NT Mining Provides Corporate UpdateBY Market Wire
— 10:27 AM ET 11/04/2010
LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/04/10 -- NT Mining Corporation (NTMG
Loading...
) -- On October 22, 2010, the Company commenced an action in the Supreme Court of British Columbia against Robert Hughes, Hughes Maritime Corp., Heidi Hughes, Karis Marine Inc., Palo Verde Investments Corp. and Maple Management Ltd.
The action alleges that Robert Hughes, while acting as a de facto director and key employee of NT, wrongfully caused Hughes Maritime Corp. to sell, on December 15, 2009, all the issued and outstanding shares of Bullmoose Mines Ltd. ("Bullmoose Shares") to Maple Management Ltd. and didn't disclose this to purported sale to NT until August 2010.
The action further alleges that previously, on October 14, 2008, NT had purchased the Bullmoose Shares from Hughes Maritime and that Agreement remains in good standing.
The action further alleges that Hughes wrongfully purported to terminate the October 14, 2008 Agreement in July 2010 and, in any event, did not give NT any period of time to remedy any default.
The action seeks a declaration that NT is the owner of the Bullmoose Shares.
The action also seeks damages, an accounting and disgorgement of profits against Hughes and the other defendants on the basis that they joined Hughes in his wrongful actions.
In addition, the Company seeks that Hughes and Hughes Maritime Corp. produce proper back-up documents to justify their receipt of $70,200.00 and $116,800.00, respectively, from the Company between January 31, 2008 and June 18, 2010.
EACH TIME THE STOCK GOES DOWN TO 3 CENTS IT RUNS BACK TO 12 CENTS, THEN DOWN AGAIN.
WHERE IS THE PR ON THIS STOCK? What are they doing these days? Last time it went down to 3 cents it went back up to 12 cents.
NEED TO MAKE GOOD ON THE BULLMOOSE MINE. THEN GET OUT ALL THE RESORSES OUT OF IT.
This is moving that high ? I have only been around a few weeks, feeling like I might have a little luck on my side.
TIA
NCJ167
I have not lost faith yet on NTMG! This was a painful slide no doubt. I have not sold any shares but did take some much needed time off.
This is an interesting push off the bottom on reasonably light volume. I suspect that the Company is trying to make up for some growing pains here and that possibly September might be our month to get back to a resonable level on this stock. There were millions upon millions of shares traded up in the .35 - .55 level.
I dont think those investors have gone anywhere and are holding. Could this be overseas investors? Who knows. I do feel however that the story here is far from over.
Stock market makes know sence.
Why are people buying when they are in default on the bullmoose mine?
It's trading against the market trend, so this one may have legs for another run up?
IMO
GLTY
Why is it up 1.5 cents today? Market down 130 points.
They are losing the pipe dream of the Bullmoose mine. I was emailed this tip out of the blue from an unknown site. I bought it because I am a gambler. There was a pump from a company claiming it was under value. 81 cents was the real value. I will post that companies name later. I won't trust them anymore. I bought at 56 cents. I sold it for 16 cents.
This is so freaking sad!! I was a big supporter of this company and had high hopes for it's future. I hate to see this here below a dime. I hope the company can rally around and pick up some worthy properties as these others have slipped by. Time will tell. I'm sure there may be investors stung on this one. Let's see if management can regroup here and get things going into September 2010 and then perhaps we can see this battered pps back in the 20's and 30's. I sure hope they can pull this one out of the fire!!
Interest coming back into this stock today. There will be some covering no doubt as this company moves forward with their business, new corporate web site etc. Still holding here.
Is shorting not legal? You realize this stock was a pump and dump right? No different than STTN or NUSMF or the 100's of stocks that get pumped every year.
This has been sad for this to be down here like this. I liked this Company as I liked the area they are in, but this fall is tragic. If it has been shorted, and it looks like it has I think, I hope these guys are located and exposed. This is the problem with pink sheet stocks. I still am holding out hope for this company and that the shorts get screwed by having to cover as we move forward. Sad!!
Valentine Property will be good - Vancouver Island >>>>
I agree, the shorts are going to have cover at some point.
The Valentine Property >>> I am posting the below info to show the potential of the Valentine Property that NT Mining is attempting to obtain.
NOTE: This is from another Gold Company (Mill Bay Ventures); their link to the below information is at the bottom of this post.

BRITISH COLUMBIA
Valentine Mountain, Vancouver Island.
The Valentine Mountain claims, located 40 miles west of Victoria on southern Vancouver Island, cover approximately 7,084 acres (2,867 hectares) along a trend estimated at 7km long and 500m wide. The property hosts a historic mineral resource, known as the Discovery Zone, with an estimated 30,660 tonnes grading 14.7 grams (0.473 ounces) of gold per tonne (not NI 43-101 compliant). The claims also host one gold quartz vein developed prospect, known as the Braiteach zone, and at least six additional gold quartz vein occurrences. The exploration target model for the property is the Bralorne Gold Mine south-central British Columbia, with past production of 7.3 million tonnes averaging 18 grams of gold per tonne. This historic operation yielded 129 million grams, or 4.2 million ounces of gold. over its long mine life.
The Valentine Mountain area was first mined in the 1860s, when placer gold was discovered in its numerous stream drainages. According to historical accounts, nuggets up to 1 ounce and a total production of 10,000-20,000 ounces of gold may have been sluiced from gravel/bedrock contacts along gravel bars of the Leech River. The principal bedrock source of Leech River gold may be from the area of Valentine Mountain (MINFILE 092B108), located directly west and uphill from the placer district. Therefore, the main target mineral deposit type for the Valentine Mountain Project is mesothermal quartz vein deposits, as described in BC Mineral Deposit Profile I01 Au QUARTZ VEIN.
More recently, Valentine Mountain has been explored sporadically since 1976, including work by Falconbridge and Noranda. Results over period have included a number of high-grade showings in trenching and diamond drilling. Based on a March 10, 2008 technical report Jacques Houle, P.Eng., Mill Bay is considering a multi-faceted, C$5.2 million exploration program to include
mapping, sampling, trenching, diamond drilling and drifting.

This has been on SEC for days.
Shorts are going to get killed now.
Another disconnect -- YRCW -KC company where I live.
All in last 60 days - new management - turned $400 mil of near term debt into equity. Gave unions some of company.
Fired up work force.
Held annual meeting two weeks ago expecting analysts to cheer. No one showed up!!!
I had to post it all on bulletin boards - hard facts. Stock was $60 5 years ago - was 10 cents week ago. My posts I guess got it to 22 cents. NOW all the newsletters are discovering it. No thanks needed. The 10,000% I'll make on the stock is enough!
I was not hyping the stock. Just cold facts. Just doing the work of the analysts who had given up on the stock. At their new growth rate, MUCH lower costs etc etc I see a dollar a share by 2012. I loaded up at 10 cents. Slam dunk for those few who read my comments.Who will read this!
well the good news is the CE got removed from this one. the bad news is this appears to have been pumped and dumped. and therefore you are now a bagholder. just my opinion though. gotta watch out for them newletter picks. just sayin!
Huge blocks coming in somethings up
I just saw on Edgar that NT Mining has their financials completed. This will help our situation for sure. This may even start the shorts to cover. I believe we have formed a strong base here and should now have some lift now that the financials are complete and submitted. FYI
I fully agree with you Bill! We are in a lull here while the company, as I understand it, is preparing their quarter to be filed and satisfy the PinkSheet folks so that the Caveat Emptor can be released at last. I am not to concerned, though I am maxed out on my buying at this level. Will now wait for news and progress from the Company here in the short term. When this gets legs, it can and will really go.
Im sure there are people watching from the sidelines waiting to hear from the Company. When they do, I see them jumping back in as this story is a good one with a ton of potential from where I see it.
Patience I would say and yes... we need some buyers and I believe they will be popping their heads up soon here.
we need buyers NOW
This is sad what has happened with the PPS; now at .22. I still have faith that NT will get their financials ( quarter) in to Edgar and have pinksheets updated accordingly. No one likes to see this happen and I am embarrassed as I have been a suportet all along because I simply like the sector, the area that they are in, and the report put out by the Grassroots people with a target of .82 cents. I still feel in time that we could be at this level if the company maintains their reporting responsibilities on their financials etc. Market makers were having their way with the share price from .62 down. I think they might find themselves buying back here over the next week or so as we hopefully get news on their properties, their financials, and a general interest in this play by new investors. This is far from over in my opinon!
I have picked up a few shares here at .38 cents. Investors need to see the potential of not only the Bullmoose property, but the Valentine property as well. The gold in these properties along with a low share float makes this play and it share price...undervalued in my opinion.
The Grass Roots report gave an eval on the potential pps on NT at .82. This was pre Valentine acquisition.
Bullmoose is about ready to "dig in"; cant wait for that PR as that in itself will cause great interest here and make the 40's a thing of the past.
To me, this is an easy double. Lets go NT, you can do it, and do it you will....
We are holding our own here today re pps. I would expect the company to release another pr re Bullmoose activity as I believe the team is up there preparing the property. I think we will see this make another run northward toward the .50 level very soon here. continue to do your DD here before buying. Lots going on and I'm holding strong.
NTMG is rebounding here at the .44 level. I suspect the Company is in the midst of satisfying the Pinks re quarterly and will have it to them as we speak I am hoping, or have been told. The members up at Bullmoose are probably creating a buzz as the prepare for harvest of our metal. I suspect we will climb back up to levels we saw a week ago.
The Grassroots report has a target of .82 but I suspect it will be much higher now with the Valentine property aquisition; perhaps $1.20'ish? Will need to hear from the GrassRoots people on this.
Grass Roots Report here >>

Looks like we are in for a pretty decent week!! I still am a big fan of these guys as they are far more advanced to mine gold then most Pink Gold Co's.
Lets hope that the Caveat Emptor gets lifted once NT meets the demans of PinkSheets.com; I believe they will. This type of thing usually creates fear among investors. However, I still believe that this company has the goods to deliver as the Bullmoose property is a gem. Hold on folks, I truly believe we will be fine here.
Pullback here, I am a buyer! This is crazy.... Cheap shares being sold off with much going on here with this company. I do not understand as the Company is to be filing their financials at this time.
Above average chance to see the stock retrace to .55-.6 since it held .45. It may even go higher because the market cap is so low. Eliminating fundamentals from the discussion (which I believe to be nonexistent, though some may disagree), the pressure is going to be substantial to the downside eventually. You have a stock that is 40% controlled by insiders. Just a few weeks back there was no market for their shares (See Volume from May 12 onward http://finance.yahoo.com/q/hp?s=NTMG.PK+Historical+Prices ) These people control $8 Million dollars in a company that has never produced revenue but now has a market and liquidity . Even under the rosiest scenario where the insiders believe they have a legit business, they are going to sell shares. Most likely they are going to dump heavily. The company has zero cash. Operating mines costs money. This makes a dilutive financing inevitable. Finally the volume is in the millions. For a stock to continue to have fuel, it has to have buyers. When was the last time you saw a penny stock that maintained volume in the millions for a substantial period of time. At some point people lose interest and there is only so much artificial insider buying and selling to create volume (of course that never happens with otc stocks because these people are so honest and ethical.) There is only so much news a company like this can release. Even if they are real, they aren't projecting revenue until 2011. Volume is going to dry up well before 2011 and the share price will inevitably drop just by sheer lack of interest. I think the company is totally FOS and will not be profitable ever, but even if they are the share price is still going to be lower in the coming months than it is now.
We have held firm here around 45 cents. Currently sitting at 46 cents. Again, here is why I continue to like NTMG:
• The Company has an exciting asset-based portfolio. Through its subsidiary, it is currently planning to re-activate the prolific Bullmoose Mine Property that has historically produced large quantities of gold. In addition to the gold reserves, the property also has diamond potential.
• Based on independent engineering studies and management estimates, the current value of the Bullmoose reserve is over $35 million. This is based on an estimated proven recoverable reserve base of approximately 85,000 tons of ore and estimated gold prices of $1,000.
• In addition to re-opening the Bullmoose Mine, NT Mining plans to expand its gold exploration asset base through acquisitions. The Company’s criterion for selection of projects is based on an abundant resource base that can be profitably developed.
• NT Mining recently announced that it has finally negotiated its second gold property. Located on Valentine Mountain in southern Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada, this acquisition will allow the Company to reduce costs, diversify operating risks, increase profitability, and focus on year-round production.
• The Company’s management has considerable experience in operating small, high-grade mining companies in the exploration, development and processing of mineral resources. Management’s additional expertise in the field of fund raising, negotiations, conducting due-diligence and managing a public company bode well for its future.
• Declining gold discoveries, rise in demand and prices and increasing importance of gold as a global investment alternative have resulted in renewed focus on gold assets across the globe. Gold is one of the most credible and economically proven sources of stable long term investment.
• Continuing economic growth in emerging markets such as China, Brazil and India along with the declining strength of the dollar and other world economic crisis are likely to keep pressure on the demand-supply situation of gold.
• The Company’s current property is a low-risk high-return asset model. Capital required to re-open the Bullmoose Mine is minimal. Funding of a $2.5 million financing agreement will allow the Company to advance development on its promising gold project and acquire additional properties.
--------------------------------
Do your Due Dilligence before buying this stock. I think its going to be a good one in the months to follow.
This may be the reason for todays pullback...
I have spoken to a close associate of mine who is also in this stock. He has spoken to management today and questioned/advised them of the market conditions re NTMG. Apparently NT had failed to file their quarterly on time and Pink Sheets marked them last night as "Caveat Emptor". Management advised my associate that they had the filing completed two weeks ago but due to the hectic schedule recently regarding the Valentine aquisition and planning the logistics at Bullmoose etc, they failed to get it filed. That it is with the lawyers office this date and should be Edgarized today/tomorrow hopefully.
So, its my opinion that this is why there was a pullback today and in fact, may be a great buying opportunity. Continue to do your DD first though. I continue to feel that the fundamentals are there with this Company and that we may be in for a great summer on the mining front.
Hopefully things get ironed out here near term re Filing.
FYI all...
I'm old school investing sometimes. I buy management and if they have skin in the game, NOT the company which may be a box of pet rocks or JPM. These guys have skin in the game, some have hmmm-errr? personal bios but great record of hyping unknown TSX stocks to $10, or more.I'm buying dips. Entire company is ten guys in a tent.So what!
Down today for NT, did not see this coming! I managed to pick up a few shares at .44 here. I do believe this will move up from here as more eyes start to see this play and the potential that it has.
I feel it has great potential, some may not. Its a no brainer to me. July will be interesting and overall, I am not concerned.
Rice, I agree that this stock could run further based on what I believe the company has in assets and their eagerness to get busy. Yes, the market cap could hit 50 and it would not surprise me one bit as we watch things unfold here over the next 2 - 4 months. Monies can be made on the upside and, from time to time, on the downside as well.
I will never say that the stock is only heading up.... as pullbacks are common. I dont have a crystal ball and I cant say where we will be one year from now. However, I am impressed with what these guys have done to date and I like gold right now and for a pinkie, possibly switching to the OTCBB hopefully so...... This has great potential to be a strong up and coming Gold Company. We shall see brother.
Thanks for your post.
Lets see how things go in the month of July.
definitely not short now; do have shares reserved and eagerly awaiting first day that this stock goes green to red or opens red big. I probably should be long because the stock still can run farther, but a 30%+ down day is an almost certainty irrespective of the company's fundamentals; only 25 mill market cap could easily hit 50 mill market cap but going to be somewhat difficult because recently began trading with volume at such a low price. The story, balance sheet, and chart pattern very similar to SFMI http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=sfmi&sid=0&o_symb=sfmi&x=0&y=0
Maybe I'll be wrong on this one. Wouldn't bet on it long term. Certainly money to be made on the upside and downside though. At least you are open to another view.
Again, I disagree with your outlook on NTMG. Just because the Grass Roots people put out a report on NT doesnt mean it will follow the other stocks you mention. NT is the real deal IMHO as they have a decent gold play(s)(Bullmoose & Valentine) with proven reserves and large potential. Now they officially have the Valentine Property in their quiver which will be a value add. No doubt that time will tell.
I like this Company and see huge potential here. If you are shorting this stock Glen, you will be sorry.
The share price has had a slow and steady rise here, unlike some of the other stocks mentioned that run hard right off the hop then fall off.
This will be a slow and steady play I believe. People nead to do their own analysis and DD before they buy.
Best of luck to you and no hard feelings.
I'm sure this time is different. Here are the other Cohen Research/Grass Roots mining stock picks:

GrassRoots Report / Valentine >>
Here are some points from the recent GrassRoots report that came out earlier this month on NT Mining. I found these points relating to the Valentine Property this morning and, if aquired by NT, would raise their target level from its current .82 evaluation.
I have listed them in order as I found them:
1) Note: Our current valuation does not include the additional potential from the expected acquisition of the gold mining property in Valentine Mountain, which could add up to $0.28 - $0.31 per share to the current price target.
2) Recent announcement of Company’s intent to acquire options in Valentine Mountain mines further strengthens our outlook.
3) NT Mining recently announced that is in the process of negotiating terms with the signing a Letter of Intent to acquire options in a gold property located on Valentine Mountain. Located in southern Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada, the mine site has proven gold reserves that can be economically explored. Management estimates that this property could hold over 17,000 ounces of gold which could be mined at a minimal operational
cost of $850,000. This project consists of nine cell mineral claims which are spread across approximately 2,867 hectares. The
project surrounds the Valentine Mountain and is located 20 kilometers northwest of Sooke, B.C. on southern Vancouver Island. The property is underlain entirely by high grade metamorphic rocks of the Pacific Rim Terrane, which hosts several minor past producers of gold, silver and copper.
4) As a matter of fact, if the Company acquires the Valentine Mountain property, its equity value shall rise by additional $15.0
million. Any additional acquisition of properties or other related companies will expand the Company’s top-line. The demand for gold is likely to continue to grow, both from investment perspective and as an effective hedge against economic uncertainties.

Ironic!!!!! PR today >>>>
This is a booster today, nice!!!
NT Mining Corporation (PINKSHEETS: NTMG) (the Company) reports that it has signed a formal agreement with Mill Bay Ventures Inc. to acquire a 100% interest in mining tenures located on Valentine Mountain on the south coast of British Columbia, Canada.
The basic terms of the agreement include a 3-year option lease to own, and payment will be a combination of cash, equity, and work commitments over the 3-year term of the lease.
The Valentine Mountain property includes an existing portable mineral processing mill, which will be available and utilized for production testing purposes on all NT Mining's current and future projects. The mill will be on a seasonal basis and it will be transported to the Northwest Territories this summer for the anticipated reopening of production of the Company's Bullmoose Mine. NT Mining is also planning on commencing a drilling program for Valentine Mountain project this year subject to the availability of the necessary funding.
End.
Valentine Property DD
I am posting the below info to show the potential of the Valentine Property that NT Mining is attempting to obtain.
NOTE: This is from another Gold Company (Mill Bay Ventures); their link to the below information is at the bottom of this post.

Arnold Bock, Gold Analysts states...
"No wishful thinking here! As I see it gold is going to a parabolic top of $10,000 by 2012 for very good reasons:
a) Sovereign debt defaults,
b) Bankruptcies of “too big to fail” banks and other financial entities,
c) Currency inflation and devaluations,
d) Precious metals market manipulation,
e) Insufficient physical supply, and
f) The need for a safe haven investment refuge,
All of the above will lead to rampant price inflation and drive precious metals bullion and mining stock to unimagined heights."

__________________________________________________________
As Gold continues to move upward, this should reflect well on all mining stocks, including NTMG! This will be a very exciting summer for the company as they begin their mining of the ore on their property and continue further exploration up at BullMoose. If they can land the Valentine Mountain property, this will add much value to the company and the stock. I hope they get moved off the Pinks and onto a more respectable board as that is where they need to be with this type of story.
Looking forward to another great week.
Dear Glenrice67:
Let me give you some friendly advice: be very careful about “making bold market calls”, especially negative ones, as the end result may be that you suffer significant financial losses.
NT Mining paid 480K plus six million common shares (three million prior to the 2 for 1 split that took place recently) for the Bullmoose Mine. That is significant compensation to pay to the owner of the leases, based on today’s closing share price of NTMG (approx. $3.5 million total). The Company has stated that it will spend approximately $2.5 million dollars to get the Bullmoose mine back into production.
In terms of the value of the property, the previous owners/operators of Bullmoose spent $31 million on the property, with $8.5 million of that $31 million being raised through the sale of 20,000 ounces of gold produced from the property during 1986 to 1987.
NT Mining has secured a fantastic property at an extremely attractive price for its shareholders. The owner of the leases stands to make a lot of money too on his NT shares and I am sure there are other compensations, royalties, etc. added in fro him. No one is being “dumb” here, as you suggest, except perhaps…
Maybe for now you should sit back and observe how NT goes about acquiring its second property, Valentine Mountain, and see how you feel about “making bold market calls” at that time.
I wish you the best with your trading and with your investment in NT Mining.
PR out Today-- 06/25/10
NT Mining Corporation (PINKSHEETS: NTMG) (the Company) reports that it has begun preparations to establish a full camp at its Bullmoose Mine site in preparation for production in the coming weeks.
The Company has assembled a work crew, equipment, provisions and a 10 man tent and has arranged and scheduled to be transported to the city of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories on June 28th. From there, the transportation of all personnel and equipment to the company's property and site of the mine will be via Beaver aircraft on June 30th. The crew will then setup the camp and equipment and begin pre-production work on the property.
