I am gunna miss this scam.....it was very entertaining.
REVOCATION I called it last week lmfao....2nd turd in a row for some....
Where is that pretentious prick AI?
That was quick. Only three weeks after they were suspended.
SWET's goose is cooked here......well, it would be if they had even a goose.
No volume in the market & no responses from corporate. It is over, as good as dead.
Anybody who says they are starting construction "soon" on a 1.5B project without approvals or financing is an absolute, in your face, liar......AKA, Ronny Pickett.
I sent a message to SWET about 4 years ago. I received message back from them stating they would be starting construction in April. what happend? they just stoled the money and gifted shares to people pumped the stock and cashed out every time. I SMELL FRAUD
REVOCATION is next just like the other turd....Filings, filings filings...Trading 101 no filings buyer beware...
Those people are stupid... Its about tight floats, proposed revenue and momo...
junior (@RePurporsing) has gone dark since about May . . . just as temperatures would be warming up for a good test of the tech.
So far, every trade has been a sell below the bid. Even so far as 2,027,926 shares sold at $.0001!
Ppl like that deserve jail time
I remember my first 2 pinky buys.....It was shocking that people could just lie and get away with it....I couldn't believe it.....
I was fortunate that the money lost was minimal in learning that lesson. There are many who have lost their life savings to these crooks.
All Pickett did was plagiarize a cartoon publication.....and pretend it was real.
Purchased it in 2012 time. My First buy ever.
I know you were ripped off by them ... you and a whole host of others. A number of us here have been sounding the alarm bells for years. Buyer beware ... especially when in comes to the OTC.
I haven't seen nor was aware of the 1975 patent application. And, as my work is due to entirely original thinking, I believe my novel invention that includes variable vanes will produce a desired output that will stun and excite even the nuclear fusion advocates.
Trueheart
Ah yes.....the 24/7 downdraft tower needs to be able to take advantage of the updrafts.
I think I read about that in the original 1975 patent application still awaiting the first actual build-out 45 years later.
Ah, you laugh but I have invented a simple solution. The construct is such that the the turbine blades reverse to take advantage of the negative pressures. I call it the Variable Modulating Vane Flex System (pat. pending).
I'm surprised and frankly disappointed that you didn't see this easy adjustment to maintain output during various weather events.
Trueheart
You do realize that wind at the top creates a NEGATIVE pressure and sucks air OUT the top of the "downdraft Tower"?
Of course that wouldn't apply if the tower was built horizontal facing into the wind. LMAO!
The position of "expert" at SWET has been filled by an out-of-work TV weatherman for years now..
I was going with alcoholic DT hallucinations. Mini-me has some serious personality issues.
And in SWET's imagination.
The series-parallel chimneys will work at maximum efficiency during a hurricane but can be calibrated to work in tropical disturbances which are more typical wind events.
I tell you, the desert experiment was doomed to failure at the onset, completely unlike my unique and well-conceived concept.
Trueheart
ah, i see. so these contraptions only work in hurricanes.
The wind tower tests failed because they were tested in the wrong place geographically.
They should have been set up in Puerto Rico or Bermuda to take advantage of the hurricane force winds that would produce the difference in pressure needed to turn the turbines.
I see a set of chimneys in a series, east to west, the power flowing from one to another as the hurricane continues on its path.
Of course a great surge of power would result but it would be continuous for the duration of the wind event.
The power will be stored in huge batteries that release the electricity where needed.
The original plan to test the concept in the desert was doomed to fail. My plan foolproof and too good to fail.
Trueheart
I don't see any posts complaining about losing whatever money they had invested in this.
Obviously, there are gonna be some bagholders.
I wonder what the final tally was for cash generated by all those convertible notes? I think it was 10 million dollars at one point. That's a lot of unhappy investors.
I think Ron got me for about $3500, but I haven't held any stock for a few years.
And the "DEMO Tower" pretty much proved this thing has no chance of generating affordable electrical power.
The conclusion that that "Demo tower" didn't generate anything, but since it was only a demo, therefore it proved the tower would work, is amazingly preposterous, yet it is stated with a straight face.
LMAO....only in the pinkies.
If you can get ahold of Ron, ask him if he's going to address the situation and what he intends to do about it.
Now Ron knows the meaning of the word malfeasance or the term fiduciary duty. Or, maybe not.
But since only shareholders got burned, he probably couldn't care less about going to the greys. SWET will carry on as a private company. For all the good it'll do him.
As discussed in more detail above, all of the Respondents are delinquent in their periodic filings with the Commission, have repeatedly failed to meet their obligations to file timely periodic reports, and failed to heed delinquency letters sent to them by the Division of Corporation Finance requesting compliance with their periodic filing obligations or, through their failure to maintain a valid address on file with the Commission as required by Commission rules, did not receive such letters.
I'm curious, on what basis are you holding out hope? What has SWET ever done other than issue press releases about letters of intent and re-engineering (and further re-engineering) of the tower that would lead you to think that this is something that it might bring into being?
I'm in the minority, but I am still holding out hope.
Not a scam, but I don't know if SWET will succeed or if investment in Tower will materialize.
It's been a long year since the "Demo tower", and chances may be slim, but I am not giving up on SWET yet.
someone who is in contact with the company should inform them that a suspension is not some type of deadline. the only thing that the sept.30th date denotes is the expiration of the suspension. they should also give them the following link and let them know that revocation proceedings have already begun.
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2019/34-86972.pdf
Everyone knows, but here is the press release on the suspension of trading:
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2019/09/18/1917331/0/en/U-S-Securities-and-Exchange-Commission-Temporarily-Suspends-Trading-in-SWET-Securities.html
The records keep falling!
laho revoked today before the suspension was even over.

Skull and cross bones already up at OTCM.
Wow....SWET's suspension is more action than we have seen here for years.
From a review of Renee's notifications on revocations, I see where lucky is correct in that while a lot took a year to be revoked following their suspensions, many were done within a month and one was just two weeks.
lol. i think renee said it might be due to their approaching eofy.
They must have added an employee. (-:
revocations are coming much quicker these days.
Step One is all but a given. Step Two could be years away.
But a 99% certainty that it'll happen. Just as Step One was if Ron failed to file a Form 15 deregistration in time.
