I decided to play their game this morning and stuck in a order for 10,000 shares @.003 and it is not filling.

My L2 shows they filled 4000 @.0029 at 9:59:49 which is 8 minutes after I entered my order!

I have the biggest problem on days when FDA news comes out. I am always chasing the sell-off, even when I put my sell a little below where I want it. I know others in the same play that get much better prices than I do. And they are being truthful, not just showing off.:) Their customer service is great though.

I use Schwab and i've NEVER not had an order filled where I wanted it.

I use TDA as well, and they are equally good.

The main difference (Schwab being better) is that TDA routinely and perhaps arbitrarily decides which penny stocks you can only "sell" and "cannot open a new position" on.

The way SIRG moved yesterday shows how few shares are available and I believe that is the reason we are seeing all the MM manipulations with those trades for 500 shares. They are just trying to shake shares loose.

Question for anyone... I use Schwab and I hate it. Especially in biotechs, I never get the trades I want on fast moving stocks even though I know others are getting their orders filled. I also use Scottrade sometimes, but the people there drive me insane. Can anyone recommend their broker, who does a great job with orders?

Cat, you can sign up and download TDA's Think or Swim platform without opening a real account.
They have a 'paper trading' option, which still has access to the platform and Level 2 (as far as I know).

Currently I am using eTrade Pro, but you can get a similar one from TD Ameritrade (I used to use this account just for the L2). I am using an apple which allows for an actual screen capture (rather than a print screen) so I can take a snapshot of any portion of the screen.

Good morning mining campers! Time to get up and "hit" the hole. If you should strike anything really hard while you're digging, it's just probably some nasty old MM trying to stop our progress.
