Cool! Pictures and everything.
Does anyone here know where that photo of the five all star scamsters is that made the rounds a few months back? I'd like to put it in the IBOX.
AVTX - Mr Gary (harry) Balls!! Advanced Technologies Inc --
you got to read what he is doing and How he is screwing the shareholders perfectly!! Go to the message board --
Going from EVS technology to Frog Sperm!!!
Yes go to the AVTX board --
Reverse merger into Frog Sperm -- and hes getting all his revenue from evs and his patents to himself --- Hes dumping the company to a chinese reverse merger firm for basically nothing - having that company give him his revenue from evs along with all his patents!! Hes written to shareholders how he is going to do this !!
Talk about scamming the shareholders!!
Gotta add, Jim Plant of CyberKey (CKYS).
KNOWINGLY AND WILLFULLY, AND WITH INTENT TO DEFRAUD, DIRECTLY AND INDIRECTLY, IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF CYBERKEY SOLUTIONS INC. STOCK, DID THE FOLLOWING: (1) EMPLOYED A SCHEME TO DEFRAUD; (2) MADE UNTRUE STATEMENTS OF MATERIAL FACT AND OMITTED TO STATE MATERIAL FACTS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE STATEMENTS MADE, IN LIGHT OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES UNDER WHICH THEY WERE MADE, NOT MISLEADING; AND (3) ENGAGED IN ACTS, PRACTICES AND COURSES OF BUSINESS THAT OPERATED AS A FRAUD AND DECEIT, ALL IN VIOLATION OF TITLE 15:78j(b), 78ff
They seem like a good candidate--last time I noticed IMJX, they released a fantastic PR and then diluted heavily into the run. Immediately created a whole new class of bagholders.
Can you expand on that?
HUH! he is the bestest most foward thinking CEO there ever was! how dare you.. he has taken GZFX to new heights this year alone.. 19000 subs with 10 mil in spending.. does so well the company gives him a 15 percent raise each year... why wold you even mention his name with scammy... lol

sure. will do. pretty self explanatory - but i will get to them. Nice jobe here. Need to expose these scum. :D
If you get some time, can you expand on that? I want to put a link next to the CEOs name in the IBOX so people can go straight to your post to get the skinny.
Thanks.
kermit
RSDS CEO - Major DILUTER. COHG CEO - Major diluter.
Don't think that hasn't crossed my mind! But it's not quite soup yet on Larry Skolnik.
My hope for this board is that it will turn into a sort of "bitch session" on whoever pisses us off. The IBOX would be reserved for the Hall of Shame. The exceptional cases.
So if you're checking out a new company and your CEO's in the IBOX, tread VERY carefully.
But if he's not in the IBOX, you can still do a board search and see what people are saying about him.
When the losses are in 10's of thousands (such as mine) My tax attorney told me "IF you plan on making your money back it's better to hold them, then SELL them when you have equal profits in order to wash out tax liability on the new profits." Otherwise I'd be stuck writing off 3k for the next 10+ years-
I made the mistake of BELIEVING in the company, product line and viability within the market place (in comparison to competitors) What I DID NOT consider was the CEOs vision to branch out into a multitude of different markets PRIOR to making his PRIMARY line of business (DVD and Game rentals) profitable.
RULE 101 of business Focus on your PRIMARY line of business 1st. Once it IS profitable only then do you venture out into R&D projects in an attempt to grow and diversify the company itself.
Lesson learned and it was a damn hard one at that-
Best of luck to everyone and your trades!
check out EQBM and you may feel differently!!!! PAINFUL!!!!!
Great board Kermit- I'll contribute on behalf of GZFX since it was my WORST investment decision of 2006
CEO- John Flemming
I can think of a good CEO to list, and i think you know who i am referring to Kermit.
You betcha. BHUB is making up for a lot of bad trades. And it's teaching me how to handle the roller coaster better. I've flipped four times, three successfully. The failed flip became profit taking--now I'm riding the freebies and am much more relaxed.
Good luck to you!
sorry to hear that kermit, hope you some back on bhub :)
Joseph P. Doxey
CEO of Pure H2O Bio Technologies, a perennial hurricane play, it has a patent application pending on a water purification system.
It usually goes up 10-fold in late summer. Except last summer, when it was trading at .0002 and it began its run. When it got to .0006, several hundred million shares suddenly (in less than a minute) went through at the bid and dropped it to .0003.
"WTF?" Everyone on the board said.
"Oh, don't worry, some big holder just hit their profit mark, up we move."
Next day, again, hundreds of millions of shares. Down to .0001 X .0002. Then more shares and we lost the bid and still more shares kept going through. All at the bid (or without the bid).
And there we sat with no bid for a month. Small rally to .0002 and suddenly hundreds of millions of shares at the bid. Back to nothing for a month.
Then 10,000:1 reverse split. By the time our shares cleared the brokers, it had lost half its value again and then the slow march south.
Today, 4 months later:
Outstanding Shares: 850,000,000 as of 2007-03-15,
Authorized Shares: 50,000,000,000 as of 2007-03-15
Last trade: .0007
My portfolio: down 99.65% ($0.85)
The patent is still pending.

This guy has consistently stolen investors money and gotten away with it, there are no words to decsribe him.....that I can say on Ihub without getting banned.
He has a great article about him right here if you want to read.

Thanks makesum. He sounds like the kind of guy this board is for. I'll add him to the list today and put in a link to your post so people can see what you mean.
3)Wglt. Is a beauty. The perfect wolf in sheep's clothing. Look at its foot prints and follow them to its den. The Ceo has a room of boxes full of S-8 forms. I think he has 4 computers. One fixed for downloading the forms, the other to file the shares he wants to sell with the Sec, and the third to his broker. Last but not least his account so he can watch it balloon every other week.
He did almost 10bn shares, he then did a r/s but not just a r/s he had to change the symbol so most investors could not sell their shares, only him. It usually takes several days for shareholders to get thenew shares. This was a recent occurrence. It concluded intially with 45mn shares then 77mn shares and its already up to over 2bn in just weeks. After all this the company still owns no assets.
