I have been told by a few past "employees/contractors" in Alaska that Kinross has been to the site but left, this was before Garry let all but 38 leases go into default. If I remember right this was either 2012 or 2011.

Now a lot of the area is free for the staking fees and still no big gold companies have staked a claim. The guys tolds me that some part of the Nolan would be good for a small placer mine (mom & pop op).

Thanks for your comments. It certainly looks like the Silverado management is either incompetent or just does not have the interests of investors at heart. However, if there really is gold in the Silverado mines, and I have no idea if this is really the case, do you think that someone might buy the company and run it like a normal business? At the current share price, the company could be purchased relatively cheaply.

Matrix2, the main reason you won't get an answer there is because posters have their head stuck in the sand. There are many posters prepared to discuss the merits (or lack thereof) with SLGLF here. The challenge is that the more people dig, the more it smells. SLGLF has gone from a fairly sophisticated scam to a bankrupt operation. I hold out no hope for your investment. Many here have followed the saga for years and reached the same conclusion. Good luck.

Matrix2, another good site for information is the Alaska DNR Recorder, you can see the history of liens by suppliers and contractors.

I'm sure have read the PR where the company writes it has 100% ownership in the Nolan leases.

Just a clarification on the nature of a mineral lease, the leasehold never own the real property all they have is the RIGHT to explore and/or extract the resource within the boundaries of the lease.

As you will notice in reputable resources companies they use the phases: 100% interest in the minerals rights. I know oil companies with gas processing facilities on government land actually put a lien against the land their facilities are built because they don't own it, much like a tradesman will put a lien on a house to secure their investment.

Well currently Alminco LLC (the holder of part of the Nolan) is suing the company over unpaid annual rent and government payments. Another leaseholder that had an agreement with Silverado took back the rights last year. As for the Ester Dome, there are five years of property taxes owning (on the improvements) and the leaseholder Roger Burggraf is on the hook for them.

In a normal public company I would direct you to the SEC or SEDAR filings but in the case of Silverado there has been an filing in over two years. Link is in the intro to this page.

Also in the intro for this page there are links to the court pages, BLM and other sites. There is information there from time to time. As well we have included any contact numbers for the management that we find or are given, you can give that a try.

If you have time read some of the posts here, it will save you time searching all those sites or will direct you to the source documents, so that you may form your own opinion of the company.

P.S. If doesn't appear that the company sold the domain name. From what I could find online the company had let the domain registration payment fall into default and the name was open to sale. The site that sold it says "Premium Names" can be purchased for $495. But if you want Silverado.ca it can be purchased current for $30, then you would have the yearly registration fee.

I was advised by a poster on Agoracom to go to this board for discussion of issues related to Silverado. Rene was the name given to me. I still own quite a lot of Silverado shares that are essentially worth nothing now. I am looking for information to help me decide whether to hold onto them in the hope that the company will actually do something productive or whether to try to sell.

Selling the company domain name seems like a very bad sign but I am not sure. In any case, advice, information, and thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I was surprised that no one on Agoracom wanted to address any of issues/questions? Any idea why?

This is for the Surrey offices. They are suing Garry for $56,000 and the balance they are going after Silverado.

No Statement of Defense has been filed. Garry and the Company had 21 days from the day they were served with the Statement of Claim, as the mailbox is the company office, the period has expired.

Will keep an eye on this one. At least this defendant had an address for Garry.

SLGLF is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 8 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.

Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.

Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.

From the company's Nolan resource report the company claimed over $50 million dollars in resources on just the Nolan site, yet as of this month the company could be taken over for $874K or $0.017/share.

Exploration costs more than that on a per share basis. At the last reported financial reports show that Silverado had loses from exploration in excess of $85 million or 3 cents per share.

Strange Kinross or one of the other big gold miners aren't interested.

Found a filing in Alaska for Silverado Green Fuel.

Houses start in that area at $900K but that gets you a very old house with 2 bedroom. The for something nice you are looking at least $1.2 million.

If you use google map move down Cardinal Lane until you get to the baby blue house, that is the one.

2. HAMMOND PROPERTY

Our Hammond property is located approximately 8 miles north of Wiseman, and 175 air miles north of Fairbanks, Alaska in the foothills of the Brooks Range in an area known as the Koyukuk Mining District. The Hammond property is located approximately three miles northeast of the Nolan Gold Project.

The Company leases 24 federal placer mining claims and 36 federal lode mining claims from Alaska Mining Company, Inc. (“Alminco”). As of February 28, 2011, we were in arrears of required mineral property claims and option payments of $570,000 and therefore our rights to the property were adversely affected. We are currently re-negotiating the terms and conditions of the Alminco agreement with Alminco. Alminco has confirmed that our mineral claims and options are in good standing on the understanding we will use our best efforts to pay the minimum royalty payments, including the payments that are in arrears, when business conditions permit; however there is no assurance that we will be able to successfully renegotiate the terms and conditions of the Alminco agreement.

That is the price Garry quoted a local miner for the Camp buildings up at Nolan Creek,,,they had sent him photos that were time stamped 2007 (they actually showed Ray the old cook standing in the pantry)and kitchen.all of the photos were from 2007. I wonder why Garry didnt send any newer pics of the Camp building interiors. well we helped out and gave them the newer pics that match up so well to the ones Garry sent,,except ours show all the damage ,mold and collapsing ceilings. Apparently the deal being offered was/is $60,000 for all the camp buildings (bunk house dorms,office,dining room pantry an kitchen) One of those take it all deals trust us it is all in perfect shape deals,,,,yeah right,,,wonder if all of Garrys creditors know they are having a garage sale?
