If you did your DD you would have known this prior to Don's post. Also if you read his post you will see that Don and John had a different view on the business plan and chose to remove themselves from that company. I disagree with your comment. This isn't a self enrichment. We have a real company in the agritech sector that is providing high quality products to the cannabis growers, evidence of solid revenues and profit quarter over quarter, not to mention management that follows through with what they say they are going to do and no fluff PRs.

I understand the long term strategy (all companies pitch that) but this has taken way too long to produce and the late actions are not helping. I had no idea these guys were from Greengro. Which is a garbage scam of a company. So they took the idea and are doing the same. PRs about sales zero volume and when it does move there is a huge wall on the ask. Enrichment scheme 101.

I am simply a shareholder like everyone else that posts on this board. I submitted to become a moderator shortly after Next Gen Farming went public because I wanted to be slightly more than a shareholder. I say slightly only because these boards are mainly for OTC companies and I will leave it at that. Next Gen Farming / Smart Cannabis has more than shown this is not the average company that trades on the OTC sheets.

Looking forward to continuing the journey as a shareholder in this spectacular company that continues to prove the management knows the business, do what you say you are going to do and prove time and time again that revenue and profits are growing quarter over quarter.

Some of the best companies on the NYSE and the Nasdaq started at the in the OTC and today they are multi billion dollar companies.

With or without a webinar or conference call I have no doubt you will continue to keep us informed with quality updates.

Yes-- I'd say we each have our respective area of genius and that's what has made our partnership work for more than 8 years - Vertical wall invention , vertical hydro garden stores, and then running GREENGRO Technologies Inc. Ultimately our way of doing business was not the way the company decided to represent to the public. So began the journey!!!

Our company ( once approved by iHub staff and we pay whatever fee plan they require) will be glad to host a call or webinar. I have messaged iHub staff to get a membership and advertising plan and appropriate IRP membership so all is properly disclosed.

Disclosure :: We have a Conf bridge for audio or screen share and would be glad to show current and prospective shareholders and general cannabis space investors our public plan and some more detail of completed projects in production . We of course will not answer the obvious out of bounds questions. Any information we share will either be public or will be made available to the general public simultaneously.

John isn't the only one with knowledge. You need to give yourself credit as well. You bring your own share of knowledge and expertise. You, John and the Next Gen Farming / Smart Cannabis team are building a company that is not only ahead of its time in the agritech sector, but supplying the farming community with a product that produces healthier crops, higher yields and reducing water usage in the process.

If anyone on the board here would like to have a conference call or a webinar with Don Smith and John Taylor please send me a PM with your first name and at minimum your first initial of your last name. John TAYLOR is a rock star and in my opinion one of the most knowledgeable people on the planet in terms of cultivation of food , or whatever crop, and the engineering knowledge to make our products design and fabrication years ahead of others. If you go back and read the recent PR's it is states several times that the company and legal team have supplied finra with all the required documents. The time frame the company used was provided by finra as well. Currently based on what has been stated the approval time line is in finra's hands. The company is clearly keeping up by checking with finra but they don't have any control on when finra approves the name and ticker change.

So we simply wait until Finra posts the approval. The company has done what they needed to do.

You can always email Don and ask for an update on the status.

I don't know the plan for bringing in more investors to create more volume but I do believe my investment in this company is in good hands and they will achieve growth for the company as well as its shareholders.
