono Inc. so I don't know anything about them.
The SEC Form was just published a few minutes ago. It does take a little time to do due diligence. But apparently no time at all to spin this to the negative.
VV
And what is known about Zono Inc?
Restricted shares from a pinky of a dividend in a private entity spinoff usually amounts to a no value situation.
WOW! Looks like we're going to receive a DIVIDEND!
"Management has decided to pay dividends in the form of restricted common stock of Zono, Inc on a prorata basis to all shareholders of Solargy Systems Inc as of January 31, 2010.
http://knobias.10kwizard.com/filing.php?param=&ipage=6895869&DSEQ=1&SEQ=&SQDESC=SECTION_BODY&exp=
Well, at least those who were long in Jan2010 are.
VV
Thunderbolt, Thanks! I just got lucky today. Kudos go to NITE.
My other, much larger, position is at .00264 so I will be here for awhile longer.
When I say "large" I am taking about a few hundred dollars. On stocks like this I never get outside my "comfort zone".
So, if I can snag some of those 16's in a week or two then I will refill my cornucopia.
Good Luck to YOU and All Longs.
VV
VV
Very pleased for you - Well done.
Get rid of the other position too at a profit if you can.
TB
Thunderbolt, Sorry you haven't done well.
Sometimes it's best to just cut losses and move on. Or wait to see if this recovers. It's your time to waste.
And NO, I don't have any musical instruments.
Just waiting on this one... and others.
VV
Hi VistaViewer
Bit of action today my friend. Impressed 43.8% up on 55,000 vol.
Why are you not on your trumpet?
Makes my holding worth $5 now. Yahooooooo
Mr Nurse is currently working on the filing for 4th Quarter 2009 and hopes to get it completed and published by the end of Feb.
Someone needs to lend Carl $900.
