Yeah the greys aren't much fun. If there is any upside to being there its that you can usually catch some shares very cheaply.
the grey market is a tough place to trade. jmo -e-
You are correct !!
Think of it this way, Carlito, for every investor who loses money in a stock because of an SEC Suspension hundreds of other investors will be protected from losing money in that stock.
As the SEC increases their Suspensions hopefully investors in every Pink Sheet stock will begin their due diligence with a BUYER BEWARE approach.
The first question an investor should answer is, could this stock be at risk of an SEC Suspension because of failure to file Fins / false and misleading news releases / stock promotion with massive dilution / etc.
The sec Killing me grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
end of the Micro floaters ??

Softlock.com, Inc. (n/k/a The Cap One Group, Inc.) (CIK No. 870227) is a Delaware corporation located in Maynard, Massachusetts with a class of securities registered with the Commission pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12(g). Softlock.com is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed any periodic reports since it filed a Form 10-KSB for the period ended March 31, 2008. On April 16, 2002, the company filed a Chapter 7 petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the case was terminated on October 8, 2008. As of June 2, 2011, the company’s stock (symbol “DIGSQ”) was quoted on OTC Link, had five market makers, and was eligible for the “piggyback” exception of Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11(f)(3).
B. DELINQUENT PERIODIC FILINGS
As discussed in more detail above, all of the Respondents are delinquent in their periodic filings with the Commission, have repeatedly failed to meet their obligations to file timely periodic reports, and failed to heed delinquency letters sent to them by the Division of Corporation Finance requesting compliance with their periodic filing obligations or, through their failure to maintain a valid address on file with the Commission as required by Commission rules, did not receive such letters.
Exchange Act Section 13(a) and the rules promulgated thereunder require issuers of securities registered pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12 to file with the Commission current and accurate information in periodic reports, even if the registration is voluntary under Section 12(g). Specifically, Rule 13a-1 requires issuers to file annual reports, and Rule 13a-13 requires domestic issuers to file quarterly reports.
10. As a result of the foregoing, Respondents failed to comply with Exchange Act Section 13(a) and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder.
In view of the allegations made by the Division of Enforcement, the Commission deems it necessary and appropriate for the protection of investors that public administrative proceedings be instituted to determine:
A. Whether the allegations contained in Section II hereof are true and, in connection therewith, to afford the Respondents an opportunity to establish any defenses to such allegations; and,
B. Whether it is necessary and appropriate for the protection of investors to suspend for a period not exceeding twelve months, or revoke the registration of each class of securities registered pursuant to Section 12 of the Exchange Act of the Respondents identified in Section II hereof, and any successor under Exchange Act Rules 12b-2 or 12g-3, and any new corporate names of any Respondents.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a public hearing for the purpose of taking evidence on the questions set forth in Section III hereof shall be convened at a time and place to be fixed, and before an Administrative Law Judge to be designated by further order as provided by Rule 110 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice [17 C.F.R. § 201.110].
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that Respondents shall file an Answer to the allegations contained in this Order within ten (10) days after service of this Order, as provided by Rule 220(b) of the Commission’s Rules of Practice [17 C.F.R. § 201.220(b)].
If Respondents fail to file the directed Answers, or fail to appear at a hearing after being duly notified, the Respondents, and any successor under Exchange Act Rules 12b-2 or 12g-3, and any new corporate names of any Respondents, may be deemed in default and the proceedings may be determined against it upon consideration of this Order, the allegations of which may be deemed to be true as provided by Rules 155(a), 220(f), 221(f), and 310 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice [17 C.F.R. §§ 201.155(a), 201.220(f), 201.221(f), and 201.310].
This Order shall be served forthwith upon Respondents personally or by certified, registered, or Express Mail, or by other means permitted by the Commission Rules of Practice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Administrative Law Judge shall issue an initial decision no later than 120 days from the date of service of this Order, pursuant to Rule 360(a)(2) of the Commission’s Rules of Practice [17 C.F.R. § 201.360(a)(2)].
In the absence of an appropriate waiver, no officer or employee of the Commission engaged in the performance of investigative or prosecuting functions in this or any factually related proceeding will be permitted to participate or advise in the decision of this matter, except as witness or counsel in proceedings held pursuant to notice. Since this proceeding is not “rule making” within the meaning of Section 551 of the Administrative Procedure Act, it is not deemed subject to the provisions of Section 553 delaying the effective date of any final Commission action.

DIGSQ to da moon!
.025 x .10 - if anyone can find the float on this stock I would really like to know.
It is amazing how thin this stock remains, a few thousand dollars moves it hundreds of percent. Imagine if they actually had news lol.
Buys coming in slow and steady...
Someone must be loading the boat
DIGSQ is rolling. Must be something in the works. Steady daily volume and price appreciation.
I don't know. I got out with a small profit back in March.
Interesting volume today. Any news?
Those are my favorites ... thx
Shellstockreview profiled DIGSQ back in November, see this message for more info:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=44569639&txt2find=digsq
I'm still holding, waiting to see if anything develops. It's a speculative play of course, high risk high reward.
Snooping here ...what is the story ..? thx
I've been waiting on volume to come in here for a while, and agree that when it does the upside spike could be very nice. If we can get over the .05 multi-year high who knows where it could go.
Somebody's been nibbling at the ask for the past week or so. The pps moves up VERY easily on very low volume making a very nice looking chart. I'd like to see what might happen to the pps if large volume comes in!
Nothing new that I know of, just trading thinly as usual.
Do you any new info? Today's high was .045
Wow, i think something's up
DIGSQ last trade = .03. Somethin' be goin' on. ;)
Another nice .015 close today with the bid/ask at .015/.02
Yep,Good to hold some for the long haul !!!
can turn in i 10/50bagger on the right RM !!
but Play it smart Not all your eggs in one basket
An uptick today on 10k shares traded. I'll be happy when this stock gets some more attention.
Yes it was .009 x .01 all last week (I think)
.009 x .09 is crazy - maybe we will hear something soon
Just noticed the ask is at .09 on L2. Never seen it that high before
It's a speculative shell stock, with a possibility for a merger. Thats pretty much all I can tell you. I always have a few of these in my portfolio, and this one certainly has an o/s low enough to keep it interesting.
If you haven't already, read post 77.
What's the story with this stock? I really haven't found much on it, except for the share structure which is a good thing.
This stock sure is thin, they will only sell 10k at a time before upticking.
*** DIGSQ DD, with thanks to Carlito ***
DIGSQ .03, keep it on watch

Look @ all the filings
http://www.knobias.com/individual/public/quote.htm?ticker=digsq
is a pink shell that did a bunch of filings to go to the OTCBB a little while back. I spoke to the previous
owner not too long ago and he told me that he sold it but he didnt want to give me any non public info until
it came out via filings. This should be a good one and has 11.5 mil OS with virtually no debt per the filings.
The Q should come off one day and be on the OTCBB. There were some merger documents on the DE SOS for The Cap
One Group or something like that this year. I believe its a NY Company.
Once they are ready to put ther merger news out they will probably do all the up to date filings to 2009 and
it will roll.imo
Nice, wish i still had some...
I just started back in with the pennies again, We miss ya over on Rig's board buddy! Look forward to seeing you back on the beat!
LOL Time for me to get back into the game. Gotta reup my premium subscription here. I've made almost no trades in 2009.
I've been holding this sucker for a LONG time. Glad to see it moving up finally.
Look @ all the last fillings, the are in progress for something??!!
Yep, I'm still here and enjoying the increase in pps. After long last, something must be up.
