Anyway as I shared, buy on downward dips. Still about .30 cents down but a lot better than $2.00 down. Monday should be even.

Thinking .25-75 cent increase daily by charts.

Great to see management, insiders loading up. If Cully was in control he would give options to himself. Can not remember one buy on his own.

Good luck if buying after lock-out but would not wait to long. Could double on short squeeze next week.

It's was nice playing the presentation...nice day trading...but I'm no holder here until the lockup period is over.....KU ( with one giant stake)and others will take profits and exit SVRA...meanwhile DCTH is rocking

Will never get to $2.00. Not even $4.00. Recent updates had her at a conservative $18.00. Hope you were able to get some under $5.00. Wish had more cash, only way I buy. Was able to grab about 500 more under five. Uptrend for next week with conference. Good Luck

Likely an offer on demand. The fall from $10 then an offer big as the 40% of the market cap, half sold before the offering by a Mid-company with business in the same field of SVRA. Suspect the 1.2 million shares available to over-demand

half of the shares offered were already bought by Zambon Pharma: 4.693 M shares that is the the 19.9% of the Savara outstanding shares.
Zanbon is an Italian private Co,with 2800 employees and with sales in Europe , Asia, China, South America but not US, then a perfect commercial partner for the non-US markets. They are also involved in Cystic Fibrosis and respiratory diseases.

IMO a merger could be possible as a medium-term target, likely after Molgradex results and Aerovanc results or interim results.
I hope a merger for a worldwide, multi billions combined company next year.
20% could be a down payment for future agreements.

The highest volume since buyout WAS 368 thousand. Today over 600 thousand, which points to institution buying which lowers float which finally allows price to increase.

Although disappointed in offering this quickly, both volume and number of trades highest since purchased from MSTX.

May see $4.70-4.80 several days if this is institutional buying but price can only go up from here as float is consumed.

Wish I had extra cash, could only buy an additional 200 shares at $4.75 today.

Solidly at 4 a far cry from $10 ....even @ $4 there is nothing appealing about SVRA ... BUT BUT might be appealing at $2 or $1x this levels might occur after the end of the lockup period...ouch!!!!!...........while we wait for data in 2018...

Yea, last year a there was "ROdney." He took over as moderator and any disagreement about then MSTX was delete. That is why this board is non-existent. Every one went to stock tweeter.

No disagreement with voicing "patterns" showing more downside. Just how it is stated.

That said check out candle charts. Roller-Coaster pattern last ten days.

CEO was suppose to share updates on institutional bying and upcoming conference involvements. IMO waiting till next Monday, Tuesday to give them a chance to get in at a discount.

2) consider some possible interim data o some kind of feedback about the trials

I guess when you have bigger stake in this company as the price drops your portfolio drops substantial amount and it is very hard to watch , but when it will start to climb you also will see big jumps in the portfolio,
i had a sell order @.14 the last day of MSTX and i was advised by good friend that the RS wont effect the stock too much because it is a RM so i canceled my sell order , i could of doubled my position , i guess you make a decision and you have to live with it , i am hoping for reversal soon , Good luck to all .........................

I am an old MSTX bag holder and hard to determine present value, some here have shared anywhere from 50-250 million.

Sure analyst will come out with high low the next couple weeks. Yahoo has target at $185 share price which is far fetched.

Know value more than 50 mill because MSTX had over 10 million in cash with a heart drug valued at over 100 million.

I do know with 3 drugs in pipe and value if successful it will be far more than 250 million.

My focus for not selling at merger was present CEO. Proven track record and knows how to make money with 3 drugs in pipeline, all looking good.

Remember this has a low float, and any elevation in price will send it off the charts. I believe in next month that will be the case. Added 100 extra shares each time it hits below $5.70. Done it three times.

Also remember in PR Monday "the approval of the product in the U.S. by eliminating the need to conduct a separate Phase 3 study," stated Rob Neville, " ..... If this is the case watch out.

241 mil is the Roth valuation of the combined Co. that's about $16 a share. Surely that's only an agreement for the merger and is the market that say-so, however a merger estimation cannot be far away from the reality and I agree that's the current fair value.
I think we are paying also some inexperiences of the new management about the communication of a public company towards the general public. The market is emotional and had high hopes in the short-term for this 'IPO' but it could sense that there will be at least a couple of months of calm and of lack of events and this made it an easy game for bashers.
Maybe a more detailed presentation or maybe Neville should end with something like the usual:" We've been doing indcredible work. Stay tuned" or he should have suggest definitely "news any time", but likely it's not his style and so far the private investors appreciated exactly this style.

As I said those numbers are negotiating props nothing more, if it where to sell the pipeline today, they would be lucky to get a third of that price....there is a lot of risk in bios and that reflects on the price of young bios

Per the conference call they had 11m in cash plus the loan facility that they had taken to pay off Old debts.....no cash will need to as lot of capital rising even $5 dollar per share is an over valuation, the downtrend may continue.
