There are a LOT of really, really crappy OTC stocks out there, that have gone eons without reporting anything. So far, you can rank this one in there. But a chart is a chart. If there is an opportunity to milk it for something big, with or without a word from the company, it will be done.
If we hit the .0003s I might start believing there's some life left in this thing.
Anyone else getting the feeling that now that any and all shorts have covered in the 1's after a year of effort, that they are now about to play this long? A little bit of volume starting to hit the ask today.
We begin to hit 3's at some point, and I think the whole ballgame changes.
No dumping goin on today
I noticed someone trying to get. 001s today with a cool 10 million bid... But no sellers found.
NB
No but I still follow. I sold out before that big run last year. Missed out.
Hey jm, didn't know u were still around. Do u own any SIRG?
MM covering short sales from bag holders dumping into the bid.
Not much money involved in these transactions. Still wonder why anyone would buy this at any price. Just an empty shell.
Looks to be heading to no bid...
NB
All the slapping of those 2's lately. Kind of encouraging. Maybe they felt they grabbed all the 1's that can be gotten, and moving it up the scale now?
Who knows. But yeah, it does seem alive lately.
Ya, go figure.
IT'S ALIVE!!!
NB
I guess the answer is "no".
Think SIRG management still involved? There has to be someone at the wheel for this to move in the right direction!
Any kind of verifiable positive news and all bets are off!!!
NB
What I'm watching closely, besides the volume of late, is the steady dissolution of all the 1's on the bid. Almost like someone is sticking around until all of their orders are filled at the lowest possible price.
We shall see what happens when it hits zero. That could be a trigger, of sorts.
Staying put, as well. Absolutely no point in dumping what bit I have left.
I agree, I am not going anywhere, this all feels very familiar...
But ya know, it could just happen if this 10day crosses the 50day, which it is now EVEN with. Last time we were in the 3's way back in May. Sure would spark a mild amount of interest at that point.
I tells ya, this here thing ain't dead, friend.
Now, that would be a big surprise...
Can we get 100% tomorrow also???
NB
Wow, monster in the making, up 100% today...
That would be a welcome change.
Stock well be canceled soon and put us out of our misery.
NB
Well the 1 day plus 1 year is approaching. Don't see anything magic about it, but still gives one hope when there's nothing else.
The company has been dark for a long time.
NB
It's still revoked, so it's all moot.
NB
I think it's called dumping...
NB
What are you suggesting with your analysis of the stock?
A couple of quick questions for all the investors here. Thanks in advance!
SIRG was a CH7 Q stock (SIRGQ) in 2015 with 942,114,179/824,149,108/970,000,000 shares OS/float/AS counts. It has $14,992 cash and $6,052,062 total assets ($0.0064 a share) v.s. $2.99M total debts and $15,751,259 total liabilities from the latest 10-Q filed on 11/19/2013!
Why the ending "Q" of SIRGQ was removed last year? What was the reason for FINRA/SEC to remove the ending "Q" for SIRGQ? How could it worth
$7,536,913.43 Market Value (MV) at $0.0080 from as low as $9,421.14 MV at $0.00001? Why SIRG(Q) could soar 800-Bagger within only a coupe of months? At $0.0001 SIRGQ has $0.1M MV!
Anyway the current MV of SIRG at $0.0001 is $0.1M which is the same with the current MV of its Q peer (346,222,370/500,000,000 shares OS/AS, $109.616M assets, and $4.05M cash) at $0.0003. The peer needs to hit $0.0218 (at $0.0003 now) in order to match the same MV $7.537M!
Still a lot out there willing ti sell for .0001. They apparently don't know better.
Have been. For over a year. :)
Well, lets be ready...
Another 10M shares purchased. Activity is ramping. Gotta be a reason.
I still hold to my 1 year +1 day capital gains reduction before 1 more monster run hits.
As I recall, there was some question about 20% interest in the mine. In my opinion, it is not likely that they still hold that, however, I don't know.
Other than that, again, I think it is doubtful that anything of significance remains. And we will probably never know unless their hand is forced in court .... or they apply again for bankruptcy protection.
What does SIRG have in assets, besides debt? Anything at all?
Sounds like a good number, I will follow that...
I got mine at .003
Rickjc, not a bad idea, I will do the same , just in case and good luck to you...LOL...
I'll just put a sell order in until filled. Good luck Stargazer!
We will have to be on our toes...
I agree, I cannot imagine a reason why so many shares have been bought lately, why would anyone want to buy these shares, it didn't make sense when I watched it last year prior to and at bankruptcy so I held my shares, I was fortunate to sell half at the first run up but I got a bit greedy and kept the remaining, if it happens again I will be a bit smarter...
That is an interesting thought. It seems that the boys from the sunshine state have benefited from wrong perceptions about the outcome of the previous bankruptcy proceeding. A few months back, I contacted the big consulting firm, CDM Smith, who had done some work for SIRG and to whom SIRG owed money. They told me that they had written off the debt because they understood that SIRG was bankrupt. When I explained the "dismissal" and provided coordinates for TimBart, the lady to whom I was speaking seemed quite interested.
I doubt that CDM Smith actually followed up, but we don't know how many other bag-holders might be chasing the boys or how aggressive they might be. All that to say that I find the suggestion of another bankruptcy application quite plausible. And sure, maybe they might even create another bullshit white-knight story to throw before a judge ... That routine certainly screwed a lot of people over last time.
Nothing would surprise me from scumbags like Tim Benjamin and Bart Budman.
Starting to look like last year with huge amounts of .0001 buys just before and during early bankruptcy before the Orotechno nonsense, maybe they are going to file for bankruptcy again and another player will arrive in the nick of time to save the company with the PPS skyrocketing until the dump...
Thanks. I'm over it, but did appreciate your follow-up note. If anything good were to miraculously happen here for long-suffering shareholders, I would be among the first to post congratulations. Cheers.
Maybe the SEC/FBI are closing in on the whole thing...
