As long as you never lose sight of the fact that this is a scam, it's always been a scam, and it'll always be a scam..... play it like the cheap violin that it is.
Got an order in for the am.....hope I can get it filled.....
69 million OS........is that correct?........thx
We near the 52 week low. Any volume will push this higher.
Very tight float here. Trying to get more.
That does look like very good news. I also wonder what part SVYR has in this.
I tryed to buy some today but only got a partail fill of 520 shares :( Volume is so thin its hard to get any shares.
If you take a look at the mining group that SVYR have a MOU with Ingonyama Platinum (Pty) Limited you will see that the mining permit has been granted and work is underway.

With current prices for Platinum of 1687 USD/oz

and with Rhodium at 2430 UDS/oz

Would like to know the current relationship between SVYR and Ingonyama Platinum (Pty) Limited.
Otherwise the news is great news - work is underway.
Been some volume lately. Anyone have any updates? Thinking about picking up some.
Heads up! Might be coming alive here with gold breaking out to new all-time highs.
interesting info ~ still have some here ~ not me bidding her up, but may start here soon ~ :)
Mr. Johnson could care less about you, me, or any other Shareholder that isn't on the 'inside'. Ok ?
That said, he'll run this one when he's ready just as he's done with OOGI.
Remember the Dec-Jan 'pop'? That was the warm-up act, to get a feel for how much 'juice' it took to get it to move.
Lather. Shave. Rinse. Repeat.
SVYR Corp address, 165 South Kendall Street, Lakewood, CO owned by someone named Les Caldwell, according to Jefferson County, CO property data. Can't seem to find this guy to confirm relationship (if any) with Arthur Johnson and/or SVYR. Sent an email to a Les Caldwell listed on Spoke but it got kicked back to me. If any of you can smoke this guy out and get an answer please share on this Board.
Old representative, Patricia Cudd, is obviously out by virtue of removing her and her address from last 8-K. Run a search on her and you will see she was disbarred in Colorado in 2007.
Mailed letter to Johnson in S. Africa months ago but no response.
Emailed Ms.Meadon months ago via South African business network. No response.
Johnson's "other" company, OOGI, has been on a tear from <3c (end of '09 low) to >15c.
Yes, I own SVYR and will add more if we can uncover some nuggets of info.
Platinum continues to steadily rise. There's opportunity here but it I think it'll require some activism on behalf of as many shareholders as possible. If we beat the bushes hard enough Johnson should wake up and realize he has more than a few shareholders who expect results and not dead air.
saw it as well Sully. Very quite here at the moment but I'm still in with all my shares. I plan to phone Johnson again next month. Maybe there are news until then.
Has anyone noticed that the bid price is increasing each day? Might just be wishful thinking, but I'm thinking someone has been trying to quietly accumulate shares as cheaply as they can with the constant small size bidwacking that's been going on.
yep seems so, hope he comes up soon with good news.
Great job Sharing. Thank you for speaking with him. There is still hope it seems.
Can you expand on your statement - where did you get this information?
My understanding of the situation is that the South African Company had independent reports done on the spoil tips and platinum gradings within these tips - so that they could obtain the necessary operating licences and start work on the further refining.
Where's the deal breaker here?
The mining company has access to a very lucrative comodity that needs minimum work to extract and a market that's crying out for your end products
Surely it's a no brainer for any investor in the mining company?
Need more definative information and reading statements from other companies etc - does not give me any confidence in your statement that the deals dead - is this your way of dropping the share price further?
Have you had any experience with South African investments in the past?
Having lived and worked in South Africa I know that any deal takes several times the time to set up than in the "developed" world.
Where did you get the "no abilty to prove up numbers and questionable management" statement from ?
I agree with the other comments here that a definative statement of the current situation in South Africa would stop all of these comments.
URGENT
Could any of the executives involved in this business venture please make a business statement here on what the current situation is.
Thank you
Johnsons cell phone is working. Spoke to him some minutes ago. He said the deal isn't failed but he couldn't raise the fund until now. He was searching for a financial partner in the United States and still in SA.
Still in negotiations with Ingonyama, at least the next three month he said.
Take it for what its worth.
the deal died cause no funds were raised, no ability to prove up numbers and questionable management, failed deal in johnson's other co was just reported, maybe they will do the honorable thing and report this one as well, but based on past performance, probably not
A bit troubling.
That was what I heard from the last phone call with her. " We could hear something still in February"
Savoy's BOD should update us if the negotiations still going on or if the deal is failed.
Yep ~ would think we would have some sort of update by now
Arthur Johnson's email address
ajohnson@iafrica.com
If anyone cares to email him. I sent him one about a week ago. No reply. Who knows if that is still his address, but they have him listed on his other company's website here...
http://www.odysseyoil.net/odyssey/Contact_Us.html
I don't know if anyone wants to try his cell number.
An update on Savoy is overdue, IMO.
Yup, I'm with you. I'm in it to win or lose...I'm in the red deep now so I don't really have a choice.
Don't know, was there anybody in the past who could contact Arthur Johnson?
Its only a pinksheets notice, I don't give it much attention.
I saw a lot of pinksheet stocks which had a Caveat emptor sign and run like hell one time.
PPS makes it not worth to sell here, so I'll hold.
Maybe we'll get a surprise soon, who knows...
That stinks. Looks like we are dead in the water.
I agree, with this low floater we could see a nice move after we have heard or seen anything from the company.
No, can't reach Mrs. Meadon anymore.
Pinksheets can't contact BOD of Savoy as well.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=SVYR
Someone tries to bring this down one or two times a week it seems. The float is so tiny that any movement is drastic. If they would EVER release some news on the merger, I think we would FLY. Any more contact with the lady, Sharing?
a trade of 14.000 brings us down 58%, yiehhaaa, rather I would see the opposite here.
Cool. Thanks Sharing. Fingers crossed.
no Sully, still a waiting game here
Anything new in SVYR land my friend?
Thanks, Axcet. I did not know that. You figure, given that fact, it would be easier to raise the $5M needed for upfront prior to the merge. However, given the fact we know he couldn't raise it, hopefully they still can come to an arrangement. The PPS here would skyrocket, IMO.
Savoy's Arthur Johnson is Arthur V. Johnson. He is (essentially) Odyssey Oil & Gas, Inc. (symbol OOGI). The South African phone number on last October's 8-K filed by Savoy matches that of OOGI's. That tel # is (from the US) 011-27-11-8071446.
Okay. No worries. Thanks.
Hi Sully, no unfortunately not. Nobody picked up the phone yesterday. Would also like to see a update from the company.
I agree. Something....anything....
A Guidance Statement by the company would be appropriate
any time now. As shareholders, this should not
be too much to ask for.
Only one Arthur Johnson comes up on whitepages.com for Lakewood, CO...I wonder if this is him?

Yes that would be nice. I hope for an correction of the last financial statement from the company. Otherwise the MMs try to bring it down.
I'm ready to hear some good news on SVYR and watch her run, run, run...
Thanks and GM jimmybob, that's the way how it works
Great work! Great time to add is when a stock is cold ~ :*)
Thanks Sharing. At least the times you called it actually rang.
