If you haven't seen the notification, they have filed a Form C and a Form C-AR so they can try to do a private placement of shares. I have zero confidence that they actually succeed in reaching their goal, but, if they do, it will likely be massive dilution to get enough money to do anything with, other than pay themselves some ridiculous salary for screwing shareholders. $SSOF Oh, they are real and they are clowns. Strickland plays many times go delinquent filing. They may languish for years until he decides to try working one again, could be 6 months, ya never know. The price goes in the toilet, the MMs play with it while buying shares where retail can't them they will pop it to .0001-.0002 to flip their cheap shares. One day out of nowhere Strickland may get the filings up to date, get everybody all excited then announce another BS merger that may or may not actually happen. Best case, he gets the name change and ticker symbol change, puts out a series of garbage PRs with maybe more mergers of more junk companies and work this pig for a year or so.
