AYSI: Anyone know anything about 4/4 meeting results?
I called the number on the website:
https://www.alloysteelstockholdersettlement.com/Home/Contact
Don't do it - save yourself!
Spent way too long talking to a cretin (I had to ask if he was a bot because it was very unclear from his responses) who put me on hold 4 times and came back each time to again have me re-spell my name and address.
He finally admitted he couldn't find my file. I explained that my shares were in street name and there would be no file.
He then literally read me text from the site that announced the "upcoming" 4/4 meeting, divulged that there may be appeals......
I cut him off to remind him that 4/4 was in the past and I simply wanted to know WHAT HAPPENED AT THE MEETING.
He then stated "we're waiting for any updates."
Sigh. Half an hour I'll never get back.
ELTK trading over $11 AH. Nice recovery after dropping to the $9.70's on Friday. I'm trimming some in case we get another dip.
DRCT from $3 to $32 to $7 in 5 months
Unreal ! Next step ? Back to $3 by August.

VNDA - here's an 8K 'poison pill' challenge for you:
Flip-In Trigger
If an Acquiring Person obtains beneficial ownership of 10% or more of the Common Stock, then each Right will entitle the holder thereof to purchase, for the Exercise Price, a number of shares of Common Stock (or, in certain circumstances, cash, property or other securities of the Company) having a then-current market value of twice the Exercise Price.
Following the occurrence of an event set forth in preceding paragraph, all Rights that are or, under certain circumstances specified in the Rights Agreement, were beneficially owned by an Acquiring Person or certain of its transferees will be void.
Flip-Over Trigger
If, after an Acquiring Person obtains 10% or more of the Common Stock, (1) the Company merges into another entity, (2) an acquiring entity merges into the Company or (3) the Company sells or transfers more than 50% of its assets, cash flow or earning power, then each Right (except for Rights that have previously been voided as set forth above) will entitle the holder thereof to purchase, for the Exercise Price, a number of shares of Common Stock of the person engaging in the transaction having a then-current market value of twice the Exercise Price.

Why no "Flip-Out Trigger"? lol...and we watch
IART - I suspect that they'll be lowering guidance but that may be priced in already. I'll await the earnings and conf call before considering taking a position. Good luck.

Well everyone knows q1 is gonna stink. The question is (a) Do they reiterate Guidance (Not lower it) (b) Light at the end of the tunnel on the boston facility. If both of these happen the stock will start to show some life although I do admit it will take some time to see the result from the business and consequently the results of the stock price. So i don't see this as a shooting up like a rocket. But a stop the bleeding into a slow stair step pattern upward hopefully soon. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
IART is on my watchlist but it's acting like crap so I won't consider buying it until I see the Q1 earnings. Bad news might be lurking.
Savvy investment for those who want to make 1000% return. Research below:
Buy RLBY.....backed by an ex-soros hedge fund manager Jeff Eberwein. I was involved in Jeff's last shell deal which he also did a reverse merger, uplisted to NASDAQ and the rest was history in the making. He took the stock from .04c to over $15++, Ameri100 was the name of the company and symbol was AMRH....anyway, they sold AMRH to another company afterwards. I have enclosed all the information for your own research.
They merged RLBY into some workforce management agency that caters to Fortune 500, EPA, CIA and other government agencies. Jeff is already a CEO of a similar company(HSON). One of their group of partners did some kind of shady thing in the past that he didn't disclose while in the process of RLBY reverse merger so Jeff took them to court (arbitration) and won clearly so this one group who holds restricted shares will get their shares clawed back, everything is in their filings.
Once this takes place, stock will be much higher than .69c previous highs when they originally announced this deal. Stock will do the same by going over $15.00++. Tiny float, no sellers. See below for research.
Anyway, I thank you for your consideration. Cheers!

Why does CMG deserve a 44 PE going forward, and
a PEG ratio of 2 to 1. Generally speaking a 2 to 1 PE ratio suggests a rich valuation. I mean SMCI and NVDA have closer to a 1 PEG ratio. However it does appear food stocks have higher PEG ratios than tech companies.
R59- IART($32)
Re, what do you think of this one ? Seems like a good risk/reward into earnings next week, as the company said their Boston Factory should be back on line this May or June, and gave guidance of $3.19 for 2024 and $3.60 for 2025. The stock has gotten demolished for almost 3 years now, and there are major concerns that the closing of their Boston Factory for the last year or so(due to recalls from 2018-2023), will have caused them to lose market share for their medical device product made there. However the recall has overall not yielded many problems. My feeling is, they wouldn't be opening up the factory if they thought they lost that much demand for the product. Using the guidance given, the stock is selling for less than a 9 PE going forward, in an industry that demands 25 PE or higher for the average medical device manufacturer.
JAZZ -2 to 107, hitting 4 year lows ..... earnings should be out around 5/9. It's on my watchlist but it's in a relentless downtrend than seems ominous. I want to see the Q1 report before I consider taking a small position.
GERN $3.75 acting nicely-
I believe GERN is one of the best plays out there. That is, after the ADCOM recommended approval of Imetelstat on March 14, with a 12-2 vote, chance of FDA approval is 97% according to JAMA studies. I believe GERN will be over $6 if FDA approves on June 16. As I've posted many times, after crunching the numbers, I feel GERN will post $.60+ fully taxed and diluted on $1B in revenues, which I believe will happen by 2028. GERN estimates $2B+/year by 2030. This estimate doesn't include the use of Imetelstat for Myelofibrosis, which is in phase 3 studies by GERN. So huge potential for GERN IMO
GTEC - Good one, jtomm! You have to keep a good sense of humor in this business.
That related party debt that they wrote off was supposed to have been repaid a long time ago. This comes from the 2019 10-K:
We expect the amount due from our equity holder, Cenntro Holding will pay us back by the end of October 2020 as they promised.
GTEC -.37 to 1.55, I'm surprised it's not down more, but I'm holding and leaving my low ball GTC bid of $1.05 out there .... hoping for a spike up after the Q1 report in a few weeks, but expect to take the tax loss at some point later this year.
ARM -12 to 110 in a weak semiconductor sector .... I think it has further to fall and just shorted some more shares. It's trading at 70x Mar FY25 estimates. A tad too pricey, imho.
GLGI reports another stinker. I'm surprised the stock isn't down more.
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/greystone-logistics-inc-reports-results-100000717.html
TSSI rebound continues. Now up 25%! Wishing I'd gotten a LOT more when it dipped to the .40's last week
MAMO up 21% now? Seems to be getting some momo action. Weird. Even if I had bought yest, woulda flipped before it hit $4
S&P500 -33 to 5018, a 4.7% pullback so far .... I think the market has further to fall and just picked up some SPXS, although my track record in this short ETF is not good.
GTEC - Yep the questions about Chinese companies often bring unpleasant answers you weren't expecting. Reminds me of another joke:
Wife walks up to her Husband and asks, "Do I look fat in this dress?"
Husband: "Before I say anything you gotta promise, no matter WHAT I say.... You won't get mad."
Wife: "Ok.. I promise."
Husband: "I slept with your sister."

I hear you. It is not unreasonable to think the stock could double in price if the stock gets a 7 multiple. And, if the yield on shorter-term Treasuries falls below Viartis' dividend yield, that could be a situation that would boost the stock price when money looks for a better yield.
BMY and CNXC
Added more to thse two falling knifes today.
BMY
Brought more at $47.99, Decided to add more since it was yielding 5% at that point hence I added more. The Stock is dirt cheap Trade about 7 times, hence I feel it is attractive at these levels.
CNXC
This one has been an unmitigated disaster since I brought it in the upper 70's. I decided to add more at $56.99. Thankfully it was a small position in the upper 70's, this is my first add since. Given the midpoint on earnings guidance of north of $12, we are looking at a PE a little north of 4.5 at this point. The stock is waaaaaaaaay too cheap in my opinion.
All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
GTEC...So far no word on earnings PR or cc. I am out, will take the write-off, and move on. GTEC can go to $100 and it wouldn't matter to me. A lot of other companies/stocks to pick from out there.
Hweb- MAMO
Looks like they reported around $.25 for fiscal 2023. How much do you think they might post in fiscal 2024 ?
GL $62.70 nice move up from the low of $38.95 last Thursday.
TSSI rebounding since that drop to the .40's. Anyone check this one out? Think AI hype could drive it higher. But not sure what to expect from the Q1 report next month (my gut says it won't be that great). I'm trimming some over .60 just in case.
NYCB +.05 to 2.97 with earnings looming next week .... another loss is expected -
https://www.marketwatch.com/story/nycbs-earnings-estimates-have-tumbled-as-loss-looms-after-tough-quarter-985db82f?mod=mw_quote_news
Yeah after another company that 'coached' MAMO put out their own PR. Maybe more microcaps should do this haha
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/massimo-reported-2023-financial-results-123000830.html
Nice 13% pop on MAMO today! Great call
Gotcha on VNDA. Missed that PR. If Future Pak is willing to go to $7.75/share in cash (and sounds like possibly even higher), not sure why quickly dismiss such a generous offer...especially when the stock has been languishing around $4 for the past 6 months. Hope it works out!
VNDA - officially rejected the offer soon after the announcement...I'm certain 'Future Pak' is legit.

This stock has been very good to me for several months...already got one .45 flip this morning and this news would seem to secure my $4 callwrites...still flippin
Sweet call on VNDA! Is it not trading higher because people wonder if this Future Pak is legit?
GTEC - exactly - this stock has always been priced with great skepticism of the financials. The traders may have their fun with it. I have a low ball GTC bid in at $1.05 in case it plunges .... because it does have a history of upward spikes as well.
GTEC - I'm sure management will try to accentuate the positive and try to downplay the $34M that went "poof" off their balance sheet! Looking back, this company never seemed to receive a fair valuation, and now I guess I know why.
I did a search on finviz for companies with a price/book of a maximum of .25 to 1 and a p/e ratio of less than 5. It returned 22 companies. Ten of them were based in China. As the guy who found his wife in bed with another man started to say, "Honey, if we don't have trust......
VNDA 5.00 (premarket) - Future Pak Confirms Proposal to Acquire Vanda Pharmaceuticals for $7.25 to $7.75 Per Share in Cash
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/future-pak-confirms-proposal-acquire-103000446.html
GTEC (1.92) - on a positive note, they do show that operating income rose to $10.8M versus $6.0M y/y on 13.6M shares o/s, so operating EPS of $0.79. Shareholder equity is down to $50M from $66M, but that's still $3.67 per share. Non-controlling interest has dropped from $13.7M to $600k. But who knows if these figures have any basis in reality given that this is a China microcap doing almost all its business in China.
It will be interesting to see how low the stock drops today and whether they go through with the spinoff as recently announced. I'll probably hang on to my remaining shares for the short term and await further developments. The Q1 report will be out in just a few weeks. If it's a nice report maybe traders will forgive or forget the huge Q4 receivable write-down and insider shenanigans ??? LOL
SPY may be too near filling the gap
around 500, to start new shorts
against bigger names,
barring an isolated big company
break down due to an unknown...
The potential rebound can always
raise the tide with it...
When the tide is lapping at a sea

new short ideas,
Which are abundant with shrinking

So we watch...LJ
GTEC - Cenntro holding should have to cough up those shares. Unfortunately, at today's stock price, that wouldn't even come close to the $34 million they had to write off.
In case anyone is keeping track, Peter Zuguang Wang, the chairman of the board of directors is the father of Raymond Z. Wang, CEO and President
The earnings press release and subsequent conference call should be very interesting.
VTRS
Now I don't want to oversell the growth prospects, this is not gonna be a fast growth story ever. But if we have consistent slow top line growth (Say 3%), where the market doesn't see this stock like a negative growth story, it will receive a higher PE than it is currently getting, especially considering the fact is the bottom line should grow significantly faster than the top line (Thanks to stock buyback and other reasons). The beauty of the revalue theory is when your starting with a PE of 4, if the things I say come true, I'm not saying it will receive a 15 multiple, I'm saying it will recive a 7 multiple which is currently about 1/3 of a market multiple right now. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
SSKILLZ1: VTRS
A value stock and a growth stock. And you get paid to wait for the growth.
I received shares of Viartis from a spinoff by Pfizer, I believe. Since then I have added to my position.

ACCO thanks for your analysis
GTEC -.42 to 1.50 after hours. Another China microcap bites the dust. I'm wondering if that 46% ownership interest will be eliminated ? And what will happen to their spinoff plans ? I still hold a chunk of shares but did sell a bunch over the past few months.
ACCO
I think they might beat guidance, and if there is any uptick in the overall numbers, I don't think you will be able to get it with a $4 in front. Of course I could be wrong and the quarter and more importantly the guidance could be an unmitigated disaster. Time will tell. Also lets face it it is a small position, I didn't exactly buy a ton of it, I wanted to get my foot in the door, the changes in cash flow, serious about debt reduction, and the plan to executea significant cost cutting initiaitives are the reasons for why now. Also lets face it, the stock was in the mid 6 in february, this is the first time in 2024, where I have been able to get it yielding 6%+ I've been thinking about this stock ever since the q4 report and the cost cutting reduction plan to buy it if it went under $5, we finally got there today, hence it was a plan I was thinking about for awhile now. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
ACCO I'm kinda surprised you bought now. Seems like a solid risk-reward here, the only reason I am 'surprised' is b/c you generally don't like buying when a company is about to report its seasonally weak quarter.
GTEC - I owned a few, and I dumped them upon seeing this slime-filled 10-K.
GTEC...I agree...Ugly as hell🤢🤮...I still hold some shares but will more than likely sell those before the week is over. (Sold off over half of what I had, after they reported they were going to be late w/ their filing. Down a good clip AH's)
