lets be positive at least it is in the ground ,there is something actually there ,real unlike all the other penny stocks ,funding will come as copper goes up someone will step in to start sirg up and running.could it be the new shares being released would fall into the hands of a investment company as collateral to fund sirg, anyone have any input on that thought
Does us no good whatsoever as long as it stays in the ground.
It is not only insulting, but irresponsible, neglectful, and spacks of apathy and arrogance. It's as if we don't exist and he doesn't care. Never seen anything like it. If he wants to be a legit company it might help if he acted like a legit CEO.
If I had enough money to spare, I'd loan them the 5 to 7 million they need to get going again. I'm sure it would come back, and then some.
if you look at wct chart 1 pr =.05 give in
imcat i know im asking a lot, you have had previous conversations with ROD could you phone him asking when he will update share holders or if he could post something on the board ,any type of communication to us .thank you
They need $5M to $7M to return the mine to production. The cost to develop an open pit mine from scratch would be between $25M - $40M.
The Oracle Ridge mine is an underground copper mine near Tucson that was also closed in 1996. So far that company has spent $11M and the mine is still not open nor does it have a smelter or EW processing plant. There is no room on the mountain for either and they will need to truck the ore down the mountain to process it.
They have the money from the sale of mining interests in S.A. but only $12M and did not pay for the claims so have lease costs to add in. They are a Canadian company out of Vancouver.
Pursuant to the Oracle Ridge Industrial Property Lease, Oracle Ridge is responsible for, amongst other things, the following:
* The improvement and restoration of the façade of the old office/warehouse building, old mine dry building, and associated shed and carport.
· The installation of a boundary fence and gate at a precise location approved by the Oracle Ridge and Marble Mountain.
* The improvement and restoration of the mechanic's building.
* The improvement and restoration or removal of the old rock house.
· * The camouflaging of the hatched and ventilation shafts.
* The installation of (a) new well(s), water delivery and pumping facilities.
· * The construction, improvement and maintenance of the U.S. Forest Service Road.
Proposed Operations
Up to 180 employees will be transported to and from the site from San Manuel via the Black Hills Mine Haul Road
About 140 tons of concentrate may be produced per day
Transport of copper-in-concentrate product would be equivalent to about five to seven round trips per day on the Black Hills Mine Haul Road
Anticipate using short segment of Old Mount Lemmon Road (FR38 or Control Road) and the Black Hills Mine Road (FR4450)
They do not have funds for the mill or processing plant and will be looking for more money.
Vancouver, British Columbia, October 26, 2011 - Oracle Mining Corp. (TSXV: OMN, OTCQX: OMCCF) is pleased to announce an update on its processing plant engineering and design work as well as its drilling activities at the Corporation's Oracle Ridge Copper Mine in southern Arizona.
They are still doing test drilling.
imcat is $5 million a small investment to get sirg up and running compared to other copper mines that got funded or is this a normal amount being asked for ,ps thankyou for all your good insight and facts being posted on the board
I have checked a couple of copper companies to see what their production costs per lb. are and they range from $1.15 to $1.55, the $1.55 being for an underground mine.
Another factor is the location of the mine. The Chloride mine is about 20 miles north of I-40, a straight shot to Long Beach where most of the copper is shipped to. That is a plus vs a mine located in southern Arizona which would add another 225 miles to the trip and that copper is heavy!
Since they would start with the tailing piles that have already been mined and milled, the per lb. cost should be under $1.20. With copper currently at $3.80 that would be a profit of $2.60 per lb.
That's all I'm asking.
Rod told me he would not release "fluff" PRs but I agree it is time to inform us what is going on. Throw us a bone even if it doesn't have any meat on it!
imcat at what price point does copper have to hit to make funding feasible for a investor please ,thankyou
Thanks for this information Imcat but one of Rod's many obligations is to update shareholders. Silence is a means of negative communication which is not healthy for the company.
You are doing a great job informing everyone but there comes a time when shareholders need to hear it from the horses mouth. No disrespect to you.
His plans for the future are to get the funding necessary to get the mine into production. Last Sept. Rod and I discussed the need to redesign or at least update the website.
He did go to the mine in Oct and had the tailing piles test drilled. Because the previous reports were old, he needed current information and the tailings had not been drilled previously.
I have a list of mining companies, all seeking funding, and only 2 of them (both Canadian companies) have received any funding in the past year.
One was a private placement (their share price is over $1)
The other received government funding. http://halifaxinitiative.org/dirtypractices/DirtyPractices.pdf
Current share price, is extremely undervalued, right now the market cap is less than the equipment on their property without the mine or proven reserves.
Everyone give him a call and ask him for an update!

I understand this and agree but it still doesn't excuse Rod from not updating his shareholders. It's just common courtesy
I can't imagine there are any rules to have a scheduled conference call updating the shareholders on the status of everything. Rod doesn't have to divulge lending institutions, details, etc. but he can let us know if he is in any negotiations and what his plans are for the near future.
IMO being silent to all shareholders for this long is insulting.
I wonder what the rules on disclosures are... can the CEO 'update' the shareholders without anything official? Or is that against some SEC rules? It'd be really nice to hear from Rod even something as innocuous as "I'm meeting with a few potential investors in March".
The dead silence sucks. The price of the shares is basically just moving for no reason (since the big drop after the AS increase).
SIRG continues to sell daily so something needs to happen soon. We are flying blind. No need to reply with hype the volume of sales tells the story.
the funding comes closer day by day as the stock sits strong awaiting the big pr ,kaboom 1000% gain within minutes ,number 1 across the boards of the news ,investors chase the price to buy sirg and cant catch it,the shareholders wait to sell only some shares at .05 and comfortably sit back as there will be more news more profit.this is how i see it going down ,stay strong sirg investors be patient positive things to come .
Thought you guaranteed trip 000's? Crystal ball must be broke... again.
If it is years before funding, the number of shares may be in the trillions, and 3 million shares at .00000001 won't be worth much.
So much for your guarantee! Again it takes an understanding of a company along with basic research to know what is going on within that company, to be a good investor or in this case a gambler. The risk/reward, especially at these share prices is what makes SIRG attractive.
Like we have any other choice if we don't want to sell at a horrific loss.
So I guess this means we shouldn't pay any more attention to anything you post.
I just might buy a team of the critters and a buggy and take all my SIRG pals for a spin lol
If this hits without too much dilution into the O/S, keeping the a/s around 200 million, then holding 3 million shares....? Likely you can afford several trips, plus a wildebeest of your very own!
Your enthusiasm is getting me excited chris12. I'm considering another 500,000 shares. If I don't grab them today, I probably will before Friday. A total of 3,000,000 shares of SIRG should insure that I get a very nice trip to Africa to see the wildebeest romp and stomp.
holding .0012, CLOSE GREEN ,investors are not giving in to low bids they know good news on the way ,its in the air
I don't know of any mining company except the giants like Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton, VALE, or Asarco that are sitting on huge amounts of cash, and SIRG would be considered too small for them to bother with.
Rod is looking for a company or fund to fund the company like this.
It provides mining companies with project financing and metal offtake agreements which facilitate their initiating, or expanding mine production. All such transactions enable the Fund to purchase a mine's future metal production.
This kind of funding is based on a pre-set price for the copper production and used to hedge on the up and down price swings for copper. The company uses the guaranteed copper price to trade in the copper futures markets.
There are several companies I found but some only want big mines.
We have 6 different programs for funding your mining project...as well strategic alliances to assist you in getting your product to the refinery and getting paid in a timely manner.
Our alliances in the funding process are all top-shelf, performing and producing partners. We only accept projects that have a high probability of funding. Your in-ground asset must be valued at a minimum of $500M USD
We currently have two full-time mine consultants to assist you in getting your project funded as soon as possible.
We have the following information to assist you:
For inground assets 1B and above
We Fund In-Ground Assets -$25M mininum funding amount please-- print out this needs list please print this punchlist of necessary items to fund your project.
SIRG does not need $25M.
imcat would it be another mining company that would finance sirg or could they be bought out ,could you please explain how they will get financing thank you
days or years im holding ,imcat,s are very intelligent people ,i will listen to there advice which is this will one day happen ,PS imcat thank you for the private message ,your son will make it happen ,good luck to him
Very apt expression.
Just keep in mind it could be several years until funding, or several days.
Hard to know.
well said ,keep your chin up whether it be for a punch or a smile
Yes chris12, we do own shares in a real mine that is sitting on a real asset. This has been confirmed for me by a relattive, my sister in law's husband, who has a masters in geology and has been a miner in various places around the world. He grew up in Arizona, near Kingman, and knows the area well. Were it not for his DD, the money I now have in SIRG would be sitting in Amalgamated Mushrooms or some other soon to rise super stock.
A good portion of my adult life was spent in finance, home mortgages to be specific and even though I have never put together financing for any thing commercial, I am aware of just how hard it can be during even the best of times for a business of any type to secure a loan to begin their operation even if their papers are perfect, the CEO has a resume that yells success, all the members of the BOD are confirmed to be God fearing etc.
With this in mind, it could be that we will all "take it on the chin" and take it hard. And if that happens, I guess I'll just have to write it off as another lesson learned that I will soon probably be forgotten and head on to another stock with great potential. But I don't think that will happen.
I think that because we do own shares in a real mine that is sitting on a real asset funding will at sometimes in the future be secured. Yes, it may not be the kind of funding that is favorable to investors but we will profit all the same. The key to this investment/play/speculation, whatever it is to you, will be patience. If you have it you're going to win.
The type of funding SIRG needs is not the kind you can walk into Bank of America or any bank and get. Most banks still are not doing commercial loans.
those who bought in higher do not give up, funding takes time ,it will happen ,losses behind profit ahead
335,000 at .0011 its holding and will come back today ,only the wise investors will not give in and sell at a loss ,hold your positions
Chris XII - Can you give us todays CLOSING Price?
real mine ,real deal ,funding coming ,hold your shares
i´m with you
let rod work
She takes the truth over there, and now the pumpers are worried. It's funny, really. SIRG is an actual mining company with real property. Not some golf outfit that thinks it can play the mining game with some made up controlling interest.
You really ruffled some feathers over on the Ge@r board.
I'm patient enough to give Rod time to work this out.
Lol!!! That's like the 5th guarantee you've made on SIRG, glad you're not a betting man!
This toxic dilution machine just reloaded the printing press with 1.5bil from.Friday filing...
Trip Zeros tomorrow.000s...Guaranteed
You are correct and Patrick Champney who died in late August is the one who did the convertible notes.
Rod was dealt the hand and had to sit down at the table and play the cards he was given. I still believe that with over 9M shares at risk, he will find a way to recover his and our investments here.
