There were a few (very few) shares that were eligible to be converted around a dollar according to SEC filings. To be most accurate I am stating the o/s around 4.5 million max.

The company itself never sold any shares directly to the public, all the shares issued were to the three hedge funds and associates plus a private investor. (Just under 3 million shares total)

Would have no idea if the funds sold any of thiers on the way down, it sure doesn't look like it by the way it trades. When it did fall it dropped pretty fast and they would be taking a huge loss as many of thier shares were priced in the 3-4 dollar range.

Day by day as shares are accumulated the marketmakers are moving thier asks above $1 or more. When shares are purchased and a particular mm sells a small amount of shares, they move way up. The float appears to be 1 million or less.

Here is the ask line up from level 2 at close on Friday;

NITE .25
HDSN .31.1
DBAB .31.1

All others are 1.01 or more ask.

This coming week will be very revealing when there are buys at the ask and if it trades up to the .31.1 ask it will very VERY interesting to see where those two mm's move thier ask. NITE has been moving its ask way above 1.00 when a seller is finished and one time on Wednesday to 2.56. In all my years of trading I have never seen that.

So essentially a very clean low float stock with most shares held by institutioins and hedge funds that would like to see a RM.
So far so good.

Question..As far as everyone knows there are no ties to Total Outsourced Systems as far as the stock itself goes right?

15-20% of the float traded in the .20's this week, huge accumulation for this low floater.

All sellers were taken by buyers, many above .25 and it never traded below .20 At close Friday, NITE was the only mm in the 20's with ask at .25.

After NITE two mm's at .31 who have been sitting there over a week, then all other mm over a dollar !

Remember, even at 1.00 the hedge funds stand to lose millions, somebody is buying this up and for good reason.

Those with level 2 have been able to see NITE move (over 1.00 ask) when he finishes an order at a particular price level.

Was a down day overall for me. Over the weekend I plan to dig a little deeper into Sento Corp.
If I like what I find I might just fill up the truck a little further.

MrGreen .. refer to the pm sent. This keeps going up without any ibox info as it appears buyers outside ihub are buying up the float. Tuesday was a huge accumulation day though few noticed, 80 k traded mostly between .28 -.30. That is near 10% of the float.

We have kindof been keeping this one to ourselves other than posting the amazing chart here and there, but it doesn't look like its coming down with any volume so I let a few fellow posters know about it.

I am up early and headed into the city this morning for a meeting, have a great day !

Boardmarks have remained at 12 for two weeks and posts not even 200 yet.

In the meantime, the stock has moved 100% from just last week. Buying is coming from outside our circle here and whomever is taking thier time accumulating and slowly buying up the float imo.

99.9 % of all stocks that have had runs like this collapse within a couple days. This SNTO has held up and continues upwards now for WEEKS.

MM's drop off the ask now and move way up, look at what happened just this week

STGX moved from .25 to 2.00
DBAB moved from .20 to .0311
HDSN moved from .25 to .0311
PERT moved from .20 to 100.00
MAXM moved from .20 to 100.00

There are others watching this for entry, I get several pms a day asking me what my opinions are on how much it could pull back. I don't know how to answer really as any pullback in this has lasted less than a half hour lol.

good pick up from the recent consolidation. there is a ver tight spot at 0.30, at which mm may attempt the test of lower supports at 0.16 and then way down to dma20 at 0.10 at current, which may move up t0 0.12 as time passes.
if company has news. mm may still have to test supports as pps rises.
