August 15 is coming up next week will there be any more excuses I hope not still holding strong & waiting
Everyone has their own set goals. The count down to financials is upon us. With or without the finra approval we will see what the company has been up during Q2 and going forward.

It took some self control not to bail and flip that "pot town" stock. That was my old life, and got burned bad because of it. Gonna ride this one out because it is distinctly different from the other pennies out there.
We can't worry about others. It's their investment and their money. We are 8 days away or less from financials being released. Strong hands are a choice.
No one is getting any of my shares until I decide they are.
$$$$$$$$$ZRZH/NextGen/SmartCannabis$$$$$$$$$
Anyone else bailed out when where so close to August 15
I bailed at $.0465 zrzh
Had a feeling she was going down, and boy was I right the day I sold she started sinking. No eyes no volume just same MM'S selling each other shares back and forth. The ships going down!! Maybe I'll buy back in when the ticker symbol changes and some eyes comeback in but right now there are other plays that are on the move with three and a half billion shares trading hands, for example, one in particular, that you all may know from the breakout board today, American green rush, enough said!! Take care everyone!!
Great to hear.

True statement. How are you martgel?
$$$$$$$$ZRZH/NextGen/SmartCannabis$$$$$$$$
Yes it was. Did you see we have two new MMs printed on the ask at $1 & $8?
$$$$$$$$ZRZH/NextGen/SmartCannabis$$$$$$$$$
very slow and low volume today
Thanks for walking me off the edge BB! LOL!! Makes a ton of sense!
GO LONGS!!
Understand. It human nature to get antsy. I know I say this often. Patience is key. I myself reread the material available, run through the websites and every now and then send an email to Don to just touch base. Keep in mind he isn't able to provide much as far as details as to what is going on but if you send a friendly email asking a simple question like "Can you confirm the 10q will be released on time?" A reply helps ease the nerves.
I know some will say you can only read the material available so many times. You may be surprised you read something you didn't think was important before.
My opinion and sharing what I do any way.
Long and Strong!!!
$$$$$$$$ZRZH/NextGen/SmartCannabis$$$$$$$$
Yeah, perfectly put. Just getting antsy. Think i'm going to add more!
Go Long!
GLTA-GO ZRZH
Low volume. With or without news we need volume.
Volume before price. We get volume and we will see more consistent PPS movement.
In my opinion this is a perfect opportunity to add if you want to grow your position. We all know the 10q will be released within the next two weeks. I believe the financials are done for Q2. John mentioned profit in back to back quarters in the update. My take on that info is they have them completed.
10q is due August 15th.
As always this post is my opinion and everyone needs to do their DD. It's your money you are investing so you need to do what you feel comfortable with. Add, sell, buy in or wait for news.
$$$$$$$$ZRZH/NextGen/SmartCannabis$$$$$$$$
BigBri, do you think we will get out of this daily routine of opening low and closing just below .05? I guess we will get a bump when the Q2 comes out and the name change. I am definitely in this long but it gets a little frustrating sometimes.

This Compostable Cannabis-Infused Coffee Pod Maker Is All About Social Impact
2:36 pm ET August 1, 2017 (Benzinga) Print
If you Google “weed coffee” or “cannabis coffee,” you’ll come across dozens of articles explaining how to make your own marijuana-infused drinks. In fact, Google Trends confirms there is considerable search volume around these terms and other related recipes — like how to make weed-infused hot chocolate or tea.
But, as demand for canna-coffees grew and states across the U.S. legalized pot for both medical and recreational use, a few brands offering pre-blended options emerged. One of the best known is House of Jane’s Jane’s Brew line, which includes coffees, teas, iced teas, hot chocolate and more.
The thing is, like most other products out there, Jane’s Brew line uses high-grade CO2 cannabis oil to infuse its products. And, it is believed that the CO2 extraction process changes some of the qualities of cannabis flowers. This is where BrewBudz comes in, with a completely different approach to infusing cannabis flowers into edibles while maintaining a commitment to the environment and people in need.
“The issue that currently faces the cannabis market is that most edibles don't have what we call 'the Entourage Effect,' which implies that all the compounds (all the cannabinoids and terpenes) are working in synchrony with one another,” Kevin Love, Strategic Accounts Director of Cannabiniers, BrewBudz’s parent company told Benzinga. “CO2 and butane extraction used to make oils burns off a lot of cannabinoids and terpenes in the process. So, the end output isn't the same as starting input. And, from a medicinal standpoint, you are not getting a full spectrum of these compounds working together, which ultimately enhance or deliver the results studied by scientists.”
The Backstory
The conversation with Kevin Love started with a story about social impact initiatives in Africa. The chat was pretty long, but here’s the conclusion:
Some of BrewBudz's coffee is being sourced from Ethiopia. So, the company decided to give something back to a beautiful country that often struggles with access to potable water. They essentially picked a village where only about 40 percent of inhabitants have potable water sources and started a program to expand access. Once than plan is completed, the company expects to see 90 percent of people with access to clean drinking water.
“This industry is paved with a lot of adverse opinions. And, I think that, though giving back to the world, starting right and staying right (being that we are in an infancy market and we have the ability to shape our future) we can inspire people to make great decisions and be cognizant of the decisions they make every day,” Love said. “Let's not be like businesses of the 1950s and '60s, where the output of their manufacturing processes was pollution, and it took many years for us to get to a net neutral, taking back all the bad that they did,” he proposed.
So, in an attempt to step up and change the way people do things, BrewBudz came up with compostable (non-contaminating) single-brew cannabis-infused coffee, tea and hot cocoa pods that fit Keurig’s home brewing machines. In order to retain all of the properties in cannabis flowers, they invented a way to powderize flowers instead of extracting the oils.
In addition, BrewBudz reassessed normal dosing in edibles, and decided to bring it down a notch. It’s product range between 10 and 50 milligrams of THC each, with the highest dosing aimed at medical consumers, and the lower ones, at recreational users. The idea is to avoid getting you “stoned” or “high,” while still delivering the more positive effects of cannabis.
BrewBudz are set to roll out in the recently-recreational Nevada market by the end of this week. As per Love, orders for this $7-a-piece product are already booming. As per back-of-the-envelope calculations, they expect to sell about 450,000 pods over the next 150 days.
A Multilayered Business
Cannabineers is a brand management company, and BrewBudz is its first market product. The parent company’s objective is to create a “normalization of cannabis consumption” to help patients that could medicate with marijuana but are not doing it because they don’t want to smoke it.
Consequently, the company fashioned a product line that both provides the “Entourage Effect” of marijuana and is lifestyle-integrated – meaning that consumers won’t have to change their routines to use them. It’s all about not disrupting people’s rituals, about getting cannabis properties in your coffee, while still being able to enjoy a full cup of hot joe, as if it had not weed in it.
The definition of cannabis and the industry around it is changing fast. It’s no longer about tired stoner stereotypes, Love concluded. “It’s about the war hero that comes back and is suffering from PTSD, your neighbor who went through chemotherapy, your mother who's dealing with extreme arthritis, your best friend who suffers from sleep apnea, and their right to medicate without facing social stigma.”
Author’s Note: Canabineers is in the midst of a capital raise for its multiple businesses right now. So far, they’ve raised about $4.5 million toward their $15 million target.

Cause meets commerce at Cannabis Business Summit
Hippies keep being right,” said Troy Dayton, CEO of Arcview Group, a marijuana investor network, market research and insurance firm, in his opening remarks, as many in the audience nodded in agreement. “They were right about renewable energy. They were right about organic food. And they’re right about cannabis.”
Dayton said most investors in his network are boomers who’ve raised their kids, made some money and want to put some of their portfolio into something they believe will make a difference in the world.
A solid example would be his father, 62-year-old Gary Dayton, who’s along for the ride as his son capitalizes on the cannabis revolution. Manning the booth while Troy moderated panels and schmoozed, Gary looked out at the crowd and commented, “This is not a bunch of potheads. These are people who are interested in freedom and making money.”
‘The time is now’
For many at the conference, the cannabis industry presents new opportunity to parlay well-honed skills. Carole Richter, of CRichter-HR Consulting, courted medical dispensary and retail pot shop owners while playing up her 25 years of experience in business, operations and human resources management.
Peter Stoyt, who has been developing and selling commercial greenhouses for decades, showed off solutions for cannabis growers at the Envirotech Greenhouse Solutions booth.
Meg Collins, executive director of the Cannabis Business Alliance, said establishing the organization was a natural, given her long experience in government affairs.
Ecologist James McMahon established his company, Elevate 420, when he discovered that the water filters he was selling to traditional horticulturalists also work well for growing cannabis. McMahon smoked his first joint on the steps of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris while singing “We Shall Overcome” with other civil rights activists in 1968. Like many boomers, he gave up marijuana after having children. But he feels safe getting into the industry now that pot is legal in many states.
“We boomers went from smoking pot on campus, which was pretty well tolerated, to having careers and having to be more secretive,” McMahon said. “But I don’t give a s*** anymore. Why wouldn’t I participate in this joyful, gleeful, celebratory industry? We’re the ones who are making this happen.”
“The time is now,” said Lacey Williams, an M.B.A. and proud soccer mom who explained that medical marijuana helped her survive cancer treatments. As the cannabis industry legalizes and professionalizes, Williams said she, too, feels completely comfortable getting into the business.
Williams and fellow cancer survivor Tamara Stoltz, an attorney, are developing hash oil from cannabis plants that are high in marijuana’s non-psychoactive cannabinoid CBD. They hope to open a medical marijuana dispensary for women and the elderly in Denver. The two women want to make sure everyone who needs it can get access to a substance that they believe helped save their lives.
A legitimate industry
Legitimacy, it seems, is what many boomers have been waiting for — and many believe it has arrived.
Wanda James, a 50-year-old former corporate vice president and military officer who now runs a restaurant and a cannabis cooking school in Denver and was instrumental in getting Colorado’s amendment to legalize marijuana passed, said this new legitimacy is spurring boomers to get in on the action.
“I’ve been getting high for 30 years with doctors, lawyers, businessmen, college professors and even a high-ranking federal politician,” she said. “But boomers are in some ways a lot like teenagers—they don’t always want to admit that they’ve been doing something that could get them into trouble.”
James said she curates and cultivates her marijuana strain collection just as she has maintained collections of fine wines and rums. She can suggest the best marijuana strains for cooking and those that could help with muscle pain or anxiety — and many former tokers are taking note. “People’s eyes light up when they realize this isn’t about getting high in their dorm room or going to a Bob Marley concert in 1979,” she said.
Other entrepreneurs at the summit:
Human resources consultant Carole Richter talks up her decades of business experience from her booth at the Cannabis Business Summit.Cancer survivors Tamara Stoltz and Lacey Williams hope to open a medical marijuana dispensary focusing on women and the elderly.Ecologist James McMahon has found a new market for his water-filtration system within the cannabis industry.Janet Matula, who ran a medical marijuana cooperative, is helping her brother as he investigates marijuana’s efficacy in treating pancreatic and brain cancer. With serious biotech company backing, Timothy Matula is live-cell testing marijuana’s non-psychoactive component cannabidiol (CBD) for treating pancreatic and brain cancer.
Have a good weekend all, don't be too eager for the trading week!
Just as I mentioned earlier. Good news for the MJ sector. Thanks.

In Rebuke to Sessions, Senate Committee OKs Medical Marijuana Protections
BRUCE BARCOTT
July 27, 2017
The Senate Appropriationsapproved an amendment to protect state medical marijuana patients this morning, delivering a setback to Attorney General Jeff Sessions. In May, Sessionsdelivered a letter to Congressspecifically requesting that leaders reject that budget amendment, known as the Rohrabacher-Blumenauer amendment.
The amendment, led by Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT), passed in a voice vote with strong Republican support. During the hearing, Leahy said this in support of the amendment:
“29 states and the District of Columbia have decided it’s more humane to regulate medical marijuana than to criminalize it. Almost every state—46 right now, and counting—regulate the use of a marijuana derivative that is used to treat epilepsy and other rare medical conditions. I think just about every member on this committee represents a state with patients who would be protected under this amendment. The federal government can’t investigate everything. And shouldn’t. And I don’t want them spending money pursuing medical marijuana patients who are following state law, whether they’re an epileptic or whatever they might be.”
The amendment, originally known as Rohrabacher-Farr, has been adopted by Congress through budgetary actions every year since 2014. It prevents the Department of Justice from using any funds to undermine state medical marijuana laws. The Justice Department is the parent agency of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA); it also oversees federal prosecutors around the nation.

Congress Pushes to Renew Rohrabacher-Farr Patient Protections
The amendment still must pass as part of the final appropriations bill, but the Appropriations Committee vote is seen as a strong signal that Republican leaders are dismissing Sessions’ request.
Michael Collins, deputy director of the Drug Policy Alliance’s office of national affairs, called the vote “a huge win for the marijuana reform movement.” In the face of pressure from the Trump Administration, Collins said, “the Senate has opted to block Jeff Sessions from interfering with any medical marijuana law.”

I haven't been able to read the article or any news on the document. I am currently at my daughter college going through orientation and class registration today and tomorrow. I check in on the stocks I'm invested in and set orders if I see opportunities and that has been it. I will look it up and read. Thank you for posting GG.

"How does a self-funded company go from a start-up to a profitable, self-sustaining business in 3 months?
The answer dates back to post-World War II Japan. Faced with limited cash, space and natural resources, Japanese manufacturers adopted a different approach. They made smaller factories and house only the raw materials needed for the day's production. Combined with a focus on eliminating waste, a strategy later known as Just-in-Time manufacturing was born.
In the late 1940's, Toyota adopted this strategy into it's Toyota Production System. Using the efficiency of just-in-time manufacturing and focusing on removing wasteful elements in manufacturing, Toyota grew from a small auto company to the world's largest automaker. In the process, they paved the way for what is now called Lean Manufacturing.
Nobody knows more about first-hand implementation of Lean Manufacturing than SmartCannabis President, John Taylor. Interested in how manufacturing companies were improving their operations, Taylor travelled to Europe several times and studied the operations at one of the world's largest machine tool providers, the Trumpf Group.
The Trumpf Group created very high quality tools, but with over 10,000 employee and no systemized production system, they faced delays and excess inventories. Trumpf began implementing the principles of lean manufacturing and it was dubbed the Synchro production system. Taylor watched as department after department, plant after plant was transformed into a clockwork of precision.
In 2007, John applied his first-hand knowledge to help local manufacturer Taylor Wings survive the sharp economic downturn. Lean-manufacturing principles allowed Taylor Wings to operate like an orchestra, in perfect synchronization.
Fast forward nearly 10-years and trend toward greenhouse cultivation was an industry trend he couldn't ignore. He knew he draw on his experience, build a better greenhouse and a better greenhouse company. With use of his synchro knowledge he quickly developed Just in Time Systems geared specifically for commercial Cannabis production with acknowledged global Lean Standards. Not long after, Next Generation Farming was born."
