Still a lot out there willing ti sell for .0001. They apparently don't know better.
Have been. For over a year. :)
Well, lets be ready...
Another 10M shares purchased. Activity is ramping. Gotta be a reason.
I still hold to my 1 year +1 day capital gains reduction before 1 more monster run hits.
As I recall, there was some question about 20% interest in the mine. In my opinion, it is not likely that they still hold that, however, I don't know.
Other than that, again, I think it is doubtful that anything of significance remains. And we will probably never know unless their hand is forced in court .... or they apply again for bankruptcy protection.
What does SIRG have in assets, besides debt? Anything at all?
Sounds like a good number, I will follow that...
I got mine at .003
Rickjc, not a bad idea, I will do the same , just in case and good luck to you...LOL...
I'll just put a sell order in until filled. Good luck Stargazer!
We will have to be on our toes...
I agree, I cannot imagine a reason why so many shares have been bought lately, why would anyone want to buy these shares, it didn't make sense when I watched it last year prior to and at bankruptcy so I held my shares, I was fortunate to sell half at the first run up but I got a bit greedy and kept the remaining, if it happens again I will be a bit smarter...
That is an interesting thought. It seems that the boys from the sunshine state have benefited from wrong perceptions about the outcome of the previous bankruptcy proceeding. A few months back, I contacted the big consulting firm, CDM Smith, who had done some work for SIRG and to whom SIRG owed money. They told me that they had written off the debt because they understood that SIRG was bankrupt. When I explained the "dismissal" and provided coordinates for TimBart, the lady to whom I was speaking seemed quite interested.
I doubt that CDM Smith actually followed up, but we don't know how many other bag-holders might be chasing the boys or how aggressive they might be. All that to say that I find the suggestion of another bankruptcy application quite plausible. And sure, maybe they might even create another bullshit white-knight story to throw before a judge ... That routine certainly screwed a lot of people over last time.
Nothing would surprise me from scumbags like Tim Benjamin and Bart Budman.
Starting to look like last year with huge amounts of .0001 buys just before and during early bankruptcy before the Orotechno nonsense, maybe they are going to file for bankruptcy again and another player will arrive in the nick of time to save the company with the PPS skyrocketing until the dump...
Thanks. I'm over it, but did appreciate your follow-up note. If anything good were to miraculously happen here for long-suffering shareholders, I would be among the first to post congratulations. Cheers.
Maybe the SEC/FBI are closing in on the whole thing...
No problem, sorry I offended...
No need to justify your interest to me. And conversely ....
Hey Dennis.
You are nothing if not prolific and persistent. You should by now have learned that the the Q removal was an automatic measure signifying absolutely nothing other than SIRG's exit from bankruptcy protection. The Q remains off because SIRG still remains outside that protection .... hmmmm, hmmmm, and hmmmm indeed.
By the way, since its really just you and me talking now, can you tell me the truth about this amazing tidbit from the past:
I like this theory. Still time for another run
Has anyone considered that they are waiting for a year +1 day (from last Aug 31st) to SUBSTANTIALLY lower their capital gains obligations? A run there would result in many more millions in the pockets of key players.
Might sound silly, but there have been some large blocks purchased as of late, and I would certainly be thinking this way if I were them.
And the Q is still off. Hmmmm.
Me too......stranger things have happened on the OTC!
Nothing like company...
Are you still holding on, I am still all in, just in case and actually at this point nothing to lose...
Hope they know what they're doin
I wonder who in the hell is buying shares....
Still wonder if there is anyone minding the store?
A 1.6M buy! That's a LOT for a 'dead stock'. OROT site is now removed. I think they're out of the game. But I think something has taken place.
Saw the same when they hit bankruptcy, lots of shares bought at .0001. Why would anybody buy 8 million shares ??? Makes no sense, unless...
Yes, entirely a public service. My secondary gain is that doing these tasks is a good diversion from my career that can be intense. Some readers actually benefit from having information they did not know before, allowing them to make informed decisions on a stock.
A win / win for some readers and me.
Or, pass on the information.....the wonder of having a choice.
8M purchase the other day, and constant moves by the MMs. There is a reason for all of this activity. This is not retail playing with these shares. Someone is spending endless trading fees, to buy 30 cents worth of shares at a time, to free up shares.
I think this is still very much alive. And these guys have won a ton through the boredom, and attrition of retail the past year.
And the Q is still off. Might add more here very soon.
Wish i could turn clock back a year, when they were in bankruptcy. Things were so much more hopeful then.
Buy and hold .0001 , wait for few more week then sell .0002 that's it
You forgot to add the word "humble"!
Bottom alert $$$ .0001 X .0002 , just my opinion
Put an order in an see what happens!
Anybody want my million for .0002 let me know and I will put them up
All your shares times 0, equals 0. Good luck to you!
I hope I'm wrong
Don't see u or anyone else scoopin' up the cheap shares.
Cause greedy don't get got.
