Rumor also has it that Solarbrook has just made a takeover offer for GE and is looking to expand operations to Mars.
Wow, The AS is the FIXED 600M shares which is incredible low for a 0.0001 stock!
It only costs a couple of hundreds of dollars to get a new website! Who cares?
They used to have a website which was garbage. Which just just about sums this company up.
Share selling operation only. Buyer beware.
George Moore has Been singing this song for years
rumor is they're getting one.
LOL, They can easily put the website back to work with little cost!
Not only does it not have a website, it doesn't have a telephone. Nor does it have an office, a CEO, employees or assets. One thing it does have is a trail of lawsuits, not to mention several reverse splits which the once-upon-a-time CEO used as cash cows.
This company does not even have a website or any business whatsoever
This hidden gem is Hyper Undervalued now and Hyper Oversold since the 52-week high 0.0009! 510K shares slapped at 0.0002s so far...
Good to see some interest here
Based on the FIXED Small SS and ridiculous low MV ($50K) plus huge potential for the key Water Purifying Technology they own SLRW should be traded at the penny land 0.0x! Easy 20-bagger quick rally without any news at all! With any good news SLRW will surge to the penny land again...
If I don't believe in a company then I will liquidate my position...
Here is an easy one. Post a working telephone number for Solarbrook.
Really? Just an opinion? Okay, then, why not contact George Moore, the "CEO?" Or, why not pick up your phone and contact Solarbrook? Why not contact the Attorney General of North Carolina and inquire about the status of Solarbrook? Why not visit the Solarbrook website? Why not contact a brokerage firm like Fidelity or AmeriTrade and ask about the status of the stock?
To all the low risk-tolerance SLRW shareholders: sell all your shares at the current bid 0.0001 ASAP to avoid the potential "no bid"...
Take your 100% safe cash positions and let those high risk-taking investors hold all the floating shares which is a very fair deal to both the buyers and sellers!
That is just your opinion only!
Pretty tough to be undervalued when there is no value.
SLRW is one of the most undervalued OTCNI stocks! Very hot important technology which could bring in millions of dollars cash!
Solarbrook (aka, SolarBroke): No CEO, no employees, no assets, no physical location, no phone, no nothing (except for a trail of lawsuits).
This hidden gem were Hyper Oversold most recently and Hyper Undervalued now! An huge bounce (20-bagger) is way overdue...
The FIXED small SS itself entitles a strong rally! SLRW is almost ready...
Yes, on watch for a move again someday.
SLRW has been defunct for four years and is currently under a DTC freeze. Lawsuits pending.
SLRW should easily surge over the most recent high 0.0009 based on the FIXED low SS and Hyper low MV alone!

Note: Only trade, with money you can afford to lose !
$100 will Buy - 1 Million shares at 0.0001
Most, 0.0001 stocks will climb to Bid 0.0003 - Ask 0.0004
* Many will go to 0.0012 and Higher !
Why did someone bother to buy just 1K shares at 0.0002? Anyway up 100% now!
The same to you too!
My question is still not answered! Why didn't the majority of SLRW shareholders dump their "risky" shares at the bid to avoid any risk you speculated here? But, you are free to believe what you want. It's your believing.
Many of those who are holding bought the shares well back in time at much higher prices. If you bought 100,000 shares at $0.08 for example, you paid $8000. Sell now you get $10. So you hold hoping for a miracle. Same holds true (albeit on a substantially lower scale) for those who bought in at say 0.0005 - 0.0008 during the last two pump-and-dumps. What good is selling at 0.0001? Again, hope for a miracle. Whether you want to believe it or not, the company does not exist. It's the same for SLRW's (HYRF back then) one-time sister company, EYII, also run by scam artists. Going back 10-12 years ago, HYRF (now SLRW) had a chance to be something. Unfortunately, it was run (and ruined) by scammers. Why does the float look low? Check how many times this had reverse splits. Each time, the CEO stuffed his pockets. But, you are free to believe what you want. It's your money.
But why the majority of shareholders are still holding the shares very firmly if what you speculated were true? It does not make any sense!
Even a squad of bokers couldn't bring this corpse back to life. It's been dead and rotting for nearly four years.CEO in hiding dodging lawsuits. No employees. No assets - not even a telephone. DTC'd.
This hidden gem seems ready to soar! The weak hand's sales are almost dried out now...
LOL, someone put ten dollars (yes, a whopping $10.03) to try to bash this hidden gem.
LOL, someone put four dollars (yes, a whopping $4.00) to try to pump this "hidden gem."
Anyone who doesn't believe in the company should liquidate all the SLRW shares at the current bid ASAP while there is still a bid here because selling out a stock then taking a cash position is always 100% safe!
Yes. Every stock has certain risk(s) associated with which is the reason why the investors sell the shares to exchange with the 100% safe cash! If SLRW stuck at 0 x 0.0001 for long time then the risk is: you can't sell out your shares to get the cash money back no matter how low you want to sell... And this kind of risk is very realistic since the hundreds of millions of shares already dumped at 0.0001s during the past years! Also someone mentioned the NC-AG action risk...
Risk??? It is at .0001 what risk LOL
I've done my DD. Anyone who is afraid of the risk should sell ASAP!
Once again, do some research. Try contacting the CEO. When you fail that, call the AG of North Carolina. End of discussion.
2005 was too far from now (almost ten years) and any Info. in that old perhaps has nothing to do with the current company at all! I'd like to see any fact or evidence from the most recent years and I don't care much about long long history! Do you know when was SLRW downgraded to the OTCNoInformation (OTCNI) tier? Will the company become a Reporting OTC again? Why the tens of millions of shares were dumped at 0.0001s? TIA!
Try contacting the "CEO." Try contacting anyone associated with the "company." Go back to 2005 and read about Solarbrook (Solarbroke) when it was called HydroFlo and Dennis Mast. (Mast was forced out as CEO by the Feds.) There is enough reading to keep you busy for hours.
Don't want to do that? Call the North Carolina AG's office.

Divisions of Solarbrook Water and Power
Solarbrook Water and Power Corporations (SLRW.PK) core focus is to seek out synergistic acquisitions that will provide capital appreciation and income from portfolio companies. The objectives of the company are to concentrate its resources and efforts on businesses dealing with the treatment and purification of water.
The companies currently held are: HydroFlo Water Treatment Inc., Ultra Choice Water, Inc., Advanced Water Recycle, Inc., and Clean Water Scientific, Inc.
HydroFlo Water Treatment, Inc.
HydroFlo Water Treatment, Inc. (HWTI) is an international provider of wastewater treatment solutions for industrial and governmental customers. HWTI designs, builds, and installs equipment used for pre-treatment of wastewater within sewers and pressure collection systems. The Company was founded in 1999 and provides equipment to end users and Original Equipment Manufacturers throughout the United States and Europe.
HydroFlo Water Treatment, Inc. provides a full range of related services to companies and municipalities to treat their wastewater at the treatment plant by the use of the energy efficient aeration systems in treatment lagoons. HWTI is ready with global solutions to help clean wastewater at costs lower than possible under prior arrangements. The innovative technology that HWTI provides is based on a simple but sound premise-expand the potential of your existing infrastructure with a minimal investment and eliminate the need of costly chemicals that require removal at the wastewater treatment facilities.
HWTI's patented Pressure Line Up Stream (PLUS) system eliminates both odor and corrosion associated with pressure sewer systems. The process utilizes the wastewater pipeline conveyance network as a pretreatment location so pretreatment can be performed at minimal capital costs. The Company's Aero Transfer System improves the performance at the aeration base by supplementing existing systems whenever high efficiency oxygen transfer is an issue.
HWTI's Dissolved Air Flotation (HDAF) unit provides a more effective and efficient means of removal of solids from wastewater by creating a pump that requires less horsepower, greater operation and process efficiencies than conventional units.
The Company's export goals are to develop a network of manufacturer's representative to sell and distribute the Company's equipment globally. The additional goal is to inform and make the Company's processes a part of a standard specification for engineering firms engaged in the design-construction of wastewater treatment facilities.

CWSI's AquaClens for Industry has the ability to efficiently oxygenate water. Clean Water Scientifics' patent pending technology is a device known as the Add-o-mizer, a cylindrical unit wherein liquid and gas are mixed under high pressure. Inside the unit the liquid and gas are mixed in a fashion to dissolve the gas into the liquid. Upon release from the unit, the gas appears in a small bubble formation within the liquid. This process has been used and proven very effective in water treatment, water purification, and water oxygenation.
