Christopher Christensen, 51, jumped off the Mickey & Friends parking structure on Saturday.

Christensen said he was falsely accused of child endangerment by his wife in a Facebook post before he jumped to his death.

“Marlena and I love and adore each other and our relationship has been amazing … up until recently,” Christensen said on Facebook.

“Unfortunately, two weeks ago she and I got into a heated argument at home in front of the girls,” Christen said, admitting that “tempers were flared and strong words were exchanged.”

“However, never in this exchange did I hit, slap, or hurt Marlena in any manner. Nor did I ever touch the girls (I never have and never will),” he said.

“Unfortunately, Marlena’s anger got the best of her that night and she called the police, which landed me in jail that night. Yes, me! A man who has never hit or harmed ANYONE in his life!” he wrote.

HUGE LEGAL WIN FOR GATEWAY PUNDIT AND THE FIRST AMENDMENT: 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Grants Emergency Injunction and Forces Maricopa County, Arizona to Issue Press Pass to Jordan Conradson … Battle Still Continues…

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Maricopa County, Arizona (the County) violated Gateway Pundit (TGP) and TGP reporter Jordan Conradson’s First Amendment rights by arbitrarily denying them a press pass to participate in press conferences and other press events hosted by the County.

As a result, we reported that TGP and Conradson sued Maricopa County’s Board of Supervisors, Recorder Stephen Richer, Maricopa County Elections Directors Rey Valenzuela and Scott Jarrett, and County Communications Officers Megan Gilbertson and Marcus Milam in Federal Court in Arizona on November 14, 2022.

As part of the suit, TGP/Conradson made a special request for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO), pending the outcome of the lawsuit. This would have immediately forced the County to grant TGP and Conradson a press pass.

On November 30, 2022, TGP and Conradson filed an Emergency Request for an Injunction, asking the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to force Maricopa County to grant TGP and Conradson a press pass pending the full outcome of TGP’s Appeal. A full hearing on the Appeal will be held in January, 2023.

We are EXTREMELY excited to report that today, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals issued an Order GRANTING TGP’s Emergency Motion for Injunction!

This Order forces Maricopa County to issue Jordan Conradson a press pass so that he can participate in Maricopa County press conferences like every other journalist.

The full Appeal is yet to be decided, but this is a HUGE VICTORY that portends very well for the future.

In the Court’s Order, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals found that TGP and Conradson established that we were likely to suffer irreparable harm (loss of priceless First Amendment rights!) and WERE LIKELY TO ULTIMATELY SUCCEED ON THE MERITS OF THEIR AS-APPLIED FIRST AMENDMENT CHALLENGE TO THE COUNTY’S DENIAL OF A PRESS PASS.

This is a huge win not only for TGP and Jordan Conradson, but for The First Amendment and independent journalists.

Military Horses Are Mysteriously Dying

A total of four US military horses in the Army’s Old Guard, have mysteriously died since February of this year.

The string of deaths of horses belonging to the Army’s 3rd regiment, commonly known as the Army’s Old Guard, has now garnered an internal investigation regarding the horses’ death.

Per the Military, the first deaths came in February when two horses died within 96 hours of each other.

The latest deaths occurred in October and then again the day after Thanksgiving.

Eugene Burks Jr., who served as the Old Guard’s horses facilities and equipment manager for over two decades, said the deaths are extremely alarming.

Two of the horses that died were a result of a gut issue.

One horse, in particular, had over 40 lbs of asphalt in its stomach at the time of its death.

The Old Guard told Military.com on Friday that the most recent deaths are unrelated and also not connected to deaths in February, but a spokesperson for the unit said that the number of equine deaths that occurred this year is “not common.” Previous members of the unit also said that four successive deaths — three of which appear to be related to gut conditions — are worrying.

It has been speculated that the horses have died due to their poor living conditions but these claims have been denied by the Old Guard.

Brazil Military Kills “Red Command” Cartel Leaders, Prepares Take Over

Gateway Pundit and Matt Tyrmand on War Room were the first worldwide to report that the Brazilian military is moblizing under its constitutional authority to protect democracy. Sources on the ground now confirm that the Army is mobilizing and has eliminated key leaders of the Communist-allied drug cartels in Rio.

In an unusual step for the military, the Army has invaded favelas of Rio de Janeiro and killed top leaders of the Comando Vermelho (Red Command) drug cartel, which supports the Communist criminal Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Observers take this to indicate the beginning of a federal military intervention. The drug gangs were the only ones to celebrate the alleged election victory by criminal Lula Oct. 30, firing automatic weapons in the air in the favelas. President Bolsonaro cracked down hard on the Brazilian drug gangs.

“The heads of drug trafficking of Morro do Juramento and Juramentinho, identified as Rodrigo Barbosa Marinho, known as Rolinha or Titio Rolinha, and Hevelton Nascimento Júnior, the “Bad Boy”, respectively, were killed during a Military Police operation in Vicente de Carvalho on Thursday (1st). The drug cartels are the armed wing of the Communists. Comando Vermelho controls parts of Rio de Janeiro and was formed 1979 as an alliance between cartels and Communists. If they are eliminated, the risk 0f a civil war will be significantly reduced.

Biden’s National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, will be in Brasilia today Monday 5 for a meeting with corrupt criminal Lula and members of his coup. “The main item on the agenda is the charge for the Brazilian government to clearly condemn the war in Ukraine and engage with the U.S. and European partners in the supply of weapons to the Zelenski regime”, O Antagonista reports. The CIA has been undermining election integrity in Brazil since last year at least, with Sullivan and Biden’s CIA director William Burns visiting Brazilia to threaten President Bolsonaro directly.

Hundreds of thousands of Brazilians were protesting again on the weekend, standing outside army bases and pleading for the miltary to save their country from the Communists and cartels.

The corrupt Superior Electoral Court moved up the date to certifiy the stolen elections from Dec. 19 to 2 p.m. on Monday, December 12. Observers believe the pro-Communist Court wants to move quickly to install their candidate Lula da Silva, possibly even moving up the certification of the steal to this week. The inauguration is scheduled for January 1, 2023.

This put pressure on the Military High command to act before it’s too late. Speaking to Steve Bannon, Brazil observer Matt Tyrmand pointed out the pro-Bolsonaro Military would be in danger of being purged if the corrupt criminal Lula takes power. “It’s off to the Gulags then”, Tyrmand noted.

The Military Deputy Prosecutor General, Carlos Frederico de Oliveira Pereira, sent a letter to the Military Prosecutor General, Antonio Pereira Duarte Nov. 25, noting the “failure to comply with the steps requested by the Ministry of Defense when inspecting the electronic voting system.” The letter also complained of “possible interference of foreign companies in the electoral process, which could not be verified since the military of the aforementioned team does not have broad access to information related to the electoral process, unlike these Big Tech companies, which maintain a partnership with the Electoral Court. There should be an investigation into a possible crime against the country’s external security regarding a possible cyber attack”, the letter states.

The official declaration of Article 142, which allows the military to intervene in the case of a conflict between the branches of government, is expected this week. Soldiers were seen joining the protestors and instructing them to remain calm when action comes. Drivers cheered military convoys deploying to strategic locations throughout the country.Speaking before the Brazilian Senate, retired Regional Election Magistrate Sebastião Coelho again called for the arrest of corrupt Chief Justice Alexandre de Moraes, who has been carrying water for the Communist takeover:

Coelho stated that he had retired from his bench Aug. 19 in protest against Moraes, who is “waging war against his country. But I believe the Brazilian people will win.” Moraes is “committing crimes”, Coelho said. “Every illegal decision he makes is a crime.” Moraes had given Coelho 3 days to retract his call to arrest the Chief Justice, he said, “but I am reaffirming that call!” Coelho said to standing ovations.

“The Brazilian people are the victims of a coup by the Supreme Court”, Coelho said. “Therefore, the President must invoke Article 142 of the Constitution to enable the Armed Forces to act. This will be portrayed as a coup, but it is actually a counter-coup.”

Brazilian Indios are also protesting the fraud, since there were allegedly zero votes from the indigenous territories for Bolsonaro. “Everybody already knows the elections were stolen”, said Chief Roni before the Senate on 11/30. “What are we waiting for?” Brazilian Indios support Bolsonaro because racist, neo-colonial Western “Climate Activists” are trying to take away their livelihoods and make them live in poverty again.

A Canadian veteran and former Paralympian said last week before a parliamentary committee that she was offered help with suicide when she asked for a wheelchair lift to be installed in her home.

Retired Corporal Christine Gauthier, 52, who competed in the 2016 Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro, revealed to the committee on Thursday that a caseworker from the Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) had offered to provide her with a medically-assisted suicide kit, according to Fox News.

The event happened during a phone call to VAC, where Gauthier described her deteriorating health condition.

“I have a letter saying that if you’re so desperate, madam, we can offer you MAID, medical assistance in dying,” Gauthier said in a hearing before the House of Commons Veterans Affairs Committee.

A popular Republican governor has been hospitalized was admitted to a hospital and diagnosed with pneumonia.

The Twitter account of Republican Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb shared the news on Thursday.

“Gov. Holcomb went to the doctor Thursday afternoon thinking it was the flu, but he was diagnosed with pneumonia,” his press secretary, Erin Murphy, said. “Out of an abundance of caution he was admitted to the hospital and he’s responding well to treatment.”

Stefanik campaign Says it Was ‘Targeted For Theft’ By USPS Workers

One of the top Republicans in the House of Representatives and her attorneys have alleged that USPS works stole more than $20,000 in donations from her.

A letter to New York Rep. Elise Stefanik from the USPS confirmed that her office was “targeted for theft” at one of its shipping centers, Fox News reported.

Fox News Digital exclusively obtained photos of the mail recovered by USPS as well as a letter from Stefanik’s campaign’s legal counsel to Postmaster General Louis DeJoy regarding the issue.

The photos show several packages torn into from the top as well as a ripped check that was not taken.

Stefanik’s campaign says that USPS workers opened mail from the campaign from four separate packages on three separate days in June, October, and November.

The alleged theft saw hundreds of donor checks totaling over $20,000 lifted from secured packages, according to Stefanik’s campaign.

Stefanik’s campaign also says that the U.S. postal police have failed to elevate the matter, even after senior campaign officials reached out, and that the USPS has yet to file their mandatory congressional report on the issue.

“On four separate occasions between June 2022 and November 2022, packages sent by Elise for Congress containing campaign contributions were ripped open and the contents stolen while in the custody of USPS or its contractors. Three of these incidents occurred in a single week,” the letter from the representative’s attorneys to Postmaster General Louis DeJoy said.

“In each case, the evidence indicates that Elise for Congress’s packages were plundered by a USPS employee or contractor while the packages were in transit. These repeated security failures by USPS have not only resulted in the loss of nearly $20,000 in campaign contributions, but also—and more alarmingly—have exposed hundreds of Congresswoman Stefanik’s campaign supporters to potential identity theft or financial fraud,” it said.

He attorneys alleged that Stefanik and her campaign “have been disappointed by USPS’s response thus far to these brazen incidents” and that the “US Postal Inspection Service—which recovered the discarded, ripped open packages in Memphis—has not returned our client’s calls.”

The attorneys said that even as USPS’s inspector general office (USPS OIG) “is investigating the mail theft, they indicated it would be difficult to identify the USPS employees or contractors who perpetrated these crimes unless and until one or more of Elise for Congress’s supporters becomes the victim of identity theft or financial fraud.”

“Our clients were told months ago to expect a report from senior USPS OIG officials addressing the June 2022 mail theft incident, but to date have not received a report and recently learned it has not been finalized or sent. It is unacceptable that USPS has repeatedly allowed these targeted thefts to occur and cannot identify who committed the thefts, let alone where or how the thefts occurred,” it said.

“Given the systemic nature of this serious problem, Congresswoman Stefanik and Elise for Congress feel compelled to elevate this issue to you. Our clients hereby demand that USPS provide the following information in writing by close of business December 8, 2022: (1) a list of all concrete actions taken by USPS to investigate these thefts; (2) the particular steps that USPS will take to ensure that Elise for Congress will not be the victim of mail theft in the future; and (3) a list of the actions that USPS will take to more effectively prevent, detect, and prosecute mail theft both in New York’s 21st Congressional District and nationwide,” the attorneys said.

They said that the representative and her campaign donors “are not the only Americans who have been victimized by mail theft” and that the crime “is rampant in the United States, and USPS appears unwilling or unable to effectively deter or prevent it.”

They also talked about the rise of mail thefts in the United States and said that this “astonishing increase in mail theft appears, in part, to be the result of criminals moving from small-scale theft targeting individual mail boxes to large-scale theft targeting mail once it has been entrusted to the custody of USPS.”

Donald Trump Jr. is breathing fire at Republicans who have said they will not support House Minority Leader and Rep. Kevin McCarthy to be the next Speaker of the House.

The son of former President Donald Trump said that those Republicans are “in effect empowering those who impeached Donald Trump.”

“So in their quest to ‘own the establishment’ by stopping Kevin McCarthy, Andy Biggs and others are actually in effect empowering those who impeached Donald Trump. This is a Democrat dream come true for a GOP Congress. Genius move guys,” he said.

McCarthy has issued a stark warning to his fellow Republicans. He wants them to know if they mess around with their votes for Speaker, and stage protest votes, it could give the Democrats the chance to elect the Speaker of the House.

“We’ve had a couple of these folks that say that they won’t vote for you on the show. When we ask them what they want. They list a couple rules, concessions that they want. And we say, well, if you get those concessions, will you vote for McCarthy, ‘Well, we’re not sure,’” Newsmax host Sean Spicer said.

“Well, then who do you want your candidate to be? ‘We don’t know that.’ You know, one can’t one of those people suggested Jim Jordan, he supporting you, Marjorie Taylor Greene is supporting you, Donald Trump supporting you,” the host said.

“You’ve raised, what, $500 million? Some of these people, you’ve actually funded their races. The thing that I don’t understand is I don’t envy your task. These folks aren’t giving you a target. I get your point. There’s no alternative. Everybody has voted for you. The conference has spoken. And as James Comer at the top of that clip said, you know, you’ve earned the opportunity. You were the quarterback, the coach that led them to the big game and won,” he said.

“So the question is, going back to what Lindsay said. You’ve got five people that you’ve laid out all your cards out there. What is it that you are able to say to them that is going to change them at this point to get you 218?” he said.

“Well, we have to listen, but you have to listen to everybody in the conference because five people on any side can stop anything when you’re in the majority. I think when you look at the past history, when Paul Ryan ran, he had more people vote against him in the conference and then they voted for him on the floor,” the minority leader said.

“We got five more weeks. We’re working through our conference rules today. We want to make sure that everybody has input, but we have to speak as one voice. We will only be successful if we work together or we’ll lose individually,” he said.

“This is very fragile that we are the only stopgap for this Biden administration. And if we don’t do this right, the Democrats can take the majority. If we play games on the floor, the Democrats could end up picking who the speaker is,” the minority leader said in a warning.

“So I think at the end of the day, calmer heads will prevail. We’ll work together to find the best path forward. And I believe at the end of the day, since I’ve been leader, all we’ve done is been able to gain seats. We have not lost seats,” he said.

So I think at the end of the day, we’ll find the right path and we’ll make the American public proud of what we’re able to accomplish and turn this economy back around because we’re going to focus on the people, not on politics,” he said.

McCarthy has some major plans for when Republicans officially are in charge of the House.

On January 3, day one of the 118th Congress, the man presumed to be the next Speaker of the House wants the entire Constitution read into the Congressional record.

Lara had to part ways with the network as it has a standing policy to not have paid contributors who work for political campaigns, as she will be doing for her father-in-law, The Daily Mail reported.

“We appreciate Lara’s valuable contributions across Fox News Media programming,” a spokesperson for Fox News said on Saturday.

“I sort of feel like I’ve been an unofficial member of the team for so long. You guys know, it was kind of a joke over the past five years, I would come there so often that the security guards were like maybe we should just give you a key. Last month, Lara Trump appeared on Fox Business Network following her father-in-law’s announcement of his candidacy.

Anchor Stuart Varney told her: ‘I’m sure you’re very supportive of your father-in-law, but to those of us on the outside looking at it, it didn’t seem as though he’s got the old magic, you know what I mean?’

Lara Trump countered: ‘Oh, well, I highly disagree with that,’ she said.

In August, after the FBI searched Mar-a-Lago, Lara Trump had a warning for Americans.

She spoke to Fox News host Tucker Carlson and warned that if the FBI could do this to the former President of the United States they could do it to anyone.

“I have spoken to my father-in-law and I got to tell you, you know, he’s as shocked as anybody, I think. For someone and anyone, quite frankly, who loves this country and believes in America, this should shake you to your core, what has happened today. This is a very clear demarcation in the history of America. Never before, as many of your guests have already talked about, Will, have we seen something like this happen where an unannounced raid by the FBI is conducted on a former president of the United States,” she said.

“Think about this. If this is what they’re able to do to the former president of the United States, think about what they could do to you, to anybody in America. The bottom line here is that these documents that have been in question have been, everybody’s been cooperating,” the former president’s daughter-in-law.

“Everybody from my father-in-law’s team has been cooperating with the FBI with any authority that asks for anything up until now and there was no need to make such a big scene, to do something this insane, quite frankly, to a former president. But I think everybody clearly knows, Will, what is going on here. This is about weaponizing the justice system, as it has been so many times in the past against somebody who you politically do not like,” she said.

“They detest Donald Trump, not just on the Democrat side, but the general establishment, because he’s not one of them, because he doesn’t play their game. Imagine you are in charge of the FBI and you are going to raid the home of a former President of the United States but you should not inform the current President of the United States about something that monumental.

Well, according to the administration of President Joe Biden that is precisely what happened this week when the FBI raided the Florida home of former President Donald Trump.

“We learned about this, the president learned about this, just like you all did, through the public reports,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Tuesday. “And we learned about this just like the American people did.”

“No, the president was not briefed, was not aware of it. No. No one at the White House was given a heads up, no. That did not happen,” she said.

How is it possible that such a raid, which officials confirmed was approved at the highest levels of the Department of Justice, would not be communicated to the President of the United States?

If that is the truth that it is an incredible statement about the dysfunction that is the Biden administration.

Another reporter pressed Jean-Pierre, befuddled at the fact that the administration was in the dark on the raid.

“Again, we’re just not going to comment on any ongoing investigations from here,” she said.

“We learned just like the American public did yesterday, and we did not have advanced notice of this activity.

“President Biden has been very clear from before he was elected president and throughout his time in office that the Justice Department conducts its investigation independently,” she said.

Ukraine Wheat Harvest Crushed Expectations: Satellite Analysis

After much worrying about the effects of war on the country's food production, Ukraine's 2022 wheat harvest far exceeded forecasts -- but Russia took a billion-dollar share in the occupied east -- according to analysis of satellite imagery by NASA Harvest, an international consortium that uses satellite technology to advance food security.

“Our satellite-based production numbers for the 2022 winter wheat crop in Ukraine make clear that farmers had a largely successful harvest," said NASA Harvest program director Inbal Becker-Reshef.

Analysts calculated that farmers throughout Ukraine harvested 26.6 million tons of wheat this year, which is several million tons higher than forecasted.

“That’s down from the previous year’s record harvest of 33 million tons, but it’s close to the five-year average of 27.9 million tons,” said Becker-Reshef.

When Russia launched its invasion, some observers warned that perhaps only 70 to 80% of the winter crop would be harvested by summer's end. However, NASA Harvest concluded that 94% of the crop was reaped.

With the war obscuring what's happening on the ground, the satellite analysis offers a means of observing agricultural activity from a safe distance. “The risks on the ground during the war have made the NASA Harvest monitoring system one of the only safe and reliable ways for researchers to track what is happening to crops in Ukraine,” said NASA scientist Sergii Skakun.

NASA Harvest uses satellite observations and modeling to gauge the cultivation and harvesting of key crops. Crop status can be discerned by studying colors, with unharvested fields appearing dark brown and harvested fields appearing light brown.

Unsurprisingly, analysts found that the unharvested wheat is concentrated along the principal battle lines.

While the analysis is full of good news for the world's agriculture consumers, it contains a sobering stat for the Ukraine government: A whopping 22% of the wheat was harvested in the Russian-occupied east. That's about 5.8 million tons worth at least $1 billion, according to NASA Harvest partner Abdolreza Abbassian.

HarvEast, a principal Ukraine agricultural firm, tells Bloomberg that all of the winter crops it planted in Donetsk were harvested and sold off.

“This year, winter wheat gave a very high yield for this region due to favorable weather conditions,” says HarvEast Chief Executive Officer Dmitry Skornyakov. “Everything that was harvested on our fields was stolen and exported from Ukraine.”

Bloomberg cites an unnamed prosecutor in Switzerland who cautions that selling looted grain may be considered a war crime.

What A GOP House Majority Means For Corporate America

One answer is that companies should be ready for a wake-up call. This Republican majority will be more populist and less deferential to massive corporations than any that has come to power in the past. Never has the disconnect between executives, employees, and customers been so apparent.

In the coming months, it’s vital for C-suite executives to eliminate their cultural and political blind spots by bringing new voices to their boardrooms – voices belonging to people who see the world differently than they do.

Until now, business has taken Republicans’ relative friendliness for granted. Too often they’ve given into pressure from outside liberal activists or their own left-of-center employees, and taken sides against conservatives, putting themselves at odds with half the country’s consumers – or more.

Republican politicians are now fighting back, using the levers of government to treat these companies as the political actors they become once they enter the arena. Companies should know this and prepare themselves for this new paradigm. They should understand that if they want to be in the political arena, that’s okay. But there’s now liable to be a cost. For one thing, if they behave like political adversaries, Republicans will increasingly treat them as such.

I’ve spent two decades in Republican politics, helping build the largest center-right digital advocacy firm in America that activates grassroots supporters for campaigns and corporations. I’ve seen companies deftly navigate political thickets. I’ve also seen them step on massive landmines.

Chick-fil-A and Patagonia are two brands that couldn’t be more opposite ideologically. Yet surveys show they’re both among the most respected companies in the country. Chick-fil-A’s Midtown Manhattan location is New York’s busiest lunchtime restaurant, while the iconic Patagonia vest is practically ubiquitous among conservative millennials.

How could this be? One answer is disarmingly simple: People don’t mind if you pick a side; they mind if you pick and choose sides depending on the prevailing winds. They mind if you’re craven about your firm's politics. Conservative Chick-fil-A and progressive Patagonia are the opposite of cynical. They are sincere and quite clear about where they stand – and it shows in all they do. People may not agree with them, but they respect them.

It’s when companies are reactive and impulsive that they get into trouble and alienate their customers. The playbook is well-known. The left and its Twitter mobs spin up companies by claiming the debate of the day is really about “democracy itself,” “civil rights,” or some other rhetoric that raises the stakes, compelling corporate involvement in political fights that have little, if anything, to do with a company’s core business.

We saw this at play with Major League Baseball and Delta Airlines during the battle over Georgia’s election reform bill. Then, when the sky doesn’t fall – or, in that case, when voter turnout doubles after the law passes, Chicken Little becomes The Boy Who Cried Wolf.

I’m sympathetic to those in the C-suite. Imagine you’re sitting in your office one day and suddenly you’re thrust into the middle of a massive political debate. Whatever you need to do to stop the noise seems like the smartest and most rational thing to do. But the liberal online mob in your Twitter mentions doesn’t care about your company. You are a means to an end, a tool to achieve their political goals. If you fold, they’ll come after you again down the line.

Companies need to escape their own bubbles. Too many of them have a reinforcing feedback loop. They focus solely on physical diversity, but not enough on diversity of thought. Wouldn’t it give a CEO pause if they looked around the boardroom and found everyone agreeing with them on business decisions? Shouldn’t it be the same when it comes to wading into political or social debates?

Half the country voted Republican on Nov. 8. The same was true in 2020. C-suite executives need to ask themselves who they regularly talk to that can credibly speak for these voters. And are they doing this proactively, before a problem lands on their lap?

It’s good to stand for something, but a mission doesn’t have to be political. It can simply be making a better product or delivering the best value for shareholders. Decide on it, make it consistent with the business, then ensure it permeates the organization.

For instance, I took a stance that my company is better working together, in person and not solely from our couches. As we emerged from COVID, we committed ourselves to that mission. Today, all 400 of us are in the office working collaboratively once again.

Remember, the next political fight is almost never “the issue of our time.” And no, whatever is in a company’s Twitter mentions probably isn’t “a threat to democracy.” In the end, people want to know that a company does what it’s meant to do. It’s about your product, not your politics.

Antifa Aims To Disrupt Florida Rally Opposing The Sexualization Of Children

Now, threats of a rage-filled counter-protest have rally organizers requesting law enforcement officers to attend their planned gathering on Dec. 3 at a beach in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Conflict bubbled up after three very different groups organized the Protect the Children rally to display solidarity against policies aimed at sexualizing children, alienating them from their parents, and helping them pursue gender-transition treatment. They plan to gather at Fort Lauderdale Beach on the corner of Las Olas Boulevard at 11 a.m.

Local chapters of Moms for Liberty, Fathers for Freedom, and Gays Against Groomers wanted to come together to peacefully speak against “radicalized sexual curriculum, gender ideology, child grooming, parental alienation, and ‘gender-affirming care,'” said Eulalia Jimenez, president of the Moms for Liberty Miami chapter.

But when Antifa members heard of the gathering, they urged their peers in Twitter posts to “confront this hatred” and “protest against hate.” They referred to Protect the Children rally organizers as “fascists” proliferating “stochastic terrorism,” and spread fliers that read, “We can’t allow this kind of bigotry to go unchecked.”

The term “stochastic terrorism” refers to public demonization through so-called “hate speech,” which some say can be used to incite violence against a person or group.

A flier for the Antifa response urges, “Assert your right to exist! Counter protest against far-right bigotry and stand with the LGBTQ+ community. Bring masks, signs, and rage. Stand against those who aim to erase your existence.”

Jimenez isn’t surprised. Antifa members often disrupt Moms for Liberty gatherings and shout down parents speaking at local school board meetings, she said.

The Protect the Children rally was planned at the beach because it’s a place where people congregate, a “good spot to spread awareness, empower others, and create unity,” Jimenez said.

She hopes the event will be about peace, unity, “empowering others and informing parents and citizens,” she said. “We feel children should have the right to be children.”

The rally isn’t meant to be against other groups.

“It’s not about ugliness and nastiness,” Jimenez said. “And unfortunately, the other side, that’s the way they roll.”

Trump Suggests ‘Termination’ of U.S. Constitution Allowable over 2020 Twitter Scandal

Former President Donald Trump suggested the “termination” of the United States Constitution could be allowable in response to the bombshell report that the Democrat Party colluded with Twitter to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story before the 2020 election.

The former president made his observation via his Truth Social account on Saturday following journalist Matt Taibbi’s thorough report on Twitter’s internal communications during the 2020 elections at the behest of newly-minted CEO Elon Musk.

“So, with the revelation of MASSIVE & WIDESPREAD FRAUD & DECEPTION in working closely with Big Tech Companies, the DNC, & the Democrat Party, do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION?” Trump said.

Putting the Founding Fathers in quotes — “Our great ‘Founders'” — the president then essentially seemed to suggest the “termination” of the U.S. Constitution could be allowable.

“A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution. Our great ‘Founders’ did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!” he added.

In some later posts, the former president said that America stands embarrassed on the world stage due to the revelations, while trashing “RINO” Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell.

“The world is laughing at the United States of America and its corrupt and rigged Presidential Election of 2020!” he said. “UNPRECEDENTED FRAUD REQUIRES UNPRECEDENTED CURE!”

“I wonder what Mitch McConnell, the RINOS, and all of the weak Republicans who couldn’t get the Presidential Election of 2020 approved and out of the way fast enough, are thinking now? They are a disgrace to our great Party, and to our Nation, which has become a laughing stock all over the World!” he added.

Earlier in the day, the former president said that the revelations from Twitter vindicated his claims that the 2020 election was “rigged and stolen by a combination of Democrats, Big Tech, ‘law enforcement,’ and other bad actors.”

“Sadly, we have become a corrupt Country, perhaps one of the most corrupt anywhere in the world. We MUST right this horrible wrong, and take our Country back!” he said.

As Breitbart News’s Allum Bokhari reported, Twitter not only suppressed the laptop story, but did so in collusion with the Democrat Party.

“An email from Carl Szabo, one of the tech industry’s top lobbyists in D.C., told Twitter that Democrat lawmakers he spoke to in the aftermath of the decision all believed ‘social media needs to moderate more,’ and complained that the Hunter Biden story had been allowed to travel as far as it did,” the report noted.

“Szabo summarized the concerns of Democrats: ‘They let conservatives muddy the water and claim the Biden campaign looked corrupt even though Biden is innocent,'” Bokhari added.

North Carolina Police: Man Arrested on Double Homicide Charges After 2 Bodies Found Inside Car with Toddlers

A man was arrested Friday after being accused of shooting two adults inside a car that had also contained two toddlers in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, according to police.

Eric Coley, 42, was charged by authorities with two counts of first-degree homicide and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. The Rocky Mount Police Department stated they arrested Coley on the 2900 block of Avalon Road.

The two victims, Devone Brown, 28, and Destiny Wiggins, 24, were found shot to death by construction workers on Construction Drive at approximately 6:00 a.m. the same day, according to Police Chief Robert Hassell via ABC 11.

Two toddlers were also discovered in the vehicle’s backseat and they were taken to a local hospital to be checked since the car had been exposed to freezing temperatures overnight. After being evaluated and determined to be “doing well,” the children were reunited with their family.

According to the Rocky Mount Telegram, Coley had been previously convicted several times before he was accused of the double homicide:

State Public Safety records said Coley was convicted in 2013 in Edgecombe County for possessing stolen goods.

The records also said Coley was convicted in 2004 in Edgecombe County for assault inflicting serious bodily injury and in 1998 in Edgecombe County for attempted breaking and entering.

Coley is being held in the Nash County Detention Facility without bond, with his first court appearance scheduled for Monday. The investigation into the homicides is still ongoing and more charges may be filed.
