Small-cap Bet (CSE:TSF) for Shipping Industry Going Green $TSF
https://10xalerts.com/small-cap-bet-csetsf-for-shipping-industry-going-green/
I'm the 2 highest BIDs out today. Damn nigh zero activity on BID or ASK. Happy Diwali Day I guess. Not sure why this is so thin on each side.
I think that large BIDDER is still trying to establish a position here. 92,250 shares in the past 3 days? Pushed the share price from $0.05 up to $0.11. Lolz.
ShiftCarbon because the official name a couple days ago. TraceSafe will still be used for the IoT division. Company focus of measuring and reporting carbon emissions appears to be the raison d'être for the company now.
I think that big BIDDER is still around but just not showing their "full hand". Bidder just moved up to $0.09. It's like pulling teeth to establish a position on this illiquid stock.
Other timid bidders showing up. This is unusual.
That 400K share BID is still there. They've only snagged about 2,000 shares over the past week. Lol. Going to put an all-or-none BID just over the top of it. :-P
I wish the stock price would take a "green turn".

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - August 16, 2022) - Tracesafe Inc., (CSE: TSF) ("TraceSafe" or the "Company"), a global leader in location-aware Internet of Things (IoT) platforms for large-scale enterprise operations and managed decarbonization, announced today that it will sell, on a non-brokered basis, a private placement (the "Private Placement") of up to 3,333,333 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of CDN$0.15 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to CDN$500,000 (the "Offering"), subject to the conditional acceptance of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "Exchange"). The financing will help drive TraceSafe's new direction towards decarbonization following the launch of its comprehensive carbon management solution, ShiftCarbon. Proceeds from the transaction will be used for general working capital and support product development and customer acquisition for ShiftCarbon.
$0.15 Canadian is just under $0.12 USD. Stock price around $0.10 US is pretty much correct then. Fook.
Bleck. Canadian stocks always fook me.
Not sure why a cease trade order is seen as a positive by the market...

Thursday After Hours podcast. Let's hope for something good.
So illiquid. Canadian stocks never seem to do well on the OTC. Bid and Ask is an enormous gulf.
Low volume takedown but this cratering has been coming for months. OTC is so shallow these days.
So little interest out there, put another BID out.
Got my fill today.
Big BIDDER wasn't around today. Trying to buy back in.
Capital Raise.
One fund came in and took out the entire round. They did it because they expect big growth in 2022, especially in the United States. Didn't discuss details on the potential extent of dilution though.
I wish our buyer would go away. I'm trying to buy back in. Lol.
Someone is still accumulating. Thought this would've receded by now.
Now people are selling into this BID. Buyer has absorbed $35K today and I forget about yesterday. That's a significant buyer on the OTC.
We have an eager buyer again. Chasing the BID because that's basically the only way to get shares without an extreme amount of patience.
Someone likes the news. Stalker BID out there.
TraceSafe secured financing. A (partially?) convertible note with $3M to the company and $3.2M face value and 12% annual interest rate. Only read it once. Seems like it's 18-months and can be converted the lower of two options, one of which mentioned 50% max under VWAP.

Buying back the shares I sold to that Big Bidder that was here recently. 5K were showing. Nibbled 20K on the ASK. 5K still showing. It looks like we have a big seller now. Big BID might get hit.
Big Bidder still around but much more patient now. Highest BID is in the 40s most of the day. Couple weeks back to business as usual? 30s?
Big BIDDER is dancing around in the $0.50's intermittently showing different share counts. But his nearest dance partner (ASK) is up in the $0.90's now. Not sure how this will turn out.
Back to the $0.30's next week or does our buyer have more gunpowder?
The market is coming to our big buyer. That said, our big buyer is still present. Wonder if the big buyer is buying on the notion that Omicron is on the way?
Someone flashed a BID at about 60,000 shares around the $0.66 mark. That's decent money wanting to buy in, especially on the American side of the stock, which will have days of zero share volume.
TraceSafe did best during the height of CoVid.
Someone's afraid they're going to miss the bus. Aggressive buying.
Pump report might be driving this mild buyer interest. Doubt it was the stellar Q3 report.

FY21 is being pegged at ~$13.2M over $3.7M in FY20.
Current market cap is just under $17M, about a 1.25 P/S multiplier on FY21's expected results.
Undervalued foreign stock. Some day it's going to get recognized though.
Record 3rd Quarter Results
Share price probably won't budge an inch. It'll have it's day though. Some day.

Convertible Note.
Convertible note of about $306K Canadian, which is about $250K USD. It's far from massive but suggests the credit cards are maxxed and this is what is needed to "prime the pump" on our latest contracts. Below details the verbiage on the associated warrants and potential triggers:
Hello Japan!!
October 14, 2021: Vancouver, BC – Tracesafe Inc., (“TraceSafe”) (CSE: TSF), a global leader in location-aware Internet of Things (IoT) platforms for large-scale industrial and enterprise operations, announced today that its presence has been further expanded in the APAC region with the launch of operations in Tokyo, Japan.
A number of prospective customers in the country have expressed their interest in TraceSafe’s PaaS product, specifically for enterprise IoT applications. The company has invested significant resources to develop its innovative suite of products for enterprise IoT, including asset tracking, contact tracing, and employee connectivity and engagement.
