For any SFIO exec or employee that monitors this page here is just a snippet. We feel that SFIO may have engaged in activities that have misled investors and caused significant financial harm. To that end SFIO needs to provide a firm verification that a buyback has been completed. Also SFIO needs to provide the name of the American firm, and their contact information, conducting the SFIO audit. SFIO also needs to conduct quarterly stockholder reviews. There is the possibility that SFIO, and its CEO, may have violated the Securities Exchange Act, and Rule 10b-5. Com'on SFIO just follow through with what you have promised your investors - numerous times. Stop gaslighting. just follow through.
SFIO executive team, you better follow through. March 5th is coming up quickly.

Beyond the fact that your ethics are typical for your culture you have primarily misled investors for more then 3 years. You have made claims to pump up the stock, then your sycophants cash in to maintain your payroll...all the while you had no intention for a Buyback or audit. We have put a list of investors together to begin communicating and plan on our next steps. You have until March 5th to announce the buyback and audit firm. And to top it all off BNCM is up to $0.02. When was the last time SFIO saw .02? Hmmmm. Looks like Hatadi (sp) has got his shit together far more than the SFIO gaslighters.
When a company lacks the ability, willingness, or respect to prioritize its investors, the result is a stock that remains stuck in mediocrity. This reflects not only incompetence but also a troubling disregard for those who have entrusted the firm with their hard-earned money. A lack of transparency, poor communication, and minimal respect for shareholders lead to one outcome: a stock that struggles to perform, serving only to benefit dishonest players behind the scenes. SFIO—does this scenario ring a bell?
