If you're looking at this as an actual investment based on ONFI's fundamentals, you had better reread the prs and everything else available at OTCMarkets over the last year.

The company hasn't succeeded in accomplishing anything throughout it's existence. Doubt it ever will either.

Assuming you merely misread the PR and are not trying to mislead potential investors, the PR you pulled that from has nothing to do with ONFI operations, other than being posted on their website. Oh, and it's almost a year old. The 25% increase in subscribers you noted, is a worldwide estimate and not for the company. The wording in your post implies that it is an increase in ONFI subcribers, which it is not. I believe it's been argued whether or not they even have any to begin with... Buyer beware:)

Although ONFI looks good. It needs some good volume. A float of 22M is nothing for triple zeroes.

ONFI last press release predicted a 25% increase in subscribers from 2010 to 2014. Their latest PR states they have expanded their technology and market presence. IMO they are experiencing larger than average growth and news can be expected about increase in subscibers and world coverage.

ONFI is nearing the triple zero price again. The value has lost 99.6% since it's high after the most recent reverse split. The company has never reported any revenue but claiming large losses since March, 2009. Will ONFI repeat it's triple zero history?... when?

Same 90 day statement appeared 8 months ago in the filing published Aug 05 2010. ONFI still has not expanded operations beyond that 110 sq. foot area. Below is a quote from page 5 of that Aug. filing.

Around 240 days have past without revenue to suggest any expansion will be happening. The company has never reported revenue since the symbol change to ONFI. It appears ONFI is in the business of declaring a loss. It's one activity they are consistently good at. What happened to the financing commitment? LOL.

Yep, triple zeros (AGAIN) likely within a couple months. Just as it did prior to R/S in March 09 when the price dropped to .00035 and prior to R/S in July 2010 when it declined to 0.0006.

So, If I had purchased $1428.50 worth of ONFI on March 02, 2009 I would have half a penny today? All during this time, the company continued to embellish with press release announcements of activity that may never actually occur. I shake my head in disbelief that there are people that believe in these kind of companies.
