Things are very busy right now be patient. No reason to lose faith. Why so bearish I remember you here in the early days?
Let's not forget this stock is up over 300% or so in the last 7 months not a bad return on investment imo
Yeah... sends emails but no PR's
On the way for 4 months now... no updates... no name change.
180 Million market cap for a company that had 25k in revenue last year. Makes zero sense.
Fun times ahead here folks looks like new leg starting here back up to .05
Lots of potential from here imo ZRZH : > )
Holding for a long time something has to give!!
ZRZH
WOW! There's a complete 180
TICKER CHANGE AND EXPLOSIVE BUSINESS UPDATE ON THE WAY!! GET WHILE STILL CHEAP!!
ZRZH
After two days with no volume it has already exceeded the average. Especially for a Friday before a holiday.
Massive buying today. Good news must be on the way
I'm holding hoping that the next PR will be what we all are waiting for
Thanks for your input
It's been a few business days
How long has it been. I've always received a response within five or six business hours. If they are waiting so that they can release a big pr all at once they had better hury. I'd say that they have about lost all investor confidence.
I've sent one email, he replied the same day stating that sales are good and awaiting the legal teams OK. He also expressed the same amount of frustration as well as excitement about the next press release.
Nothing more can be said beyond that
Didn't receive an answer to my last e-mail's from the company
Maybe there waiting for July to make an announcement
Anyone have any input
Getting a little nervous due to no volume the past few days. Is this the calm before the storm?
If it's a pump and dump they are doing a damn poor job of pumping it.
Still holding on but it's getting to look like a pump & dump !!! I hope not
Where the name change? Supposed to happen 3 almost 4 months ago??
Are you drunk? Things are not moving at all. There hasn't been an update in months lol.
ZRZH
Things are moving along very nicely with this company. I hope your still here in some shares or adding at this level Diesel.
I'm still up 98% on my investment so I have no complaints. Any even without any news for three months, this stock is holding it's position.
POS company. Once there was a company or a supposed company and now they went MIA and only reporting to emails. Sitting on their A$$es and taking your money. If you see their website they were counting how many greenhouses they are producing. It hasn't changed for 3 months now. Con artists
What do you know about truth, monkeydonkey?
New corporate website will out soon to all the public.e-mail post yesterday
Seems like the truth to me since they haven't done otherwise.
Zrzh
You say that you are just waiting for the pps to increase a little so that you can dump this without taking a loss but judging by your post I would think that you are trying to drive the pps down. Seems counterproductive to me.
So looks like they will do a PR in 2018. WHAT A BUNCH IF LIARS!! Two weeks my ass.
ZRZH
Large chunk of sells then finishes with a 3,000 share buy at its high of the day every day.
ZRZH
look at the hundreds of stocks over the years that were sub a penny year after year and then exploded. Finally at 3 or more dollars you think how did I miss that ??? with all the MJ being sold they need green houses to keep the plants pure. There is no way this company will not be months behind in production just trying to keep up. More companies will come along but they are out in the cutting edge.
I know how frustrating it is when you wind up under water, been there many times. Technically I too am under water at the moment, not by much though. Overall though I am way ahead, even if my current position totally evaporates.
I don't know how long you have been following this company but I have been here since the reverse merger. One thing that I can say with certainty is that the management team has always followed through on what they say they are going to do. At times their plans have taken longer to materialize than first anticipated but ultimately every thing eventually comes to fruition. I know that some people are frustrated by the lack of updates but their policy is to announce their intentions and make a follow up announcement when that have achieved tangible results. As far as the name change, sure they could make weekly announcements as to their progress but then they would be accused of issuing "fluff pr".
Their primary concern is to grow the company, not do what might be popular at the moment. Many people would like to see the share structure altered but their response has always been, when the time is right they will look at addressing the issue. Not the answer that anyone wants to hear, but none the less the simple truth.
There is always great risk in any otc stock but the management team here is by far the most forth right of any otc company I have ever encountered. More forthright than many big board companies.
Sure, this could all blow up and disappear but that's the chance you take with otc. I have been in your position with other stocks and sometimes it best to just take the load and move on. I've recently dine so with a couple of companies when all indicators were pointing down. As of right now I am holding strong here and hoping for the best.

I can voice my opinion as I own shares in this garbage, they are not living up to their statements plain and simple. I would leave but not while I'm in the red. If this ever does move, bet your sweet tasting ass Im dumping.
ZRZH
Evidence of this "share dumping" please. If you dont like this company or its managrnent why dont you move on and spend your time with investments that you consider worth while?
Yep typical otc hype to dump shares.
These guys really dropped the ball.

"The fact a PR didn't come out saying the name / cuspid change wasn't going to happen means it is still happening."
-very false... otc stocks... doesn't have to report anything.
What is to count down?
Submission of the name and cuspid change was already make public. The time frame given was a hope to occur by time frame. We all know the name and cuspid change where In process. Any investor that read the info from 4/20 would have that. The fact a PR didn't come out saying the name / cuspid change wasn't going to happen means it is still happening.
Even if the date they filed was 4/20 it's also still in the time frame. That's when we were made aware the company was going to apply for the name / cuspid change.
I'm just an investor like any other investor so I'm done posting about this.
The blurb states: insider info is illegal in a long and lengthy statement, but then he turns around and emails you factual information that could persuade and encourage you to buy more shares right before the change of identity.
This isn't my first rodeo.
Not sure how you figure that's insider info. For one... I'm not an insider. Secondly, It isn't insider info. You could get the same response if you sent an email requesting an update on the name / cuspid change.
Insider info is illegal definition:
"Insider information is a non-public fact regarding the plans or condition of a publicly traded company that could provide a financial advantage when used to buy or sell shares of the company's stock. Insider information is typically gained by someone who is working within or close to a listed company."
-Investopedia
Just like the info you posted earlier today... Based on your comment you have received emails from Don or someone at Next Gen and all you get is the same "bs blurb". You didn't post those on the board did you? That's because it isn't required to be made PR'ed publicly.
Again, have a good day.

"How does a self-funded company go from a start-up to a profitable, self-sustaining business in 3 months?
The answer dates back to post-World War II Japan. Faced with limited cash, space and natural resources, Japanese manufacturers adopted a different approach. They made smaller factories and house only the raw materials needed for the day's production. Combined with a focus on eliminating waste, a strategy later known as Just-in-Time manufacturing was born.
In the late 1940's, Toyota adopted this strategy into it's Toyota Production System. Using the efficiency of just-in-time manufacturing and focusing on removing wasteful elements in manufacturing, Toyota grew from a small auto company to the world's largest automaker. In the process, they paved the way for what is now called Lean Manufacturing.
Nobody knows more about first-hand implementation of Lean Manufacturing than SmartCannabis President, John Taylor. Interested in how manufacturing companies were improving their operations, Taylor travelled to Europe several times and studied the operations at one of the world's largest machine tool providers, the Trumpf Group.
The Trumpf Group created very high quality tools, but with over 10,000 employee and no systemized production system, they faced delays and excess inventories. Trumpf began implementing the principles of lean manufacturing and it was dubbed the Synchro production system. Taylor watched as department after department, plant after plant was transformed into a clockwork of precision.
In 2007, John applied his first-hand knowledge to help local manufacturer Taylor Wings survive the sharp economic downturn. Lean-manufacturing principles allowed Taylor Wings to operate like an orchestra, in perfect synchronization.
Fast forward nearly 10-years and trend toward greenhouse cultivation was an industry trend he couldn't ignore. He knew he draw on his experience, build a better greenhouse and a better greenhouse company. With use of his synchro knowledge he quickly developed Just in Time Systems geared specifically for commercial Cannabis production with acknowledged global Lean Standards. Not long after, Next Generation Farming was born."
