No they can file annual lists and get back in good standing very easily. No time limit that I know of.

How long can a company stay in default? At some point does the company loose it's corporation status and cease to exist? If that happens do the shares just cease to exist and that's the end of the story?

I never got a response from the Nevada SoS, guess we just have to wait & see what happens...

I own an S-Corp and I do not have to file anything yearly and I believe an LLC is immune from yearly filings also. It confused me for a bit when you said SCYA was as an LLC because in the back of my mind I was thinking that if an LLC does not need to file, we could be on hold for a long long time.

I just had this same thing happen with TMXU---defaulted in august--------but lo and behold is updated this week with a new owner.
Its a shell and requires patience.
will probly be updated in due time.

Technically it happened when they went into default on October 1st. Looking at the Nevada SoS site just now I noticed that the Company is listed as a "Domestic Corporation" rather than a "Domestic Limited-Liability Company", not sure what difference that would make though.

The annual List of Officers update for SCYA is overdue, threatening to place the shell in default status. As I understand it this reduction in status will remove the protections afforded under the law for an LLC, and expose the owner to the potential of a civil lawsuit for damages. Technically we're in "Default" but the Nevada SoS is still reporting us as "Active". I sent them an e-mail asking where things stand...

Here's the fee schedule from the Nevada SoS site, looks like they owe $175 to update the List of Officers and an extra $75 if they don't get it in by COB Friday.

Come on people, tell us what we own!!!

I just talked to the Resident Agent to see if they knew anything on the List of Officers. They said their system sends e-mail reminders to each client as the list comes due and the client enters the new information themselves.

Wouldn't tell me who the current contact is for the company.

I asked what happens if they don't meet the deadline; $75 fine and listed as delinquent, also looses limited liability status for the period they are not current so if I understood him correctly the owner can be sued personally during that time. Lets get a lawyer *lol*

My T/S is pissing me off now. I show one buy for the day at 10:40am for 20k at the ask, is that correct? If so I will venture to say someone placed a buy yesterday at .003 and moved it up to .004 this morning then .005 at 10:40 where it filled, probably testing the MM's. Sooooooooo, it looks like NITE is going to be the road block unless he is thin, in which case he won't last long. Too bad we couldn't see how many shares each MM has, That would keep those rats honest wouldn't it? LMAO
