About time, Eliron was a scam artist. He gave himself hundreds of millions of shares, put spyware in his software after saying it was free of spyware, then when it came out he said "that is a problem".

I followed this stock when it reached .175 and made money at the time and followed every now and then to see if Eliron would pitch a new concept or product; but I think it's the end of the ride for Shelron. Etrade says 349 million shares outstanding and only 640 shares traded after regaining trading status. Must be solid if nobody is dumping.

The ask is .005 and they won't tell you what the volume is. There is no bid.

Shelron needed to file the sequential 10Q's and 10K from 2012 before filing the 2014 10K.

It will be interesting to see if Shelron can successfully defend the SEC Admin Proceeding citing "5. Shelron Group, Inc. When I first got involved with SRNG a friend of mine said to me,

"Why are you buying that stock? Don't you know Eliron is a crook".

I replied that I was counting on it.

I've learned from experience that it is possible to follow promoters like Eliron and ride along on their coattails.

A surprising turn of events is that he is bringing his filings up to date.

To me, that is concrete evidence that "the game is afoot".

Money will be made in this stock.

Shelron is a worthless shell, he owns nothing in mining and gave himself 200m shares for his services. his website touts Tanzania yet he has no interest there. He owns no mines anywhere. He has about 25k, the rest will be from anyone who buys this junk. He pays himself because he consults himself, and nothing has changed. I check in to see if he goes legit, he cant seem to do it, he loves scams. He lives off of anyone who buys the shares. he is waiting for you to buy so he can sell.

During September 2011, the Company signed a non binding MOU with a local Tanzanian company for the acquisition of 51% of the mineral rights of a property in the Geita district of Tanzania. This MOU has expired and has been canceled by the Company.

The Company is controlled by Hull, a company wholly-owned by Eliron Yaron, the Company's Principal Executive Officer/Principal Financial and Accounting Officer. In March 2005, the Company entered into a consulting agreement with Hull. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, Hull receives consulting fees totaling $156,000 per annum in installments of $3,000 per week. Due to stockholder represents accrued but unpaid consulting as well as other loans payable made by Hull.

As far as I can tell the Onassis Mining Group is not in the Shelron fold. It looks to be an separate entity controlled by Eliron. The Onassis mine is in Equador and Shelron's South American properties are confined to Chile.

The choice of Onassis for the company's name is a conjurer's old trick. Association by inference with the real Onassis.

By now TRTH is probably a "shell". They say they are going change the name and go in a new direction. Eliron has another chip in the game. It's worth keeping an eye on.

Secondly, SRNG's stock quote went blank today. The last time that happened was when a name change occurred.

Thirdly, Eliron is working with a law firm to bring his SRNG filings up to date. He's not doing it for his health.

What this usually means is that an old shareholder is replaced by a new one. I think that this exchange marked the beginning of a new direction for this company.
