The form 15 did you notice Proton Laboratories, Inc. has caused this certification/notice to be signed on its behalf by the undersigned duly authorized person. Did a little search on them and they a selling out to a stem cell research. I really don't know what this has to do with SERW, but it seems there are alot of companies shifting around. Proton is a green company, but i don't get the connection with Kurlander?

the 26K at .15 may have been a "buy" ...This has traded so thinly, a normal retail sell would have knocked it lower easily...IMO...who knows? ... volume here today MAY indicate something...

Just keep your eye on it. Someone may be accumulating, if the volume is low big deal. Just keep an eye on the price that they are buying at. I have another one where someone is buying queitly, but it has been at the ask. Level 2 has the same MM on ask and bid, but the bid is the only one filling about 2000 shares a day. This has been going on for a week now with no news. No one even on the board. With 509k shares someone could sneek in and take this shell cheap.
