For once I agree with you. The all too familiar investors of the otc do not deserve to continue to be berated by having an outstanding investment like SCNA trampled on with negativity. Does not matter what the number is... 200 Million shares going to be starting to be sold around November 1, 2017. 1% of the outstanding at a time every 90 days. 200 Million is a huge number! Roughly $9,225,000 at a PPS of $0.045 averaging.250 or 200 same difference it's still Millions.
I personally think that there is plenty of numbers on the share structure, why not buy them back instead? 10 Billion A/S... great that the price has held steady, but we could be a lot higher with the valuations that they are giving us with their revenues. It's hard to go past a .12 with 10B backing it.

He is probably a disgruntled employee or a shorter. Review his posts for all stocks. He bad mouths almost all his stocks. Looks like a shorter. Ask yourself how many times do you post on a stock you sold all your shares. If I dislike a stock no need to post I sell. Why waste time bad mouthing a stock that I own shares and want it to grow.
Not sure how you correlate the response to moneyjunkey from Don as the same as my post replying to you. We are lucky to have a COO that responded to a board post. Now we know more details.
It appears you still have doubts though. The company is growing revenue and profits quarter over quarter. Management does what they say they are going to do. You said you sold your position yet you went from being positive to negative here on the board.
I would say at this point this stock isn't for you if you still have doubts. My opinion of course. Every investor needs to do what they feel is best with their money and investments. Buy, Accumulate to an existing position, hold or sell. It's every investors choice.
FYI- The quarterly report clearly states 205,000,000 shares. Not 250,000,000.

Sounds like you got the same Email from Don, although in the Quarterly Financials says and states clearly 250 Million shares for compensation will be given to the employees on November 1, 2017. $10,000,000 worth of stock at $0.04 pps. Hope they hold it. Hopefully they keep to the SEC rules and employees can only sell 1% of outstanding every 90 days.

I'm not an attorney but if you read about affiliate shares ( which is what employees and officers get). They can only sell 1% of the outstanding shares or the average volume over the last 90 days. And, they are typically placed in a blind trust for sale - meaning that we do not time the sale around any non disclosed information - by comparison as a typical shareholder you can buy and sell any time you please .

Amen to that boss man. I own both GRNH and SCNA and there is no comparison. John and Don have done way more in less time than James Haas has over the past 3 years. Everything that this company has said they'd do, has been done. Not always as quickly as they would like, but that's the nature of this business's. I am confidently waiting until the day my shares profits will wipe clean any losses I've taken with greengro.

The company has no toxic notes. They could easily pay themselves with profits. They aren't doing this for free. To think any CEO/COO would do charity work and not be compensated is crazy. These shares are to pay key personnel for work they put into the company. A company that is showing they are growing the business, producing revenue and profits quarter over quarter. You don't find many companies on the OTC that don't have toxic notes not to mention positive revenue and profits.

Your question was just fine and very appropriate. I use Ameritrade everything was updated yesterday. Hardest part of the day was this board wasn't showing for me until about three in the afternoon.
I have Etrade and the Symbol was changed yesterday morning.

has anyone else's brokerage firm taken a while to update new ticker symbol and info? I use Fidelity and none of the new info is available yet. I can't see share price, cost bias, how many shares I own or what they're worth.

"How does a self-funded company go from a start-up to a profitable, self-sustaining business in 3 months?
The answer dates back to post-World War II Japan. Faced with limited cash, space and natural resources, Japanese manufacturers adopted a different approach. They made smaller factories and house only the raw materials needed for the day's production. In the late 1940's, Toyota adopted this strategy into it's Toyota Production System.
